This place has horrible customer service. My bf and I was getting a few items while we were waiting on my vehicle to be serviced. While shopping I had to use the restroom. I asked the stock lady if I could use the restroom and she would not allow me to. We had all our items in the shopping cart. We ended up just leaving all of the items we wanted to purchase behind. F. Y. I.It is the law in a business to have a operating restroom and sink available for customer use. NOT NICE PEOPLE Thank you God bless.

I want to put my opinion here so that they do something about it with a worker in this establishment, stop that today was not a good day for her and she spoke to me in a bad way and insulted my name I don't know I know that she is the boss of something gray-haired lady told me not to go there anymore when all my purchases are done in dollar trees I hope. take action I will write directly to your page if you don't like the job just stay at home

It is illegal to not provide a restroom for your employees to use during shift. Heather I will be reporting your store. I'm sure in a few weeks you will get a response. It's one thing if I was told the restrooms where not for public use which is your right. I understand the dollar trees location is in a heavy homeless populated area but say that. Don't say your rest room is out of order. Disappointed because I would've loved to shop around for new office supplies for my new office building. Who doesn't love a bargain price, but between the rude customer service from a middle-aged wide bodied Hispanic woman with very greasy black hair (putting description because I don't know her name, I'm sure it's not rude a**hole) but senior with red hair was very sweet. Will go to a different dollar tree from now on to skip out on the b.s still reporting though.

Really nasty costumer service.. the manager gave me 5 dollar bill as my change and it was damage.. She put a tape and told me she doesn't have to exchanged for a better bill...even do I asked her nicely ad I wait for the next customer when she re opened the register ..That wasn't nice.. April 26th around 6:30 pm Her name is Heather..🤮Costumer services is priority lady go head and get train .

A myriad of terrific items for just about everyone.Each Dollar Tree offers something unique.It is unfortunate that most of the staff is extremely unfriendly,and has no knowledge of any of the products. I simply go in, buy what I want,and need.The three stars are for the wonderful products.Update- A more recent trip which involved a cleaner store and friendly staff changed my opinion about this Dollar Tree. Thank you to the new staff for an amazing store.

Dollar tree is still one of my favorite places to shop. Although the price of $1.25 is more than I'm willing to pay on some items. Can find it cheaper for a dollar somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, extremely long check out line. It’s pointless to come here, the reason people shop at Dollar Tree is because they want to avoid the long lines & bad service you usually get at major retailers. I went in today to buy 2 items, only one register was open; the line wrapped around the sunglasses and into an isle. After waiting behind 8 customers ( 3 of which decided it was a great time to pay in all change) they finally opened register #2. Instead of calling for the next customer in line (me) she called over a customer from the end of the line (whom she apparently knew) I’ll never come here again. I can get this same treatment with more options at Wal-Mart.

Many of the shelves were bare. However, they had a fully stocked and nicely organized frozen section. They as well, seem to be stocked on cleaning supplies and Candy. Halloween stuff is out. Get your decorations and candy for the trick-or-treaters!

The dollar tree on Dale Mabry Hwy is awful. Cashier was extremely rude and ignorant. I understand with the pandemic it's crazy and people get irritated. I worked in retail and just recently left because of the ignorance of people. But if you plan to stick it out, then you need to have a better attitude.The dollar tree on Hillsborough is amazing. My cashier was extremely helpful, and pleasant. So the only reason why this is getting high stars is because of the Hillsborough location.

I'm very assiduous to this store...it's always very clean and organized..costumer service is 5 starts...the gentleman who works in the warehouse and stocking keeps everything in place and is always happy to help finding things and giving good advising about products...I'm very glad is in my neighborhood a dollar tree store with such a quality 👌

Huge variety of $1 priced products. This location has a frozen/cold foods selection as well. You can find some great deals, but also be aware that some items can actually be bought for less than $1 at regular supermarkets.

Very neat small store where you can find almost everything for so little money. Also their staffs are very kind, helpful would make sure that you always leave happy and come back again soon. The parking there is kinda limited and most likely customer would park in the Pepboys parking right next door.

Great variety of items, I was surprised at all they had, from tools to personal items to kids toys to food, this location has an incredible selection.Very impressed.The staff were also very friendly

This is the best Dollar tree in the *area. It's big, it got much more merchandise than other in the *area. And I give it a huge +plus cause it's the cleanest of all in this area..

I usually always come to this dollar store but every single time there is always someone asking for money or a few ppl hanging out in front of the store before you go its like damn .It makes things uncomfortable. Especially if your by yourself.

The sales associates were great but the A.C. was not working. I was there 10 minutes and it was horrible. I can't imagine how the associates could work and still be in good spirits.
