I have been going to Panhandle Pet Supply for over 20 years. The staff has always been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. At their recommendation, I fed my cat (who would not eat and was losing an alarming amount of weight), Earthborn cat food. She loved it! I credit their advice for giving my cat another happy and comfortable six months of life. I have several other stories similar to this one about their helpfulness and how their guidance has improved the quality of life of my pets. I highly recommend Panhandle Pet Supply for all your pet needs!

We're very nice and welcoming when I came in and even allowed me to bring in my dog but once I got in one of them started following me around the store and kept trying to get my dog to chew on toys and such so I'd have to buy them.

Love this place! It's the closest one to us, being that we don't stay in town. The owner is so nice. They held some items for me to pick up days later and offered to keep them in stock. I got my bunny and guinea pig from here. The animals are healthy and kept clean and well fed. They took my tarantulas in and gave them new homes. Nice employees too!

Nice staff, just low on stock of different items. Mostly what you need with no excess items to shop for. Very unorganized location and its hard to locate things. I don't go to this location for that reason and because they never have what I'm actually looking for. The fish tank section has been down for a long long time. I was told many time coming back soon but it hasn't as of yet. Prices are okay I can do better in town if you know where to look. Very friendly people and it is nice to have a pet store in this area at least.

They generally have what we need for our fur babies, and if they don’t they are happy to order it for you. We buy canned dog food and treats here fairly consistently. Service is MUCH better than you’ll get at any national chain!

I bought some flea and tick meds from them in October. It turned out to be expired. Gave them a call yesterday about getting a refund or an exchange. They were super accommodating. I ended up getting a bunch of treats for the doggo. I really appreciate how friendly and efficient they were. I'm definitely going back!

I mostly buy live feeder rats for my ball python here, but they have a great selection of other pet items as well. Friendly, helpful staff, with reasonable prices. I intend to keep shopping here for as long I live in Florida.Edit: I've started buying many other items here, including cat and dog food. Still fantastic!

This local pet supply store carries great product for less than the typical market!! They are also willing to look into getting product they may not have already! They are always super helpful finding things in their neatly arranged store. This business contributes to all of my animals happy and healthy lives!

Most of the staff are good.The 'Second in Charge' (that's what the clerk told me his name was) is rude, not helpful,arrogant and speaks to you like you know nothing ...I shopped there alot, to support local merchants..I needed Capstar. They sold individual pill for $7.99 each, they had boxes of 6,which you didn't get box price. (Everywhere you get a box of 6 large dog dose for $33 .) Back to internet ordering. I spent an average of $125 a month.
