Tracy is literally the absolute best human and groomer. Thus was my pup’s first time and she was a little nervous. She came out just as happy as she could be and so clean and smelling amazing. He took the time to educate me on tools for her breed between grooms and told me all about her likes and dislikes while in his care. She had an accident when I picked her up and he just cleaned it without thought. She had another just outside the door in the store and I turned to get paper towels from him and he was already on it and did the cleaning. He just really exceeded my expectations. So much, I booked our next appointment. I will recommend him in local dog groups.

This was my puppies first nail clipping! Petco at Governers Square made both of us feel so comfortable and got her nails clipped quickly and well!

Took my 83lb lab mix for her first grooming here and they were wonderful!Very patient with our demands on how much we wanted off our dog and loved having her in the salon which made me feel great that i have such a sweet dog haha. Macy looks and smells so beautiful! We'll be back for the next appointment!

Took my puppy here for a cut, nail trim and shampoo. I spent $85 dollars for nothing. My puppy looked the same way he came minus a bath!! They responded with my puppy was scared and they could not cut his fur down, I should come on a none busier day. Absolutely, the worst customer service and horrible groomers. If you’re not trained enough to deal with a 10lb yorkie then you need to rethink your profession. I had to take some time before I made my rating because I was so disgusted.

We come to Petco Grooming solely because of Cassandra. She is a stellar Groomer, she loves our dog (he loves her too), and she takes the time to talk with us about how Gus (our schnauzer) does each time she works with him. If you could sum up the perfect dog groomer and representative of Petco, Cassandra would be the person we’d choose.

They always take great care of my baby, she is incontinent and deaf and has a lot of floof! Maggie loves her time at the puppy spa and the groomers seem to love her sweet fluffy self too :) I’m never worried about her when I leave her in the hands of you guys because I know you love her like your own and that is priceless 😭
