I had my two dogs groomed here yesterday (8/10/21). One is an XL breed so i expected it to be pricey. But he’s a very calm dog and always has great reports from his groomers. I requested to have him shaved AND to have a full groom. He is so choppy. There’s literally patches that are longer than others. His ears were not even cleaned?! He has blade burn on his stomach in one spot. And his head is not blended into his body at all. Nor his tail. I managed a grooming shop for two years and i could have done this “rough cut” on my own for free instead of $125. Groomer mentioned to my husband that my dog kept wanting to sit down. I know from experience that you can use the groomers helper tool to hold up his back end. And if not, get assistance. Don’t just leave him looking unfinished. My other little dog is four pounds and very wiggly and i assumed she would look worse but she actually looks decent.Overall I’m just pretty disappointed. The quality for the price was not there at all. And my husband still tipped well, but still. The more i look at his groom I’m just more disappointed. I will not be bringing my dogs back here unfortunately.Because of my history working in dog grooming i understand a finished groom and an unfinished groom. This is not worth $125. I don’t know how the groomer in good conscience charged that. The ears not being clean, the groom is choppy. Just so much disappointment.

The staff is nice and it’s a nice little boutique. They are good and having open appointment times for grooming and the staff has always been nice. Their grooming job is good but not perfect for my maltichon, so overall a pretty good choice. I never had any worries about the safety of leaving my dog with them.

My dog was shaved for no apparent reason. She said he was not matted. I showed her pics of the cut I wanted and specifically said "do not cut him short." Not only was he shaved, some of it was short but she wasn't consistent and his face was dirty when I picked him up.

The boutique is cute and full of nibbles and accessories for your pet. The staff is kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The grooming is fantastic. Nothing negative to say about this business, only praise.
