Carol is the best! She has been grooming and boarding my boy dogs for more than five years. She treats my boys as though they were her own. She is great at communicating and listens well to any concerns I may have.One of my dogs has separation anxiety but Carol is so patient and caring that he settles down easily with her.Side note: she spoils them rotten 😀

Caroline is the perfect person to leave your baby with. She is devoted and love animals like we love them. My baby always looks amazing in every haircut. From my first interaction with Carolina, I could tell that my dog was going to be in good hands. She is a very caring person and did a wonderful job grooming my dog. He is a very nervous animal and is very hard to groom. She did an amazing job and I will definitely be back again.

Carolina has a natural love and rapport for the pets she cares for and grooms. An excellent and experienced groomer, she connects and knows when your pet needs a break or is stressed and adjusts to the situation. We leave our part-Persian cat in her care when we travel and Carolina gives her a lion's cut several times a year.

We used Carol's services for our Boxer today and she was fantastic. We needed a close pet daycare for days we would be gone more than a few hours and I couldn't be happier with the warmth she showed us and our dog. We look forward to utilizing more of her services in the months to come.

Unfortunately I was not happy with my services with Carol. In addition to her causing my dogs nail to bleed when she cut it (which she informed me of), when I got home I noticed some bleeding on my dogs stomach. Long story short it was a poopped blood vessel from shaving, and it was caused by Carols shop. She said this is a risk we assume when taking dogs to get groomed but this has never happened to my five year old dog. She also said if it’s their fault I would receive a refund, it wasn’t a full refund, it wasn’t even half. To make matters worse, she was busy and said her assistant left so she had to handle my dog herself which I find negligent. She proceeded to give excuses saying my dog wouldn’t stand and it was hard to shave her. If you aren’t able to perform a job, don’t. I will never return here again.

If I could give 0 or minus stars I would. The owner is not an experienced groomer. She shaved my dogs hair without my consent. My long haired Maltese had abrasions from how short she shaved her even after showing her pictures and giving her detail instructions of how we just wanted a trim.

I just moved here from California and have been looking for a new groomer for my beloved dog. I had read the reviews and people seemed to be happy with the service here so I bought a Groupon. I went to make an appointment and once they found out the breed of my dog she said that the cost of a grooming for him is $45 so you will have to pay $25 more when you come in. Wait a Minute! My groupon is worth $40 and then she wants me to pay $25 more but the price is originallly $45. Thats $70, what kind of scam is she running here or does she not understand what shes saying. I could see paying $5 but not $25. At this time I do not feel comfortable taking my dog here.Please be aware!!
