The worst Dollar Tree. The 4 cashiers and floor representative staff is very rude in attitude and none speak a word of English. The Manager seems psychologically challenged and barely able to open his mouth. The store is untidy and disarranged.Adding I lost my coat in the store but not ONE staff member seemed interested nor helpful. Especially the Manager.

Was walking my Service dog in the store within code/laws and this black employee Selena came up to me and said I need to pick him up or keep him within 2 ft from my feet with his leash.She refused to give me her name or position but I asked the girl at the front.I left the store and going to report her

First time visit on Tuesday November 26, 2019. Around 4pm.The two associates I encountered were very polite and helpful.I appreciate the 50 cent greeting cards.This place was quite busy. The store has excessive amounts of merchandise in the aisles which makes it very difficult to maneuver around other customers.It seemed like I was in the minority by speaking English.Overall good experience but rather frustrating with crowded aisles

It was a hot buttered mess! When I first arrived I asked for a key for the bathroom and they couldn't find it but it was hanging right there in front of them on a giant pink clothes hanger. Got to the bathroom and it was disgusting and filthy. Hasn't been cleaned in a long time! I went through the store to purchase a few things that I was there for and then at check out. There was a big kerfuffle and confusion about a lady buying a case of bottled water and how she was going to get it outside to her car because the carts have poles on them that won't let you go out the door. The lady at the register called somebody else up to finish ringing me out in the middle of my transaction and she didn't tell her what was going on so she was confused. Both women tried to speak to me in Spanish which I don't have anything against, but I don't speak Spanish. Although I am trying to learn at this time. Not enough to understand what they were saying. I thought it was odd that they would address me that way. I know it's only the Dollar tree or should it be the dollar 25 tree now? But unprofessional on the deepest level.

Horrible non-trained employees ran after my friend outside of their jurisdiction and accused my friend of stealing. They created a very loud, aggressive and embarrassing scene asking him to open his bag. He was confused and told them he didn’t take anything. After continuous harassment he complied and they found nothing. They made no attempt to justify or acknowledge what a horrible mistake they made. Their lack of competence and poor training could put them in danger had this situation been different. It is well known that you do not pursue and accuse anyone outside of a retail space if you are not law enforcement. The fact that they hunted him down way after he left the store and harassed him publicly is grounds for a defamation and slander lawsuit. Management has not properly apologized or officially acknowledged their complete inability to show remorse for their wrong doing. Without any probable cause or mentions while shopping inside the store I can’t help but to think it’s possible he was targeted due to the color of his skin. Regardless, what happened was completely wrong and unjustifiable. No one should have to be publicly ridiculed on a false accusation and then disregarded as if nothing happened. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to seriously reevaluate the training of their employees, their protocol and their ethical standards because everything about this scenario is absolutely unacceptable and it needs be addressed now before things gets worse.

I found everything I needed pretty quickly except they don't carry non-diet cranberry juice in the large bottle only 25 oz. Was crowded and long line but did open a 2nd register so that helped. Nice customer service, a woman almost left something behind but guy working caught it. I think store was pretty clean too.

My roommate went in there looking for a can opener today he is basically legally blind and he couldn't get anybody to help him so I called the store and of course Spanish speaking only so he got no assistance! I would rate zero stars but it doesn't option!

Better product selection than other locations but also some of the employees are the rudest in the area. So don’t go looking for assistance if you don’t want to catch an attitude. Cashier was much nicer than employees stocking shelves though.

I always love this Dollar Tree! It's always clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The only complaint I have is the new practice of placing the shipping cardboard boxes displays diagonally in front of the items on the shelves. That's just plain stupid and it gives us less room to move or carts around! Please rethink that.Thank you!

We do love getting good deals at the Dollar Tree! Each store has a similar way of arranging the inventory, so you may not see the same items in each store. The store at Hillsborough & Habana seems smaller & is more crowded with fewer clerks available at the register, as well as the location on Florida Ave., near Hillsborough.Handicap accessible.

Terrible experience. 8:50 PM I show up when they close at 9. Pushing it a little but still had 10 minutes to get the two things I needed. They proceeded to see me and my brothers at the door, acknowledge us and continue talking until we asked if we could come in and they rudely told us no because they were closed, all the while they had people still shopping inside. Rude cashiers and my poor brothers were left upset and crying.

This place is the perfect example of when u love ur job always smile. I wish to remember the name of the cashier...She always is smiling and happy we everyone on the store, i got another store closer but we prefer this one only for her and the way that she use to work.

Have very little in stock at this location. Don't even carry the little circles cleansing pads. I have never been in a Dollar Tree as disgusting as the one I entered into today

Nice Dollar Tree. Well organized & friendly employees. Would have given 5 ☆, but I went there to get some bleach and there wasn't any in stock. They said sometimes tgey either have too much in stock or they have none ar all. Never come across that problem before, found that a little odd. It's not their fault, it's corporate's because they didn't receive any on the last truck at this particular location, unfortunately. I hope they get that resolved somehow. Bleach is a common household item! Come on Corp!

Everything is a dollar. So you get what you pay for obviously. Not a lot of large named brands but they do have some. Great for party favors and decorations. Seasonal sections always a winning

Very rude cashier, she told me it wasn't her job to take my stuff out of the basket. I asked her if she worked here, she said yes. I told her it's your JOB then! And started throwing my items in the bag. I asked her if she's got a problem doing her JOB! Do your JOB lady that's what you get paid for!!!! No stars really!

when I enter the store there is always a sense of product availibilty. I have a vast selection of products all within my budget. My shopping experience is great. Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores to shop. I advise others to shop at Dollar Tree.

The ASM picked up the phone i asked for the district information he then begun to tell me the district contact information is the only thing scratched off what ever paper they have in the office . Theni asked for his name to verify he then put me on hold then hung up and kept the phone off the hook its been 40 minutes so far and it is still busy. 4pm ASM informed me that the store manager Jerry was gone until tomorrow i will call back tomorrow he was disrespectful...

I have tried this dollar tree a couple of times and the service is terrible. The employees did nothing but rant about management and customers. It was a very negative environment. I felt unwelcome and I don't think I'll be visiting again. Go to the dollar tree on florida ave. They provide excellent service.
