Holly did a WONDERFUL job of grooming my baby. She knew he was anxious but she took great care of him. His nails and paws have never looked so good! They're so trim and clean looking.Holly even put a cute seasonal bowtie on him!Becca was wonderful as well! She helped hold him while his nails were being trimmed. She also answered a lot of my questions regarding treats and natural food. She was very kind and helpful. She even gave me treats to try out because I wasn't sure if he would like them, as long as I review them (we are still trying them out. :) ).You can tell that everyone here genuinely cares about the well-being of animals and treating them naturally. When I talked about natural flea treatment, they didn't look at me like I was a horrible dog mom like vets have before, but instead, gave me my options.I look forward to coming here again for my grooming and dietary needs, again!

Hunter has worked magic with my two golden doodles. We’ve been going here for a few month and he does such a good job at any hair length. He even took time to brush out some mats instead of shaving them. We use to go to Pet Paradise but they cut my dog so bad he needed stitches. Earthwise is our new go to!

Consistently my favorite place to stock up on cat food! They're pretty much the only pet store in Tallahassee that carries a wide selection of Fussie Cat. If you need a special order, they are happy to order it for you.

This is my first time having my dog Sawyer groomed (bath, and nails) and I was very pleased! Brendan (sp?) did an excellent job, and was great at communicating with me about everything. I asked for recommendations on how best to decrease Sawyers anxiety over having his nails trimmed, and received some very helpful tips from both groomers. I would recommend Earthwise to any dog parent!

Second times in recent months they have alluded to me not being a regular customer. (I’ve used them exclusively for years.) So they couldn’t add me to their schedule for dog grooming. I use their store for all my pet needs. Not anymore. If a company can’t appreciate repeat business for years it’s time to move on.

I’m not big on writing reviews but I’m so happy with my service today that I thought this review might be found helpful for readers. We have a 9mth old Goldendoodle with long hair and have been on the hunt for a long term grooming team. I understand that his coat is hard work not only for myself but for groomers, which is why finding a groomer willing to take him on at a fair price has been a draining task. Sarah and Brendan did a fantastic job with his coat today while honoring all of my requests and going above and beyond expectations. They both also made it clear that the comfort of our pup was main priority and they wanted him to feel completely safe and at home at his visits (which is so important). Thank you both, we’re already in the books for our next visit!

There should be regulations against this type of business. If they cannot handle a challenging groom, they be transparent about that fact. Instead, I was honest about my dog's anxiety; they took him back anyway and charged me 50 when they "couldn't" do the job. If the groomers were more experienced and had knowledge of grooming solutions for anxious dogs, and if the products are worth what they charge for them, they would employ the treats and stress relieving products for dogs in their care. In 8 years, I've never had to come and pick Biscuit up mid groom. He was only there 20 minutes. I don't see how they could in good conscious send a client home like that..much less look them in the eye when charging them. If I could post a photo here, (it's on yelp) you could see my dog with his chest shaved in splotches, one leg shaved on the front only, one leg shaved to the knee, back shaved, sides shaved partway down on one side, muzzle shaved in splotches. I don't believe this groomer is skilled at anything than fleecing money from honest people. My first appointment Wednesday was cancelled last minute by someone calling on behalf of Jode. And today, it seemed Jode was in a hurry to close shop for the day. I think she just didn't want to take the time to treat a dog with care. They should have been up front if they didn't have time or interest, and they should have at least evened his coat up somewhat...again, just seemingly inexperienced, careless service from staff seeming to put greed over expertise or integrity.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and efficient. Jode is the best groomer I've ever booked with. My dog has anxiety around new people usually, but she seemed very calm and went right with Jode as if she were already her best friend! Definitely recommend!

We love this place!! They have given us great tips for our dogs. My Aussie has skin issues and they gave me so much reading material to help and guided me on what to buy to help clear it up. We went to dog photos with Santa and had a great time!

