Manager sucks. She's so rude. I drove 30 minutes to Petco was greeted when I walked in about 25 minutes before closing. Looked around the fish for a while and when I called help the manager did not let the worker sell me fish!!! " We stop Animal sales 15 minutes before closing" and didn't let her bag my fish up. Maybe stop doing closing work on the registers before closing?? Do the job right lady. Also look at the Bettas. Mixed together in a small tank and atleast 6 Bettas stuck on a strong filter they shouldn't be using. You can tell these ladies are clueless about their job.

This place has a horrible grooming department. Please do NOT take your pets here. My mom and I both have an account here and they keep putting her dog on my account even though every single time my mom brings her in, she asks them to switch it over to her account and they lie to us and say they will but they don't. I have even gone in there myself and asked them to switch it over and they lied to me also and said they would and then they didn't end up doing it. My mom's dog had a grooming appointment this morning and she was dropping it off to get groomed and they told her "sorry we can't take your pet because we don't have a record of her current rabies vaccine". Well, my mom didn't know to bring it since she wasn't the one getting the notifications about her dog since they refused to switch her dog from my account to her account, so I was the one getting the grooming appointment text messages and I didn't know she didn't already have it turned in. So she gets there and she tells the lady that. Well they ended up yelling at her and telling her that she should have known that because it was on the text messages, so my mom yelled back and said "well that's because I don't get the text messages. Y'all keep telling us that y'all are going to switch it over to me and then you don't." So my mom leaves, thinking her appointment is now canceled. Well she calls me up and tells me all this and I said "wait a second, I can access her records real quick online" and so I did and I sent her a photo of her current rabies vaccine and it was clear enough to read. So she took the dog back in there and showed them the photo that I had sent her showing that her dog was up to date on her rabies vaccine, but then the employees lied to her and said it's not clear and they yelled at her for yelling at them earlier even though they were the ones who started yelling first. So needless to say, they are very rude employees there and they clearly do not mind lying to you. Please do not take your pet there. Spend your money elsewhere.

We brought our Husky in to be groomed. It was his first time and he looks (and smells) wonderful. He wasn't stressed at all which made the experience pleasant for both of us. Kalyn even noticed he could have an infection in his ear and suggested we have him checked out by our vet. It turns out he did have an ear infection and we were able to get it treated quickly. We will be bringing him back along with our other dogs. Kalyn was kind and patient which I very much appreciate.

This petco has it all. For all your pets needs, this is the place to buy for your pets. Give it a try, and you'll see what I mean. Ask for Jerry he'll bend over backward to give you the help and answers you need. My dog Coco loves to go there. She likes them little treats they give her. I was at another location (Petco) when I called your store. You had what I needed but suggested I go to Publix🤔 for a substitution and told me the price was $16 a can when it was $9 cheaper. When I arrived at the store,she never showed. The other person was almost as rude he could not call for assistance nor had the time to show me.

I’ve always used this petco for my dog’s grooming needs for the past few years, and recently moved across town. I visited another petco location closer to my new home recently and had such a terrible experience that I will not be going back for grooming or supplies. I left that store and drove straight to this one because I knew I had never gotten anything less than stellar treatment here.They got my pup in immediately and were so sweet to him and understanding about the situation with the other store - and I will be making the 20 minute drive just to see them regardless of the inconvenience. Thank you!!

Good variation of products. I am not one to complain but I tried to return or exchange an item and it was passed the 30 days on the receipt but they wouldn't even exchange it and the expiration date was more than a year away and still no compassion.

We had a fantastic customer service experience thanks to Payton!!! We were so impressed by her, she went above and beyond to assist us. We almost left after finding out the product we wanted was sold out & the sale ended. But then she educated us about the new program, which we signed up for and saved 20% & over $100 on our purchase. She even loaded our 60g tank & stand in the store & pushed it all the way to our vehicle and helped load it in the car! She was so polite & professional!!!

Very rude cashier. Short staffed. Poor selection of sweaters and dog treats.Refused to assist me and my wife (we’re both blind).Taylor is great, she has helped us before but was on lunch. The black guy who helped us briefly (and checked us out) was very friendly. It was the only one cashier who ruined the good vibes that we walked in with. I wish I knew her name so that she could be called out for her poor customer service.

I was ghosted by a mobile groomer so last minute I didn't have a lot of options. I was nervous about going to a big box store but Petco exceeded my expectations. Our stylist, Rhea did a great job of explaining what our first cut would be. Our pup looked great!

These people really know there stuff. Not just one or two employees but all. They were eager to help and all with positive attitudes. I’ve looked for a groomer with Husky experience, because they are quite dramatic and defiant. Bathing them is not an easy task. I found the perfect groomer here who also owns a husky. My dogs love her.
