This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with Tractor Supply. We had broken down in the interstate with a shredded tire on our camper. We had got on google to look for a local Tractor Supply. Which ended up being 24 miles from where we were broken down. We called and Windy said she had the tire. After she kept repeating the wrong tire size, we told her the correct size 5 times. She said she had that size and she would put it in a cart next to the register. I got to the store and it was the incorrect size. They ended up not having the tire size we gave her 5 times. And to add to it, she did not even apologize for wasting my time, going out of the way to drive to this location to get a tire she said they had. Accidents happen, I understand that but I feel this whole situation was unacceptable.

I love this Tractor Supply, but recently I got a taste of the managers attitude ("Liz"). My husband and I went in to buy a 300gal stock tank, and a very nice young man was helping us. Liz had started closing the store an hour and a half early including closing all the gates. When the young man tried to open the gate to avoid bringing the large stock tank through the store, she started yelling at him. She expected us (the customers) to move this 300gal stock tank through the merchandise stands that do not provide enough width to push the tank through. She became huffy and puffy when she realized this wasn't physically possible, and offered no solution. I suggested they open the gate so my husband could wheel it out to the truck while I pay for it. This would avoid all the movement issues, and it was the original plan. She seemed extremely bothered by this idea, and again.. offered no solutions. We did this and she stormed off without even an apology to her employee she yelled at and was incredibly disrespectful towards us. I won't continue to pour my support into a store that employs a manager who treats customers like an inconvenience, and her employees like trash. "Liz" doesn't have good problem solving skills, is unhelpful toward customers, and is very comfortable mistreating her employees. The complete opposite of traits you want in managerial staff. I hope this branch figures out a solution to this issue, because Liz will certainly not. We spend hundreds of dollars a month here, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. I will also be telling my homesteading friends about this because none of us support a toxic workplace.

I went in to buy a gun safe. After 20 minutes the manager ask if I needed help said said yes she called her team for help. For some reason she couldn’t help. Waited about 30 minutes no one came to help. Started walking out I mention to her that nobody else. Do you think she would stop what she was doing? Just say stay right here I’ll get you some one. She just kinda let it go. Tractor supply Tallahassee you lost a sale. These district managers are doing a terrible job on training people for customer satisfaction. CEO needs to walk in stores and start firing people that don’t care!

Elizabeth and company looked for my online order that UPS failed to deliver all morning. In the end, they got me a bigger, better tool at an even cheaper price than the one I initially bought! Very nice!

Decent if convenient or cheaper. Have never had to work so hard to buy a product before in my life.Had store associates tell me it showed in stock but no one would put much effort into looking just walk away. Could bother to try seeing if the other store had them either.Told to try ordering online…. That’s a joke too. Cancelled the first two then after finally going through an hour on the phone and adding a middle initial…. It gets cancelled again and this time finally gives a generic excuse of maybe this or that maybe the items aren’t available but still basically a shoulder shrug and an I don’t know….You will receive better service at northern tool or probably even harbor freight.

They tried to sell us a a broken hedger that was reduced in price but not marked that it doesn't run. They put it back on the shelf after we couldn't get it started, still not marked does not run, but definitely marked no returns. Usually TS has such great policies, this blew my mind.

Called few minutes ago. Talked to gentleman named Brent . I was looking for part for my lawn mower. He was very helpful and very informative. They didn't carry part I was looking for. But he recommended me to another place that specializes in my mower. Brent needs a raise and great sir. Give him AA+ for his help

On point when it comes to helping me out in the store.I was working out of town, and tore my pants...The young lady I spoke to turned me onto "Blue Mountain" canvas pants and they worked out great for me!The fit is great, and they looked good...The lot of the store was dark as heck, but otherwise outstanding...Again - awesome staff.

This review is for the highly disappointing Tennessee St TSC in Tallahassee. I was amazed to discover TSC, and I do find the layout and general friendliness a plus, but the staff at this store is less informed (and less concerned about it) than any of the unknowledgeable kids you find these days at Home Depot or Lowe’s. All I can figure is that TSC has a do-it-yourself culture, because there was NO interest and NO knowledge applied to my fencing project. No knowledge of store inventory or product placement in the store, and less interest in offering any help. Very friendly, almost baffling incompetence. Went twice, and it was the same both times. I’m going to try out the Vineland location before I write off TSC as a mismanaged mess - best for farmers who will get better pricing and may not need any help with product selection.

Service is always cheerful, get my country feeds for my animals, and anything else I need for the farm. Always find everything here, if you don't see it ask! Purchased most of my spring chicks here too! Great quality, lovely birds!! Love this place❣

My wife and I was looking for pressure washer. Checked multiple stores. They had the best price on a Simpson. Pleased with this brand. The staff and cashiers are always available, friendly, and helpful. Great store. Always impressed with how clean the facility is.

