I made a call to the office and was seen the same day. The office is very nice, up-to-date and stylish. Vet came out introduced himself and led us to the back. He handled my kitty with care, clipped her nails and we're scheduled to go back to have her declawed. Which he explained in debt the benefits of doing.

I brought my 11 year old Golden Retriever Bella, for X-Rays and yearly vaccines/ check up.. Jay was so pleasant, passionate at what he does, courteous and took very good care of Us.. they are very friendly and reasonable..I recommend House of Runtz Medical Center, for all your animal needs! This is Bella,, after she found out, she is good to go with flying colors 😅.. Thxs Jay 🙏🏼

I am impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff at House of Runtz. This facility provides top notch vet care for pet owners, dog breeders and even people needing specialty services for designer breeds. I walked in for something very simple and stayed just to enjoy the artistic facility and get to know the staff better. You should definitely go check them out.

I called to see if I can do a walk in ASAP because I saw blood in my puppy’s stool! Jerome was SUPER nice, gave me a few reasons why this might be happening and advised me to come in. I took my Charlie in immediately and Jerome walked me through EVERYTHING! I had so many questions about vaccinations, deworming, and puppy questions in general and all we’re answered THOROUGHLY! Charlie got his second vaccine, another dewormer, check up, and fecal test for the blood in the stool. Jerome was Super kind, patient, very knowledgeable, and truly has a passion for what they do. I don’t feel Thant I was over charged or pressured into anything at all. Not to mention the place is CLEAN, inviting, and looks super modern and cool! My Charlie even got to take pics! What a great piece of mind after leaving House of Runtz. I will be back in two weeks! I think my Charlie and I found a new home! Thanks Jerome and House of Runtz !

This was my first time at The House Of Runtz. I really liked it!. The inside is very nice, colorful, and I love the design on the floor. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Did not have to be there all day for a shot and nail cut. Service was professional, educational, and fast. The House of Runtz will be where I take my baby for all her needs. Ohh!… I almost forgot to mention the price! Affordable! affordable! Taking care of your dog with The House of Runtz is inexpensive and a great experience.

Class act!!!!As soon as I walked into my now favorite spot where I bring my fur brother I was greeted with professional welcoming service! It's a posh/retro ambiance. Vet is professional and calming to my brother. He had all his needs met and will definitely continue to come and tell all my peeps to come here as well!

The staff is so knowledgeable and professional. The facility is so colorful and welcoming. It’s something I’ve never seen before. Every pet that came in during the time I was there was treated like royalty. I’m in love with this place. I trust them with all of my pet’s needs. I’m always so satisfied after each visit.

I can not rave enough about House of Runtz. They are amazing. My Chloe has been in the care of the staff for years (since 2010) before they became the House of Runtz and I would trust NO ONE ELSE but this team. Chloe loves the staff. She gets super excited about her visits and superstar attention. Their doggie meals are amazing. She devours their meals in a way, she would make you think that she has not been feed in days. That's how much she loves it. At her visits, all my concerns and questions are addressed. This place is a doggie heaven. We love this place, the artwork is amazing and on point. I knew we found home when my dogs led me toward the door and showed no hesitation in walking inside. The office was clean and welcoming as the staff I would recommend anyone to visit with the confidence that they leave satisfied. Job well done on my visit I look forward to many more in the future

This was my first time here and I must say walking in was an experience ! The place make u feel great . Jay was open to the situation that was going on with my dog an gave me great details an knowledge ! I will be back with my other two fur babies !
