Woman who helped me was rude and she seemed like she hated her job. She was short and had an attitude. Like she was doing the bare minimum to not get fired. To me I would rather drive the extra mile to the other post office.

Wonderful service here, I came here to have my package shipped to Canada, the two ladies at the front helped me with all my questions and suggested different ways to lower my package’s weight. Sadly I was 1 ounce over which spiked my shipping cost up 10$. The employees re-weighed my package many times and tried everything to save me as much money as possible. Seriously, they tried everything.Small post office, not busy, kinda seems in the middle of nowhere away from the noise, frequented by older folk, the workers know some of them by name,Basically this Post office is the cozy, friendly coffee shop of the industrialized “starbucks” world of post offices.***Definitely worth the extra drive.

This one woman was very hateful, I asked a simple question and she goes berserk, she don't know she got the computer right in front of her and she don't know. When my payment is due. I didn't have the mail that gives you to let you know the date. I was not sure if it's September or October I didn't know it would bother her that I asked her so I didn't pay at the moment had to go back home to check that notice that give you I hope I find it. And my opinion she shouldn't be working with a different department not customer service 😔.

Caucasian woman clerk (clerk 20) was so nasty and rude to me 2 days in a row because I asked her a couple of delivery questions. She Cursed me under her breath. She has some serious anger issues. Needs to be disciplined right away.

Your employees behind the counter are so rude it’s unbelievable. I went in for assistance and she snapped so inappropriately that it took everything in me not to snap back. I was so offended by the immaturity of someone her age that it’s so sad you hire people like that to serve the community. That’s just pathetic that you think THAT is customer service. It’s just sick. But don’t worry, she had no problem playing on her phone. I guess she has her priorities set.

The ladies working here were rude and unfriendly, almost to the point of being hostile. They don't want to answer postal questions and have no idea of what customer service is. Overall a very unpleasant atmosphere.

The worst post office ever! Clerk #7 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was screaming and went personal. Manager heard entire conversation and didn’t care at all.

Let me first say that until recently i have always had positive experiences here. BUT....... Now there is a manager there ( older woman with blonde curly hair) who is just horrible! A few times i have had some issues with packages I've sent getting broken or lost. When i have gone in there for assistance the manager just says there is nothing she can do.This morning was the worst. I sent my son in to drop packages to be mailed. I go everyday to drop packages for my business there for over 7 years. Today the manager SCREAMED at my son to not put those on the counter , to put them in the bin. There was no bin and we have never dropped packages in a bin at this location. She was RUDE AND DEGRADING. I am appalled at her behavior! Just know you could be treated like a dog at this location.

Not friendly at all. The one and only place where I always got "valuable" comments about way I am packing my packages. I prefer to drive 30 minutes more every two days just not to have these conversations.

This is not a real post office. Terrible service. They don't offer any service. I came here to send a prepaid package and they could not print out the label. So I had to leave and go find a printing place to print out a label. When I came back to try to mail it a second time they didn't even have tape to put the label on the box! So I had to leave again just for some tape and ended up going to the post office downtown instead. Don't waste your time here!

Went in to find out how to replace my lost mailbox key and I've never ran across such a hateful mean woman! I don't know how she keeps her job. I'll never do business with that place again I'm happy to drive out of my way to avoid such a nasty individual

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, Trisa is saying I can not get a refund when I have a prepaid label. She ALSO took the label, have no idea why. The people who work here are VERY rude and I would go to another one if you can help it.

I have been calling here for two days in a row regarding a package that says it was delivered to me, but never was. They do not answer the phone, not sure as to why they even have one. A little update, I received my package 5 days later and it was fully opened!! This is the second time this has happened to me.

0 stars if I could. They never answer their phone. I am an online business and discovered that none of my packages are getting scanned. My customers have no idea when they will get their packages until they are out for delivery. I spend $40K and more per year on USPS packages, and am so tired of lack of accountability of USPS! avoid this branch like the plague!

I like this post office.Staff is friendly and it's not overly busy like the one by my house.It is really small and usually only has one person at the counter.Where you wait in line is a bit cramped but usually there's not many people there so it doesn't affect you much.They have a small rental box section and a few drop boxes inside.

One woman refused to take my prepaid media mail book package when she asked if I had a piece of paper in it. I told her yes, I may have an invoice in it for the book. She then said she will open my package and send it back if there was a piece of paper. This is ridiculous, I’ve never had this problem before, and amazon directs you to print an invoice. THE BOOK IS MADE OF PAPER WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH ONE MORE PIECE OF PAPER AS AN INVOICE. Ridiculous. Dropped it off somewhere else with no problem. I am never using usps again.

I always come to this location. Very friendly service and never really crowded with long lines. I've been to a few post offices where the staff is rude but not at this location. Very happy with this location!

Very unhelpful. I had a prepaid postage sent to me via email. Lady at the counter said there is nothing she could do with it. Didn't even attempt to scan the code or offer a solution for me to forward the email. Told me to go to the library to print it. Terrible customer service.
