Sam helped me and she was so wonderful and knowledge about what kind of food would help my dog and she was very passionate about making sure each animal had it’s needs met. She was great to work with and I am so happy I met her! My dog loved all of the suggestions she made!

I've been contemplating getting a cat for several months now. I've been hesitant because I wanted to make sure I'd be a good cat parent before I took on the responsibility of one. I went into the store and found a nice little gray tabby cat who responded well to me when I interacted with him. Still wanting to think a little bit longer, I asked the sales rep, Jess, to please hold the cat for 24 hours for me so I could think about it and cat-prep my house. She said ok and took down my information. I came back the next day ready to begin cat-fatherhood, and she informed me that "oh, we adopted him out last night". So these people gave away my cat. I was very upset. I asked her to double check with the manager and the manager said "yeah, I didn't know anything about a hold. We adopted that one last night". Keep in mind, throughout all of this ,NOONE APOLOGIZED OR SHOWED ANY EMPATHY FOR MY SITUATION! Apparently there's a $25 hold fee you're supposed to pay when you place a pet on hold, but I wasn't informed of this, and I'm guessing Jess didn't know or didn't care to tell me. Anyway, as a result of this I've decided to hold off on getting a cat for quite some time, and I definitely won't patronize Pet Supermarket anymore. Neither should you. Use the animal shelter. Also Pet Supermarket doesn't clean the cage they keep their cats in and it usually smells.

This lady had the worst attitude and literally had no idea what she was talking about. I understand your life is miserable, but you bringing your baggage into your place of employment only reflects negatively on the establishment. We will never be back in any Pet Supermarket.

poor, recently bought a guinea pig from them and was fairly young, he is perfectly healthy because we got him so early. We went back a few weeks later and bought his sibling. We took him to the vet right away because he had Upper respiratory Infection, fungus, and a mite on his skin. We also saw another guinea pig he was paired with sneezing as well. This is the worst treatment of animals I've ever seen. I called them the next day to let know that the one we bought was extremely sick and the one at their store was also sick but nothing has been done so far. Don't buy your pets here. They probably buy them from unreliable vendors and bring in sick guinea pigs.

Customer service is hit or miss. Mostly a miss, especially from managers. They don't care about customers, especially their members that buy $60 bags of food. Why not honor their bad signage, especially when my plan was to buy 2 of their $60 bags? Because they don't care. And they lost my business. They're not the only store that carries dog food.

I asked a young lady for assistance, before I could finish my question she stated she was on her way to leave, she then goes to the next aisle from where I was and stood there not doing much of anything. I thought customer service was important. I will never return here nor recommend anyone to come here. I rather drive to pet smart.

the worst customer service i have ever experienced. the sales lady actually yelled at me about a refund. She was stressed out about being the only checkout lane open, during a very busy time, but that is not an excuse for how i was treated. We will never shop here again .... EVER !!it was the store on Capital circle

This is my good place. I like going here to find toys for my cat. They also tell you what to do if you don’t have the knowledge to take care of your pets.

They didn't have what I needed, but the clerk guided me to a competitor that did. I will shop here first again. The concern for me to aquire the proper product for my pet out weighed the dollar. Thank you!!!

I went in here just to look around and see the betta fish. The fish on the betta display were young anf lively, however when I looked at the other fish display I was horrified. The older bettas were put in the nornal tanks with other fish, they were cornered, constantly flared, and obviously stressed. One tank at up to 11 bettas in it, all their fins were ragged, many of them were bloated. Bettas are solitary fish, they do not get along with that many fish.

The lady at the front counter has a real nasty attitude towards reptile owners. She has no idea what she's talking about and was really rude because *news flash* reptiles eat other animals.

Wide variety of pet supplies to choose from. Having a hamster, I can appreciate that. Good experience with the staff overall. Would recommend!