I tried to order an item on the website but it was cancelled for some reason. I called and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They located the item and let me know I could purchase it in store since I was having a difficult time online. When I got there they were still very friendly and helpful, and even gave me some tips on using the item. I will definitely shop there again.

This place has a lot of products for almost any animal you can imagine, but at some stores, things are a little difficult to find. Things should be organized a little better but overall, it is one of my favorite places to get pet food and pet related products, and also some outdoor things. Sometimes an employee is difficult to locate, but when you do and you ask for help, they're always very helpful.

Bought a pressure washer from them yesterday. Good quality and a low price. An employee loaded it into my car for me. What I love the best about this place though is that dogs are allowed in and can walk around without a leash. More places should allow this in my opinion.

The staff is awesome. They are so helpful. We had to rent a trailer to get our purchase (dog pen) home. It was installed and the gentleman couldn't have been sweeter. We are definitely fans of Tractor Supply. I give them 10/10.

I think, largely due to staff that this TS is one of their very best. I can not pick up heavy bags of grain due to AS. But I can come to this store and walk inside and they don't think twice about pulling and loading whatever I buy. It has made my life so much easier. I have never been stuck with a bad size choice or something like that. They are amazing. My beautiful dog can go with me on a leash and loves to go as a treat. I highly recommend Tallahassee, FL Tractor Supply.

Pretty cool place, cashier super friendly and helpful. Seems to have everything you would need and can't find at Lowe's/Home Depot. Seems like the place where real Farmers go to get the job done. Has a great novelty and gift shop, farm themed, saw some great gift giving ideas, some novelty items, some much needed practical items, prices reasonable. I like this place. Tons of parking, easy to get in and out.

I've visited this store for a year now to get 4health dog food for my two pups who are about to be a year old this January. This is not the first time they have run out of the puppy formula that I give them. My lab can not switch foods often due to his light stomach and they both really love this food. Today they were out so I asked if you got some on their truck and I was told they did and it was being unloaded that I would have to wait. 20 minutes later I am told it did not come they won't have more until Thursday and to try another food or buy the small bags they have. These bags are more expensive as when you buy in bulk the price goes down. I was not offered a discount though the woman was friendly.If the product is in such high demand that they run out every truck they should order more. I'm going to look into switching my brand and taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully I find something before my dogs go hungry.

Love that they have my cats healthy food in stock so I can buy it local! They also help me get the bag and take it out since I have trouble carrying this kind of weight now. Lots of stuff in stock and very helpful

I normally buy my hay in the Monticello branch. even if $65 for a round bale that stays outside without a cover is pretty expensive, I took the habit to get my hay there because it’s convenient and that they are most of the time nice.However my experience today at the Tallahassee branch was unusually horrible.I pay for my hay, went to get my truck and wait for someone to help me to load it.After 15 minutes I decided to call in order to make sure they didn’t forget about me.The employee was not apologetic at all about the delay and told me that everyone is busy (less than 4 cars in the parking lot).After another 5 minutes (so 20 minutes) a woman came obviously annoyed (mumbling indistinct things with an angry face) when I pointed the bale I wanted ( the first was so moldy that it was black).She told me « what’s wrong with this one » I decided not to argue ( it was obvious that the bale wasn’t first choice quality) and just repeat calmly and nicely could I have this one please.She finally got one (not the one I picked that was protected by other bales and conveniently accessible from the side) that was okay.I tried to be nice and make a joke saying that the first bale looks like she is 200 years old and that many people will “bother her” to move it out the way to get another one.She answered “yeah yeah goodbye »in a very rude way as she was leaving without looking at me.That being said if the management sees this (by pulling up my membership with my name) They will know that I’m a very loyal costumer that happens to have 5 horses 20 chickens 2 goats and 3 dogs and that I was essentially feeding all of them at tractor supply.It took 30 minutes to load that bale in my truck, which even if I feel everyone would agree is very long, it would have been fine with me if the employees would have been apologetic and nice about it ...Will probably find other options to feed my animals or at least completely boycott the Tallahassee branch.I was late for my appointment and I cannot stand unnecessary disrespectful people.If it’s more expensive, the quality is lower, it’s long, have rude and unhelpful staff ...what is the point?

This is a great store for me and my chickens. They have everything we need from food and treats to bedding and coups. I highly recommend if you have farm animals. They also have some cute clothes. Go for a visit.

I like the fact I don't have to travel all the way across town to Petco to buy dog food. They always have Taste of The Wild in stock when I need it. The staff are always nice and eager to help.

This is my favorite store on this world my pup loves it too she got her first favorite bone there I always look at toys and bones for her horse food and treats for my horse and schleich horses there I love everything about it even the smell. And I love the fact that it's dog freindly!🐶🛍👍❤ Oh and happy Valentine's day!💘
