My husband (a disabled veteran) and I visited this store location today. We were purchasing feed for our livestock. Upon exiting the store I overheard an employee complaining to another customer about her work day. The employee stated that people were being rude today (Memorial Day) and referenced an earlier customer who inquired about a veterans discount. The employee claimed that she rudely explained to the active veteran customer that Memorial Day was for the fallen, not the active.I normally do not interject but this was a hill I was willing to die on. I walked up with the Tractor Supply website on my phone to show her the reason the active veteran inquired was because the website claims to give a 15% discount to veterans on 2 holidays..Veterans Day and Memorial Day.The employee gave me a look of disdain as I walked away. This Tractor Supply location needs to do better!

Solid store with a helpful and friendly staff. Issues I have with Tractor Supply are corporate - they price gouge like they're a local small business trying to stay afloat with higher prices, but it's a huge corporation, and they certainly deal with giant stock orders. So the high prices are because they CAN, not because they have to. Can't blame the staff for that, so when I'm willing to pay 10-15% higher than other places, but don't want to drive across town, I find myself going to TSC.

I called to see which female breeds of chicks they have available, the employee said that she doesn't know, she's at the register and I can come in and look... I would have been happy to wait on hold or call back rather than drive 20 minutes... I don't think that's very good customer service, I did not call on the weekend or normally busier hours.

It’s a nice store. It’s relatively new and I think that has an impact on inventory. There are times I’ve gone in and something you would expect Tractor Supply to carry, they don’t. But most of the time they have what I’m looking for. I live nearby and was pleased when I saw the building being built. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

On three separate occasions I've had concerns or complications not caused by Tractor Supply that they took ownership of as if it was their problem. On two of those occasions it became clear to me that the manager, Austin, really cares about the business being conducted in his store and in all three of those occasions, the staff went over and above to make sure I was squared away. Thank you, Staff of Tallahassee East.

I went by to get an item that inventory said they had 10 on hand. When I got there they were all being used for baby chicks and an employee said he would call to see if a nearby store had one, but he didn't and then helped him the customer and walked away.

Like many companies Tractor Supply has learned how to bleed the most out of their customers for instance I simply wanted to buy five gallon buckets which I thought on the internet was listed for $2.50 each but when I got to the store they were $4.50 each without lids. The lids were $2.50 extra each so this is what is going on in America today the American public is being ripped off by their own companies so that we can send money overseas to help other countries and to prop up the illegal aliens crossing our borders was Healthcare and housing

I usually shop at the TS on West Tennessee Street but the employees acted as if they didn't care whether I shopped in their store or not. I had business on the East side of town and chose to stop by the TS near I-10 to pick up some hurricane relief supplies. The staff greeted us upon arrival with smiles and generally were happy we were there. We found what we needed and even though not needing help from staff were offered it from multiple employees. It is worth the drive to this location to deal with friendly folks who were happy that we stopped by. Thank you TS.

If you have animals this is the place to go. I am able to get all three of my dogs their vaccinations and prescriptions for heart worm prevention and fleas. I feed my chickens their products and they have a good variety of items.

The place is clean and people are friendly and respectful and professional. They ask if my service dog can have a treat every time we check out. The dog wash station is a very convenient life saver for me and priced right also.

It's a pretty standard TS. I get food for animals and sometimes grass seed there. They aren't competitive with other stores for much else. I like that they have clinics for pets on the weekend and that the store is pet friendly. The staff is courteous and helpful.

I've got a great selection on dog food especially specialty brands and not the selection you find at Walmart or your local grocery store. Typically more high-end dog foods that list all the ingredients and benefits. Other than that tractor supply's great to get your own chickens or any other sort of outdoor household needs.

This is the last business that still has a hardware section with bins of individual pins, nuts, washers, bolts, etc. It is a lifesaver and better than ordering on line.

Love this location. Bought a fantastic trailer through them which hauled my motorcycle beautifully from Tallahassee to Chattanooga TN. No issues, everything on the trailer was put together beautifully. When I bought the trailer, I had no idea this location had just opened not even a month prior. Despite that, the employees where all very knowledgeable and helpful.

Getting into the actual parking lot requires a little extra effort (you have to make a u-turn at the end of the median once you turn off of Mahan), but the store is clean and the associates are helpful and friendly.

I went in looking for dog food for my pit bull, who is allergic to..... well everything! Grass, grain, chicken, corn etc etc! They (a couple of very nice and knowledgeable ladies) helped me pick out food and they informed me that I could try a 5-8 lb bag of dog food for 1 penny! Yep frfr 1 freaking cent! I gotta say I was shocked, blown away even! Tractor supply has earned a customer for life!

Great to have another TSC in Tally! Brand new and easy to get to off Mahan or coming from I-10. The store is nice and clean. Lots of different products, from shovels to fertilizer to pet supplies.However, I only shop here if I need something the same day because most of the prices here are really high compared to online and large box stores.

This seems to be a fairly new store, and they had stuff in inventory that other Tractor Supply stores don't stock. Also had DIY pet grooming station
