This is a really great store. Because it’s in a more rural area, this Ace Hardware has a great selection and lots of additional products. And when I could not find what I needed, Tom was HUGE help! One really nice feature of most Ace Hardware stores is the customer service. There are usually attentive and knowledgeable staff to help you find what your need.

This is by far the cleanest biggest ace store ever. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable about every detail. Will go out of my way to visit this location.

The manager Miss Sam is the best of management she is always on top of her game with her customers, her employees and knows how to get her job done with excellent loyalty respect,skill and acknowledgment for her customers and people in and out of her Store.She knows how to create an atmosphere of a family-friendly place of business. Lost some stars because I don’t appreciate this version of “customer service.” Normally I don’t ask for help but I was on a time limit and figured the person working there would be more acquainted with product location than I am. I won’t ask again though because instead of just listening and assisting with my need, I got talked to like I’m stupid and don’t know what I’m doing. Also irritated that the product I was eventually lead to was not the proper size so I had to go back and buy the correct one. This one is partially my fault for not taking the extra second to double check but I was seriously tired of listen to 30 alternative ways to do what I needed to do (none of which was relevant) from a man that had no idea what I was actually working on.

Much finer the Lowe's or home Depot people are extremely friendly and courteous and help out elderly people by going to get the product of and bring it to the cash register so we don't have to walk because of our Ace is the place

This is the best Ace Hardware on the planet. They have everything! If they don't have it, they help you find it. Their staff is extremely helpful. The customer service is a cut above any other retail store. And they are super organized. Love 'em!

This Ace Hardware is a hidden gem. They have outstanding customer service and a surprising inventory of items from traditional hardware store items to household goods. The goods they sell are great, but their "secret sauce" is their employees. I have never ran into an employee who has brought their bad day to work, they always warmly greet the customers and provide professional friendly customer service. The employees appear to enjoy working at this store. This says a lot about ownership and store management. They should write books on customer service or start a consulting firm to train and advise the countless businesses that lack in customer service.Note: I have seen a few, very few, reviews here where people have complained about the customer service being "too agressive", which is proof you can not please everyone. It is too easy for someone to simply say, "thank you, but I don't need help today", which I have done myself. I would much rather have someone readily eager to help than have to hunt someone down for help. If I wanted that experience I would go to one of the big box stores, where one rarely actually receives real help after spending time hunting down an employee. Management should ignore those complaints and keep doing what they are doing.

Parking at this location is atrocious , I have nearly been in 3 accidents trying to back out of the parking area. I am done with entitled drivers at this location. Use to be a convenience, now I'll do my shopping elsewhere.

The staff are amazing. Really, I feel so spoiled when I go in because there’s always a staff member so happy and ready to help. Very friendly and upbeat store with knowledgeable staff. They have fun events every now and then. I’m sad they didn’t really have many bulk seeds last time I went in, but really, I can’t bring myself to give them anything lower than five stars because these guys are fantastic.

Very friendly staff. We needed help to get a product apart from the others and they were right there ready to help , (actually ended up with 3 helping). The store is well and appropriately stocked for the everyday need as well as the season. The fruit trees were in good health and priced less expensively than the surrounding nurseries. This customer really appreciates the overall quality in the store and the staff!
