I have been to MANY holistic/natural pet stores both here in Tampa as well as Minneapolis where I’m originally from. I have also tried a vast variety of different raw brands as my 1.5 yr old French Bulldog has been on a raw diet since I got him at 8 weeks. Aleyr by far has the most knowledgeable, helpful employees and owner I’ve come across. They’re always helpful and informed not only with food selection but also trouble shooting any issues you’re experiencing with your dogs health. They have helped me select a number of products that actually work and have made a distinct difference in my little boy’s life. They also have an exceptional selection of great quality food. I feed my dog small batch pets as they maintain a very high standard for quality of ingredients. Like I had said my dog has been on a raw diet for almost his entire life. But I saw an immediate difference when switching from other raw brands to small batch. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the Tummy Butter Tea goat milk… frenchies can be so gassy and when I incorporate this with his food no farts at all! I was floored to say the least when I started using it as a topper.

Love this place! Great quality products. I came here when my lil yorkie was having some health issues. Came here looking for something healthier for her to eat and the owner listened to everything going on and made great recommendations! I’ve switched over from dry kibble to 100% raw diet and never turning back. I can’t say that’s best for everyone and their dog but it was for mine. Very cute and inviting store. Parking lot entrance is a lil wonky but totally doable. Great rewards program and delivery options available as well!

So many local and USA manufactured brands. Their frozen section is super robust. They also carry many holistic alternatives. Excited to try their subscription/delivery. Final note: staff is knowledgeable, engaging, and kind. 10/10!

Killian my English cream golden retriever has had stomach issues since he was 2 months old and is a very picky eater. I was hesitant about trying raw as many vets do not support it, however after learning a bit about it while shopping at aleyr it sparked my own research I made the switch and I am forever grateful I did. We made the switch to raw at around 5 months old and saw fantastic results. Solid stools with in 2 weeks and he finally started to gain weight! His coat and teeth are fantastic and he is always complimented by the vet when he is seen for check ups! Recently, I found my self completely defeated when he started to show no interest in his raw diet about a month and a half ago. I was sent back to the drawing board. I had almost given up and was going to try and turn back to kibble. Luckily I came to Aleyr to grab some chews and ended up having a fantastic conversation with the ladies who run and own the store. They were extremely knowledgeable and suggested some of their raw patties that have absolutely changed Killians food drive. They care so much about the wellbeing of every animal and are great at educating others about everything they carry and as to why they choose to have it in their store! Killian begs for more of his small batch patties absolutely can not get enough. Happy dog = happy mom!

All natural pet store with occasional holistic vet appts. The owner always takes some Of her time to help. AllProducts are high grade and this place has helped me when the vet couldn’t. If your over the vet bills be preventative and shop here

I placed an order using Aleyr's new auto ship program. The online ordering platform was very user friendly. I was impressed with the large variety of items Aleyr offered, and especially impressed with the prices! I found all of the items I was looking for and placed my order for repeated auto ship. My items arrived quickly at my doorstep! I decided to remove one item from my next auto ship purchase, and doing so was easy to do with their online platform. Overall a very user-friendly and great experience! I would definitely recommend Aleyr!

My pup and I love this place. She recognizes when we pull into the parking lot and starts jumping around - they know us here and are always so sweet to her. They are knowledgeable and can help with questions and products, and their first priority is always the animal's health. I often learn something when I go in looking for a product. Their delivery is convenient also, although we often go in to pick up instead because my pup enjoys it!

Great pet store - I shop for raw and quality cat food for my senior kitty and some of the stray cats I care for that are recovering from injuries or illness. it’s often hard to find a good selection even in specialty pet stores for kitties- but Aleyr carries the one brand my cats all agree on, and helped me out in a pinch providing samples for my super picky senior to try. Very helpful shop people and great quality and selection of foods. Tampa’s companion animals and their people are lucky to have a shop like Aleyr!

I can not say enough about this place. It is so much more than a pet store! The staff is absolutely incredible and takes their time to explain products and understand what your dog needs. This store is heaven sent and is absolutely incredible. I can not recommend enough!

