I had my 2 older Bichon Frise dogs fully groomed. This was my second time as I had always used a mobile groomer. They did an amazing job!! I was so happy since they were definitely overdue. I could not have been happier as were my pups. So glad to have found Doggy Day Inn!!

Our dog gets so excited when we say she's going to daycare! Everybody here is so nice and you can tell they truly love all the dogs.I've also boarded her with them for almost 2 weeks when I was out of town, and it was great to know she was in a safe place with people that I trust.We've been bringing her to daycare here practically every day for around 6 months or so and have zero complaints or issues.

Used this place to groom our two retrievers. Scheduled my next appt when we picked up dogs for Saturday March 2 because we had a very large adult and dog gathering at our home that afternoon. Upon arrival we were told we weren't on the schedule until Monday. I explained we specifically scheduled for this day as we had an event planned. Employee pulled out the paper files and did in fact confirm that we did schedule for Saturday March 2. Proceeded to tell me they were full and unable to honor our appointment, after getting the owner on the phone the owner refused to honor the appt with no resolution just a sorry and good luck. I am now driving all over town trying to get my dogs groomed same day. What a joke, will never be returningAlso to note, the previous time here they shaved my retriever/collie mix to look like a poodle. He was on the tail end of many jokes for the next few weeks so we had only scheduled baths this time

I have had my 23 month old goldendoodle to 4 grommers, and this is the first positive feedback that I have gotten . Miss Georgia was happy and beautiful when they brought her out to me. They're personal are all professional and dog loving .

I have been bouncing around groomers all over Tampa for the four years I’ve lived here but this past year I’ve been consistently going back to this one! My requirements for groomers are simple: regular pricing ($10 for nails, $50 for small dog grooming), short enough trimming, and no knicks when grooming. I’ve been understanding with groomers in the past but this groomer has set the bar high. They always follow my request for a short cut, the dogs have their own area to walk around in not just a crate, the prices are normal, I have never seen a Knick on my dog, and the service is actually very quick. They always have slots available. I drive 25 minutes from my home by USF to go to this groomer’s every 2-3 months. I’d board my dogs here too if I needed to. They have cameras and you can look at them when your dog is boarded there. I included pictures of various cuts they did on Ella, and the black dog Luna is quite the cry baby with nail trims but they are very patient and get the job done.

This place is great and super convenient. I mainly use their grooming services because of their cage free set up and great service. They keep notes on my particulars and always do a great job. Also, they only keep my pup for a short time versus all day, which is important to me. Highly recommend.

I usually call last minute and see if they have any grooming openings and they always get me in asap!! They do such a great job on my dog meeka’s hair !! Def will not go anywhere else !!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Our experience with DoggyDay Inn was not positive and we can not in good faith provide a recommendation. Our 2 dogs stayed for 8 nights total. One of our dogs has an existing slip disc issue and because of that we decided not to have interaction with other dogs during the daycare portion. We purposefully booked the largest room there for our 2 pups to have plenty of room and freedom. We were also assured that they would be taking out for potty breaks every 2 hours. All seemed good and we felt confident our pups would be in the best hands. We even added Camera access for the entirety of their stay.Unfortunately after the first night our disappointment began with them. Firstly, they didn’t take them out every 2 hours as we were told. Last potty break was between 5-6pm before lights out for the evening and the first potty break was after 8am. Between those two potty breaks, maybe they took them out once or twice in between. Which was totally different then what they posted on their website for boarding schedules and what they’d told us.Secondly, I didn’t see our dogs getting attention or affection from the workers. Our dogs started having diarrhea(which may cause serious health issues) after 3 nights and they had it until we picked them up. 5 nights in total. They never informed us once about it during the stay or even at pickup.Thirdly, They switched their room to a smaller room..much smaller room, WITHOUT giving us a notice. We still don’t know why they did that because they never talked about it to us. If we didn’t have the access to the camera, I guess we’d have never known. They did charge us for the smaller room instead of the room we booked but that doesn’t make it OK for them to switch the room without notice and not informing the owners at pick up.Lastly, We had to throw everything away that we brought for our dogs stay: 2 beds,a blanket,toys, food and bowls. The beds were covered with poop stains and also the toys. I couldn’t believe they gave us back chew toys covered with feces. Also, the bag that we dropped off with their food had ants in it when we picked up.Overall, It was a scary,horrible and very disappointing experience. It was our first time using DoggyDay Inn and will be the last. They’ve lost our trust and ultimately a customer.