Ive been to many groomers in town and this one trumps them all! I have been going to JJ for years! She gives my Golden Retriever, Rusty, the VIP treatment! Every time I bring him, he runs to her with open arms. She goes out of her way to give him the best care a dog could get. While grooming can be an anxious experience for dogs and their owners, EarthWise has a very welcoming and customer service oriented environment that puts my dog and I at ease. I couldn’t recommend a better place in Tallahassee to take my pup! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing experience! Typically when i don’t do a grooming and just a bath, my old place barely brushed my havachon. Here they did a beautiful job brushing her undercoat, sparking white and happy pup. Thank you! We will definitely be back again! Highly recommend!

I love this store and all of the groomers. Every person I’ve ever met there is kind and very helpful. I have had my large labradoodle groomed at three different businesses in Tallahassee before trying EarthWise and we are definitely most satisfied there. They always do their best to get him on the schedule, they listen to me and do an excellent job with him and most of all, he loves going there! He has never liked going to the previous groomers. Typically, he was left in a kennel at the other businesses when he wasn’t being groomed, but at EarthWise, the talk to him, love him and make sure he gets plenty of trips outside. I think they do a good job keeping enough staff members in the grooming department so that the dogs feel comfortable and aren’t just processed. I love my dog’s groomer and can’t say enough great things about them.

Great experience with helpful, caring staff! They listened to my needs and helped me address them. Gave me some free samples to try as well. Groomer did a wonderful job on my dog’s first haircut. Overall a great shop and groomer! They put customers first!

This was not a 60.00 cut. It seems like a overrated shampoo. Her facial hair was not cut short enough and nails were not cut. I don’t think she was given much of a trim. I should have been charged 30.00. It was not worth the charge. She gets an impeccable cut for 60.00 in south Florida. No offense but I was disappointed.

I was really happy with their service and how they treated my dog. This morning my dog injured himself, he is elderly, by jumping off a bed. I had to rush him to the vet. My appointment with them was at 9:00am and I did not have time to call earthwise until 9:03am. They told me they were going to charge me $15 same day appointment cancellation fee. I explained the situation and the emergency with my dog. The girl who answered the phone then mentioned I no showed on my last appointment as well. When I made my last appointment, I asked for my phone number to be updated in their system, they failed to update it so I did not receive a reminder. I also was not called or I could have quickly shown up, I live very close. I explained that. She told me they were still going to charge me a $15 fee next time I come in for missing those appointments. I'm shocked they would make me pay for their failure to update my phone number and my dog having an emergency. Very disappointed because I was happy with them. Now I'll have to find another groomer.

The grooming service is awesome, our mini goldendoodle was very happy to be there. The only reason that would hesitate me to go back, was when we paid for the service at the cashier, someone tried to sell me products (i.e. shampoo/dog food etc) which I didn’t like about, because when I turned her down... she mumbled some comments which made me feel uncomfortable, like she knows my dog better than me and my vet. Anyway, we will definitely go back for the grooming service, all the groomers are great and professional.

I was referred to Earthwise because my puppy, Bandit, was matted very bad under his chin after being neutered. Everyone was super helpful when I called to get information about grooming and Hunter, our groomer, was really nice and patient with Bandit. I would definitely recommend going to see them for grooming and pet supply needs.

I go there for doggy chew treats and cat treats usually. They also helped me when I had to go out of town for an emergency and couldn't get my cat's normal food(Chewy had shipping issues and a backlog of orders due to COVID-19). I told the lady at the counter what my cat normally ate and she helped me get a bag of food from there that had almost identical ingredients. I was so surprised that she took the time to look up my cat's brand and flavor of food to see the ingredients and was able to match it to one in store. By the way my cat loved it! They have also given me great advice for chew treats for my dog, who is a Shepherd mix and can chew a toy to nothing in 5 minutes flat. They pointed me in the right direction and now he has a rotating mix of chew toys that last anywhere from hours to some last days 🙂🙂, and none are harmful or bad for him! They were also great to us when we found 4 kittens in our barn. They truly care about pets!

We tried EarthWise grooming services for the first time today and are SO happy we did! We have a golden retriever who sheds like crazy and was overdue for some trimming TLC. He looks and smells amazing and the staff was detailed and very thourough. We can’t wait to go back!! Hands down the best groomer in town.. and we’ve tried them all!