This place is fantastic. They have so many things that your dogs can benefit from or ever need! The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is the staff. I’ve had pets my whole life and specifically dogs. I know how to take care of my animals. Certain individuals that work there come across as very pretentious and almost condescending with their opinions on what is beneficial and not beneficial for our pets. Love the products. Staff needs a little more training on how to properly treat customers.

Love this store so much. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have so many unique products you can’t get at other stores. They also offer unique pet health services such as anesthesia free dental cleaning and pet bio scanning. I absolutely love this store and have stopped going to the big box store to shop here!

My favorite local pet store. They offer products for dogs and cats with a wide selection of trusted products they recommend. They have a holistic vet available here as well as free nail clip services on certain days/times. The workers here are very nice and willing to help educate about any questions you may have about your pet's diet and needs. I have my dog on a raw food diet and they kindly deliver routinely. Please come and visit this local pet store!

I have been using Aleyr for over a year now while in Tampa and the store and the staff are great - everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually talk to Brittany the most when getting my kitties food and she is so sweet! I also love that they deliver local to your door - it’s been super convenient with my work schedule. Best pet store ever!! The staff is incredibly helpful and more than happy to provide free samples for our pup to see what she likes/doesn’t like. My Shiba is very picky and Aleyr carries all the speciality treats and meal toppers she loves. Everything is high quality, fairly priced, and well-displayed. I stop by every other week to stock up on treats and chews and their loyalty program has saved me some money. There’s no other place like this in South Tampa :)

Without a doubt the best place to buy for all of your pet needs in Tampa. The customer service at Aleyr is above and beyond. The day we had our baby we were planning on going to get dog food because we ran out. We called Aleyr and they delivered dog food to our house so that our two girls wouldn’t go without dog food while we were in the hospital. They truly went above and beyond for us! We will forever be customers to this wonderful business.

I am so excited to have found Aleyr pet store. Every member of their team has been so helpful in getting me and my puppy on the right track for his health and wellness. We love Dr. Cathy the holistic vet there too! We have seen her several times for consults and chiropractic adjustments. Everyone has been so helpful and full of great information. It only took one time for me to fall in love with the service at this pet store. The staff is super friendly and immediately made me welcomed. They offered me a sample of their raw food for cats and since then I haven’t stop buying from them. I live in the Brandon/Valrico area so I order everything for delivery. I signed up for auto-ship every 3 weeks (you manage your frequency) so I get my pet’s food delivered right to my door when I need it 😗😙.This review wouldn’t be complete without giving a shout out to Brittany! 🙌🏼🙌🏼. She’s the most amazing customer service rep I ever met! She’s friendly, personable, efficient and always has a smile on her face! It’s always a pleasure to deal with her ☺️. Such a cute little pet store and in a great location! I prefer to shop local for pet products because it’s good for the community and they have products the big box store doesn’t have. The place was bright and open and looked and felt nicer than a majority of pet stores do. Loved the selection of products. We picked up a chew toy and a dental toy I haven’t seen anywhere else. Plus with the signing up for their perks program sale of 10% on your first purchase it’s worth the trip in.

We just moved to Tampa and I did a google search for our French bulldog’s pet food. Near me, I found an Aleyr store. I went there and not only got the right food for our girl, but I also found other things that I needed for her. They have super friendly and knowledgeable store personnel. They also have great loyalty and delivery programs. The loyalty program makes their prices very competitive. Additionally, their online store carries anything you might need that can’t be found in the store. We just got a new dog bed at Aleyr’s online store. It was delivered on quickly with an added personal touch of shipping notifications and secure delivery through personal communications from the deliverer. Overall, a great experience that makes a loyal returning customer for all of our dog’s needs.

I love Aleyr! Was looking for a healthy pet food/supply store that was local and knowledgeable. The owner recommended my frenchie try a new type of food and took the time to explain the benefits. They also have great discounts and are able to deliver to my house if I don’t want to have to go into the store (and it’s super easy/convenient). So glad I found them!!
