I felt very welcomed at this store. I came in here to get items to set up my cockatiel cage after moving from VA. All the employees were happy to assist and answer any questions that I had. The store was clean & very well stocked. The prices were comparable(better)to other pet stores in the area!Much cleaner cages and enclosures than other places as well!My only complaint:I spent too much money today 🤣Yes, this is where I will come for all my animals needs!!!

First time (ever) shopper here 🙋🏽‍♀️: we found several deals; the first pic shows all that we purchased for just $26 (the free reusable bag came with)! The store is neatly organized with everything aptly grouped by species. Love the self-service pet wash idea and the store came with friendly staff (Daisy) to boot!

Got two boy guinea pigs today and named them (Noah&Jonah) today from here and couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service I got. Everyone was so nice and understanding and accommodating to everything I needed/asked for. The assistant manger Amanda is for sure amazing and I would suggest going here for all pet needs.

It's convenient for people nearby the campus. However, I feel the stuff over there is very spread. The space is big, but there are not so many stuff and options you can get.

I really like this store but have to rate it lower. I was really unimpressed with the dog wash stations. The water hose feels like a pressure washer, the dryer is cold and intense, and the premium products don't leave a lasting scent and don't seem to be worth the price. The water also kept switching from normal temp to scalding hot every other second so I had to keep my hand constantly in the water to keep my dog from getting burned which meant I got soaked as well and that I might as well wash him at home if I end with the same results. My dog was shaking in fear and completely traumatized by the experience and I was disappointed that I spent $17 and about half an hour on this mess. I wish that had provided brushes of some sort and, this is nitpicky but, towels that weren't so scratchy and cheap and not very absorbent at all.Again, this store is generally great but I was insanely disappointed and frustrated with the wash stations and absolutely will not be taking my poor dog back there.A comment apologizing for my experience was left under my review that referred me to call or email customer service. I did both multiple times and never heard back so I'm changing my review to 1 star. Not okay.

The store associate, Laila, was a great help to me and my son on our trip today. It was his first time in the pet store which prompted him to act like a kid in the candy store lol. She allowed him to have such fun while he ran around and took a look at everything that peaked his interest. She also took the time to assist me with finding the perfect toy for our beloved rabbit, Truffles. 5 star experience for sure

Excellent store with great selections. We have cats, dogs and fish, and we can get everything we need here. The store manager helped us with several fish questions and dog food for a dog with a very sensitive stomach. Highly recommend!

Normally an excellent experience but today I went in and there were only two employees and neither knew what fish I was referring to or what the store carried. The available employees also did not have any information regarding the fish. If you are going to have only kids working at a time then they need to understand about all ranges of animals at the store not just some. Very frustrated because I just got a female betta fish today and prepped a community tank to put some cory catfish in there and now I can't put the corydoras in first or I need to keep her out until I can check another pet store otherwise she may get territorial and it won't be able to be a community tank. Not having something is one thing but I saw multiple corydoras in the back and when I asked about them they just insisted they didn't have them and then that they didn't know anything about fish.

Borderline animal abuse how poorly they maintain the fish tanks. Glass covered in algae (which makes fish sick btw), Betta fish cups that haven't had a water change in Lord knows how long, and the store entrance smelled like weed.
