Great products and even greater customer service from every member of the team! Everyone is highly educated on the products they carry and are always able to answer any questions or make appropriate recommendations (toys, treats, food, etc.) for my large dogs. My dogs now know what the bag from Naturally Healthy Pet looks like and they get so excited when I walk in the door with it!

The older gentleman who work on 2/5/24 around lunch time was so helpful and kind. He has so much knowledge about the products in the store. He was quick to provide options of other items in the store when asked about a product they were out of.He truly cares about the customers and their fur babies. When checking out, he was so patient and asked about my fur children likes and dislikes, which I found to be so sweet and thoughtful. I loved that the store was filled with great sections of natural options for pets. I did find that the store lacked options for cats, for example they did not have many dry food options for cats and did not have a large selection of cat litter. I did find a lot of products in the store that I don’t normally see in big pet stores like PetSmart or Petco. I did find products in the store that were just released recently that big box stores don’t have just yet which in my book is incredible. The price of the products were higher than normal but not by much. Carries top cat brands like Tiki cat, Meowijuana and fruitables.

I recently discovered this store, and I'm glad I did. They have so many quality healthy products for pets! It is so hard to find healthy, affordable pet food, treats, toys, and the like. Not here they have it all!! Did I mention affordable! I kid you not some of the best prices I've seen. They are on par or cheaper than petsmart or petco. Best of all, they are a small business with real passion for what they do. Make sure to, at the very least, stop by and take a peak. You won't be disappointed and the staff is so very kind and helpful. You will be glad you popped in!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, they listen and give advice to help you. I called looking for something to assist in giving my pet her meds, she got sick and refused to eat or take her meds. I tried everything I could to mask the pills. They suggested a pill paste that had good feedback. I picked some up and it worked! The paste can cover any size pill, it has a smooth texture, and it smells good like bacon. Our dog enjoys it. I really appreciate their advice and help. Thank you!

.. it's hard to believe i haven't written a review on this store before this. my wife did her usual diligent due research and got us to Naturally Healthy Pet store years ago. i'll drive by at recent count 9 pet food stores to shop with local owners Jerry and Basil their knowledge and expertise in pet food and supplies is unmatched .. our current dog Maggie is always greeted with a smile a pet and loves to shop for her favorite treats and food.. thank you for the personal touch and attention.

The store also has a very good selection of pet toys, grooming and health supplies, leads, collars, harnesses, and pet bowls.Raw, canned or dry foods for both dogs and cats, plus treats. My one stop pet supply store. Have shopped at this store for over ten years, highly recommended, five stars all around.

The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always ready to talk, and the store is pet friendly! None of the food has any waste or byproducts or grains. It's top-notch food. AND their food and toy prices are much better than the ones at the big chain stores!

The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I was feeding my cat's vet-recommended trash for over a year and couldn't figure out why they kept getting sick. Talked with one of the staff members (maybe the owner?) and he recommended a great all-natural food that was cheaper than the prescription food and has my fur babies acting like their old selves again! They only carry brands that they would feed to or use on their own animals. Highly recommend!!!

Only been there once and from what I saw it's an okay store but it's pretty small. The manager is pretty knowledge about his products and has a variety of different pet foods/treats I have never heard of but there a healthier choice which I really like. I'm also glad I was introduced to bully sticks instead of rawhide bones, as any pet owner knows tend to pose blockage, contamination and digestive problems.

Tallahassee is fortunate to have many places to buy natural dog and cat food, but Naturally Healthy Pet is ten times better than their competitors. They have a focused, well thought out inventory and carry the best brands you can get. Basil is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet and if you come back more than once, don’t be surprised if he greets you by name.

I wouldn't shop any place else for my dog. The place is neat and clean. The customer service is over the top. Pleasant and very knowledgeable. I go there because they don't try to sell you something you don't need. It is just the opposite. I have been told more than once that my dog really didn't need what I was questioning. And they were right! They truly care about the people and pets that come into their store.

Basil and Jerry are really fantastic. I feel like their goal is to get me what I need. I recall one situation in which Jerry was sending me to an online vendor to get what I wanted cheaper. It really caught me off guard. I told Jerry that I was gonna "get it here" so I was sure it was the right product. I hope these guys are making enough money. ... Unfortunately, I won't be going much more for now becuase my canine companion (Linus) meet his end in November 2016. I was in the shopping center today and thought that I should stop in tell them why I hadn't been back. I told Basil the story. It's been almost six months, but telling the story again to someone that I could tell truly cared for Linus brought back tears like it was November again. I think it was the worst day of my life. I never lost anything that close to me to death. Maybe I should stay in touch with Jerry and Basil in hopes that one day I'll feel ready to do it all over again. It really is a great store.

Basil and Jerry are encyclopedias of information on dog food!. Even tho at the moment I live too far away to purchase from them, they are most helpful at answering any questions I have and at length. I'm always calling them for advice and they willingly help. I am always impressed with how much they know. They are not out for a buck but are honest and generous people.

Absolutely the best customer service ever! I call in for my order of Orijen Tundra Kibble and it's in the store a couple of days later. No pressure, just a nice courtesy call is made to me. These guys really know their stuff and are super delighted when you bring in your pets. You can really tell they love all animals! I am a customer for life now and both my Chinese Shar-Pei (Rocky & Vader) love going there to see Jerry and Basel. I would highly recommend them and would give the Naturally Healthy Pet Store a 10 Star rating, if available. These guys are the best! Thanks :)

Love this store. The owners are great. One owner is a bit much - but the other owner is mellow and anachronistic! He really knows what he is talking about. He also goes out of his way to find you what you need and he provides exceptional customer service. Costs more other stores the same products but service is superior. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough nice things about Naturally Healthy Pet. Great products and wonderful service. The owner was kind enough one day and offered to bring my dog food out to my car, take my payment and bring me my receipt because I had a sleepy baby in the back that I didn't want to disturb.
