Assistant customer service manager sherri is beyond unempathetic I just was personally refused service due to me being a transgender woman she treated me as if I was trash on the ground the ground then told me I dont look likw mt picture unacceptable then when I informed her I was trans she said maybe i need another id because this one was not acceptable she then proceeded to say how she was confused and other hurtful and unkind things as well as having a look of disgust on her face she says she doesn't feel comfortable with us or servicing us not once were rude or anything but respectful we just wanted our two items and as we were leaving you could hear and see her laughing and sickers and made a comment to the guest behind she glad thats over so i then took a picture of her doing so she started saying crazy stuff calling for help and I was nowhere near her she started to call for Tony to please help her all over the store everyone was watching and looking it was truly sad because why treat us like were not human didnt even have decency to apologize and our child was present

You can patron this Publix on Hwy 90 off I-10 knowing this store is in keeping with the high standard of the Piblix chain. Employees are friendly and helpful. I am a brand seeker and they always have what the competing chains do not.

I love Publix! every single location I've ever visited has always been clean friendly staff, delicious deli. And bakery fresh meats and seafood, vegetables and fruits. There's always bogo deals or coupon you can look up on their apl. I really enjoy the aprons recipes too.

There is a Caroline cart! First store in town that I have seen one. Very exciting. Even though we did not use it today, it is a good thing to remember. Although the cart portion is small. It is a very good thing to have for parents of kids with special needs. All stores need to have this available.Will we be back? Yes!

Clean, well stocked and helpful employees. Produce is fresh and well maintained. Rotisserie chicken have always been cooked properly unlike a certain big box store thats far to often undercooked.Publix return policy is 100% consumer friendly. Never an issue.

Brandon in the Deli department was amazing!! Such a kind and professional gentleman. Helped me get everything needed for my families yearly Cuban Christmas sandwiches. Top level service and natural with small talk with all costumers. My father used to work with Publix years ago and taught me how to pinpoint good customer service. And this kid is going places.

Ordered a sub 1hr ahead of time, very pressed for time, arrived 10 min after "ready time" and it wasn't even started. Said "it just came through" but there was no line whatsoever. Had to just leave. She seemed nice but made me late.Edit: have ordered two more times since this, first time I got there and she hadn't started the sub so I got a few other things, waited at the seafood counter for a solid 10 min and no one came out, so I just left the counter and waited another 10min for the sub.Went today, intentionally late and arrived 15 minutes after the pickup time and waited about 5 minutes before asking about it and it still hadn't been started. Was late all 3 days trying to plan ahead by ordering online but took longer.

Like most Publix this was clean and fully stocked with lots of food options, fresh meat, fresh veggies, seafood, beer/wine, bakery, and deli.If your not familiar with pubsubs, Publix sub sandwiches you have to try one, you will not go back to Subway, Jersey, or any of those smarter places. Try a pubsubs.Great service or help if your looking for a specific product, fast check out and we haven't ever had to wait in long lines.Give this review a likeand stop in for ice and snacks or a full multi course dinner ingredients.

I would like to thank Don, Store Manager for his superb customer service. I went to picked up my dad’s 80th birthday cake and I was not happy. Don made sure my cake was fixed and personally delivered it for the party!!! This is going above and beyond. Definitely where shopping is a pleasure!!!!

pretty good selection but they stopped carrying the really good stuff, e.g. Anchovy Paste, a decent selection of sugar free and fat free foods.

Customer service was POOR. I went in to get a hot plate (chicken tenders) I waited for close to 5-6 mins to be helped. They were not busy and there was no wait. Only one employee was out making subs. Another was doing deli while the rest of the staff was in the back. Once I was finally acknowledged the team member was very much not excited to take my order. Slapped my food in a box. And was about to not include my dinner roll, before I stopped her and said can I get my roll that comes with my meal as well..... she then appeared to be inconvenienced with getting my roll. 3 feet from where she was standing. This was not my first experience of poor service at this location. But this was definitely not the publix experience I'm used too. DO BETTER.

We placed an order several days ago for wings for a special party we were having and they called an hour before pick up to inform us they didn't have them. We are so disappointed. If you place an order ahead of time, don't count on them to have it.They have lost our business.

I was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and my whole life going to publix was a treat. When I moved out west where there was no Publix, it was one the the things I missed most about Florida. I will not be shopping at Publix any longer. I'm so tired of waiting 20, 30, or even 40, minutes for 1 sub while the deli staff focuses on online orders for people who aren't even there. It's contrary to the principles of customer service and hospitality that made Publix so great. The people in line standing in front of you should take precedent. Ordering online shouldn't mean you get to skip the line. I'll take my business to Aldi.

The deli at this store sucks the last three times I've tried to get a chicken tender sub from the store either they haven't had or a 20-minute wait for chicken it's not worth the drive to go to this publix

So far, I think this is the best publix in Tallahassee. Good service, friendly employees, the place is clean and they seem to have things in stock. I would recommend going out of your way to this location vs. Any other one hands down!

This was my favorite Publix for many years, but something has changed in the past year. The staff is not as friendly sometimes. The selections have been greatly reduced. You can't find items that they used to carry anymore. Baked goods are sometimes sub-par when they were much better previously. Fried chicken is a hit or miss on being undercooked. Very sad 😔

Absolutely disgusted with this store I ordered a birthday cake for a child's party and when I showed up to pick it up they had just the sheet of cake no icing no nothing and the cake decorator left for the day how do you leave with a order unfinished that was due to be picked up. So now no cake for the party absolutely horrible customer service shouldn't sell cakes if you can't have orders made. So sad.

The direct customer service in the deli is pathetic, 6-7 people working… but only 1 person serving food 1 person making subs… online orders come before walk in customers… am not to mention everyone looks unhappy with there job like there on some type of slow motion psych meds…Same treatment consistently…I bet if management reviews the footage… they would understand… Stevie Wonder could see this…
