We took our cat Sirius to get neutered at Tally Spay. We used their waiver provided by the Humane Society and were able to get an appointment for the next week. They did his shots and microchip as well. They were timely and respectful of all questions we had.

They were very informative and had a well set up process for drop off and pick up. They're the best priced place for neuter/spay within 100 miles of my home without a ridiculous waiting time for an appointment.The only issue I had was how far I had to travel to drop off my pet and that I live in a different time zone, which meant I had to wake up very early to get there on time, but that isn't their fault. I also had to find stuff to do in Tallahassee while I waited to pick her up because driving home and coming back wasn't practical. Check out the gardens at Alfed B. Maclay, while you wait, if the Azaleas are in bloom (late winter/early spring).

My vet (Northwood Animal Hospital) actually told me about Tally Spay and the program they did this spring for free neuters. I took my 1 year old dog to Tally Spay for a neuter and it saved me over $500 that it would have cost elsewhere. The whole thing only cost about $25 in total with medication, cone, microchip, and everything. It's been a couple of weeks now and my regular vet said that my dog has healed up very well. The whole process was straightforward and all the staff were helpful. I would definitely recommend Tally Spay.

Terrible. Showed up for appointment for a neuter for our cat approximately 1 minute late. Tried to call this establishment over 4 times to let them know that we are in fact coming, and that we were incredibly sorry for running this late, we paid for this appointment. Not only did they turn us away, they also took our money. Deleted our appointment and never even gave us a chance. They will tell you to come in, make you pay a deposit, and upon arrival, tell you nevermind. We can't see you or your animal. Were extremely rude and harsh, making my fiance start crying, and then they'll keep your money. Don't recommend them. Sure they are cheap but they have no regard for anything but money. 0 stars.

The staff was amazing. They explained everything to me. There was no hidden cost. There was no surprises when I got there. They treated our cat Bakul with love and kindness. she received the best possible care while she was there and the after care was amazing.Thank youTally Spay.

For someone to trust their animal with an establishment I’d expect for them to be nicer and more respectful than what they were. I called the phone and after 3 days someone actually answered. I was very uneased with the whole process of getting my baby girl fixed because of a past trauma and needed more information even though I’ve been thoroughly through their website. The lady that answered the phone was extremely disheartening and told me basically to call my vet and ask them. She said she doesn’t do the surgeries so she couldn’t answer ANY of my questions. She also advised me to do my own research… Well darling I called you at your establishment that you work at. I decided to cancel my appointment because I don’t trust them with the dog’s life but of course no one answered the phone. They did get left a message. I advise you not to come here if you want your animal to live or stay healthy.

My cat got spayed here he seems to be doing great especially with the extra pain meds I received ! Only problem I had was I. Wasn’t told how to get the cone to stay on this cats head. I tied it with the rope that came with it I tried other string I had on hand tried everything and he pops it off his head in 2 minutes. I’d love to receive some tips otherwise my experience here was extremely excellent

They were amazing, a really terrific experience! Fast appointment, very efficient drop off and pick up! Would highly, highly recommend!! They took great care of my little kitty. Everything is emailed and most things can be done online which really streamlines the process. They are very good at providing all information in writing and verbally in person if needed. Having the Dr notes emailed really helped put my mind at ease before pickup.

Do not try and save money here. I have had the worst experience of any vet practice here. Take your animal to your normal vet unless you want them to suffer unnecessarily. They gave my dog a vaccine meant for a cat. We signed up for the 3 year rabies shot, they gave the one year. A sloppy surgery led to a hematoma on my animal, and they also convinced us we would not need the E collar. Now instead of a bill under $100 my family will be paying over $1000 for a second surgery. Don’t make the same mistake we did. You pay for what you get.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I took my kitten to Tally Spay. He got neutered and vaccinated. I am very happy with this clinic for providing him with affordable as well as excellent care. The clinic is clean and the procedures and what to expect were very clearly communicated via email. The front desk attendant was very helpful and kind to each and every person picking up, she was cheerful and knowledgeable and answered questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner, dog or cat. The cost of fixing them at other veterinary clinics is in the hundreds of dollars range and not possible for people on a tight budget. Tally Spay makes it affordable for anyone who is interested in getting their fur baby fixed! The kittens name is Camo and they even took the time to draw little camouflage spots on his take home bag of medicine. So sweet and thoughtful! Thank you everyone at Tally Spay!

These folks care about your pets. They are so good with them and very friendly. If you are low income, low cost vouchers are available at The Fix Thrift Shop. I used them for my 2 youngest cats and the service and caring we're amazing.
