#walgreens corporation should take action. Employee turn off light early so its look closed nd scary to go in. Even inside light are 50% off too. Very bad management. #cvs need to open this side of town.

The staff at this location are always ready to help you find what your looking for! Fast and Friendly!!!Plus... This Walgreens is the closest on to the Tallahassee International Airport, so if you forget something you can pick it up at the last minute on the way.

First of all the customer service is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and courteous. Second of all, the Pharmacist I dealt with today was fantastic. Wonderful personality and seemed to have expedited my prescription even though it had just been sent to them. The date and time of my service was 7/27/21 at 3:30 in the afternoon. I hope you give your crew their accolades for a job well done. 💕

Sometimes I go in there it's fine and staff is chill. Other times, there's an almost hostile vibe. One pharmacist was amazing, another seemed miserable and was rude. Pretty inconsistent experience. It ain't that hard to have a baseline level of courtesy. Maybe they need better wages, or better management, or both.

Apparently your system was down for about 15 minutes. I was trying to add money to a card. Reload a card. I was told that I couldn't by the cashier. . Another employee that was exiting the building. Inserted herself in the conversation. I was asking the cashier if it had only been down a few minutes, would it be okay for me to wait and see if it comes back on. I was about to say that I had walked over here from across the busy main highway where I got off the city bus. It takes me an hour to get there and back on the city transportation. Where as she cut me off and said we can have you standing here trying your card over and over when paying customers are trying to leave. I was highly offended.the emoyee was Carmen from what the cashier said because she walked out the door when I asked.

You know I thought we posted a try be safe and all that have mask make sure we wash our hands don't go to work if we not feeling good. But yours check out lady is coughing every second and put her hands around her face. She keeps on adjusting her mask she's coughing into the mass so the drums is on the mass and she's touching her mask and not hand sanitizing her hands in between each transaction with customers. I had to sanitize all my stuff just to make sure I don't get sick.

I love going to the pharmacy here, Mr. Jones is always so nice and makes the experience feel so welcomed, he's always willing to help an accommodate even with prescriptions and to help find the best prices, so they are more affordable .

I called in and spoke to the pharmacist and she informed me that my prescription was available to be picked up that day (Thursday 3rd ),I arrived at the pharmacy the next day and they told me that they had no record of my phone call and the medication I attempted to refill was out of stock and it was going to take 4 more days to fill after already waiting 3 days for this to be filled. Upon requesting more information as to why this happened and how to prevent this in the future the pharmacy technician was rude and dismissive with me ,she called for the pharmacist over but first explained to her that I was rude but I was not ,the pharmacist also was rude and walked away and refused to answer my questions except to make the remarks that she and the technician I was interacting with was not at work on the day I spoke with the pharmacist on the phone and was told they only had 100 pills and I need 120 and was not their fault or their problem and kept repeating that frase while walking away and ask someone else to "wait on the rude white man!" I have never felt so violated and have experienced withdraw symptoms because of this neglect. IF they only had 100 so why couldn't they do a partial refill to help prevent the agonizing pain and withdraw. I feel I was treated unfairly.

I love this pharmacy! Th pharmacist with short cut the short technician and the other pharmacist with glasses has been there since I’ve been filling scripts there and I’ve always been treated good by them. Even when there’s an issue; they have always communicated with me. I notice how some folks complain about wait times as if you don’t sit in dr office for at least 2 hours! I love this Walgreens. I will never fill at any other store. Thanks ladies and staff

I want to give 5 stars for the only two pharmacy employees that was very professional and kind, Ms.Celeste, and the one guy with the afro. But, I had to give 1 or 0 stars for the rest of the staff that was rude and unprofessional with several customers during my visit. The young lady Asia was so rude to an elderly lady I want to cry for her. Her and another pharmacy tech seemed upset like they didn't want to be at work today. I would like to tell them to find another career because working in the pharmacy you have to have a professional, caring, kind attitude and they don't have that. People come to the pharmacy to get their medication and maybe be going through a hard time they dont need attitude from you. Just find another job, please what if someone treated your elderly love one like you treat the elderly. You wouldn't like that so please learn some professionalism and be kind to people.

Pharmacy doesn't answer phone calls. They just place you on hold for several minutes before finally hanging up on you. I just called 3 times in a row, and got the exact same response each time. I'm done being hung up on.

Had a bad experience with one of the girls in the pharmacy. Got the feeling she did not want to wait on me because of the color of my skin. Ended of walking out and transferring my RX. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The whole pharmacy staff are pretty much the same way; rude and they all ignore the customers while they “chit-chat” behind that wall/counter. Will never go back and will never recommend this store. Awful.

My only experience here was with a drive thru covid test but their unprofessionalism and failure to communicate that their pharmacy was going to be randomly closed during my appointment window (10am-2pm?) should've been enough to stay far away. I had to come back hours after my appointment which was very inconvenient. It's been a month since my covid test and I've called to ask about test results three times, still no results!

My niece and sister were verbally yelled at because my niece who is half african American herself and not to mention 6 years old, told a clerk named Kirsten that she was blacker than her, not meaning to be mean she is a child and doesn’t mean what she says they speak facts at that age everyone knows this. This Kirsten character then proceeded to tell her black is beautiful and get offended by something a 6 year old said!! My niece was so upset that she was treated that way we had to hold ourselves back from going back in there and doing something we would regret. The other clerk who was also African American chimed in and tried to tell my sister how to mother her child. Okay people I get it if you’re insecure with the way you look and not happy with your lives but don’t take it out on a 6 year old little girl because she stated a fact about you. My niece is half African American herself so we don’t know what the issue is. Needless to say this location has some very hostile workers and need to rethink before hiring anymore employees like Kirsten and the other front customer service worker.( the lady who chimed in was a heavier set lady with different color braids in her hair if anyone is wondering who else is responsible for upsetting a 6 yr old little girl!) Walgreens I hope you do something about this because this here is going viral and I will let everyone know what kind of people you have working there!!

Gave it one star only because I couldn't give no stars. Went in for passport photo and they took a picture of me with glasses. Paid eighteen bucks for it and when I applied for a passport the application was rejected because of glasses in the photo. Funny thing is my old passport photo I was wearing glasses.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Pharmacy manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel that I was a bother to her I will never be back to fill my prescriptions there again. I actually moved my prescriptions to CVS

Pharmacy workers are about as unpleasant as anyone you’ll ever deal with! Apparently I’m not the only one to notice this looking at the previous reviews. I guess Walgreens just doesn’t care? I know I’ll never come back here again.

I was told my prescription would be filled in 20 minutes. After a very long wait I asked why they hadn't filled it. They blamed me. Said it was the day before Christmas what did I expect. I took my prescription back and left.

Never try to place an online order here because they will not have all the items, nor will they read that you allowed substitutions to be made. The only reason I go to this Walgreens is because the one closest to me is always out of stock.