I took my dog there when I first got him for just a sanitary trim, that was great and he did great for being a young puppy. It’s been a few months and he needed a real haircut this time. He is a pom mix so I was really scared for the haircut to be too short or shaved. They really listened to me and did such a great job!!!! He looks sooo good. I highly recommend this place. Love supporting small business and they are far better than the other large chain pet stores around here.

Great place for my dog to relax and have fun with other dogs after weeks of being out on the road in a semi truck. Even though he’s a tough trucker dog, they handled his grooming with gentle care.

We asked for our dog to not interact with other dogs. Our puppy now has a severe eye infection. I was not notified. I’m not sure why care was not taken but please use caution with this place when considering boarding. Lovey stayed Feb 4-6 it’s his second time staying so I am not rating the wrong place.

I’ve been taking my Pomeranian there for a while now and they always do an amazing job! He used to never like getting groomed but they do so well with him! It’s awesome because you can also see everything they do, and how they treat the animals as there is a big window which is awesome! They are also kennel free which is greatly appreciated (:The staff is always super friendly and helpful and answer any questions I ask. Would definitely recommend!!

My dog, Anabelle goes in looking like a rag a muffin dog and comes out looking like a refined little lady. They always stay to the cut I like her to have...plus I left her in for half day of play and she came home fully tired out. Great job...love it!!

My puppy loves coming to play at DoggyDay Inn!I've always used their grooming services and appreciate their cage free approach because you don't see that at most places.I recently decided to use their boarding services as I had to travel. I'm very cautious as to where I leave my puppy and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was helpful and attentive. You can tell they really do care for the pups. I felt at ease leaving my 6 month old puppy.Highly recommend!

They are great, I take Max every month for grooming and the always ask if you're satisfied with the look and do any corrections if I asked them to. Also I saw how the other dogs reacts to the workers there and they looks extremely happy and that warms my heart.

I put off getting my poodle groomed for a few months due to an unpleasant experience in the past at another groomer. Doggy Day Inn was referred by somebody that lives in my subdivision. I dropped my poodle off this morning. Was so happy to see their setup. Dogs playing in large areas. No dogs were kept in kennels like other grooming companies. In the past I would get her groomed at other places and it would take up to 6 hours. Most of the time I'm sure she was in a kennel. Doggie Day Inn and resort does not use kennels. I dropped her off at 8:00 and by 9:50 she was ready to go. And she looked beautiful. This is definitely the new place that I will be taking my dog from here on out to get groomed. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

They did a terrible job with my pure breed Cairn Terrier. They obviously don’t know what they are doing. I was very specific with what I wanted and the way this breed should be groomed. Do your dogs a favor and do not take them. They need to train the staff better and actually look at the notes of what they are supposed to do.Very disappointed.This is my reply to your comment:Thank you for answering. BTW, this was only my second time there and what they did is NOT a traditional cairn terrier (look it up). She looks more like a westie. Which is completely different.The groomer is obviously inexperienced. My dog’s hair will grow back, I just hope her coat won’t be messed up.

I absolutely loved this place! The owners/staff are friendly, clean and take pride in their business. This is a new groomers on Northdale that just opened last week. When I came in for my pomeranian's first appointment we were given a tour of the place. It's definitely doggy paradise! They offer daycare and boarding services too. I was so impressed with the cage-free set up and little details they had, I definitely plan on using the boarding services on my next vacation. An hour later Marley was ready to be picked up. His hair cut was perfect and he smelled great. I was exceptionally happy with how he turned out and plan to make this place his permanent spot! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had a very good experience. First time we have left dogs overnight. I like the smaller amount of dogs to be boarded here against a high volume kennel. I feel the dogs get more attention. The staff were happy to follow any special instructions regarding feeding/medication. We also had them groomed and bathed before pickup. Great place for our small dogs.
