The store is cluttered , shelves are not stocked. I can understand if stuff is discontinue or whatever. The night grew that was working last night was rude. If you don't want to work with people then u need to find a different job. I have worked in customer service for many years and that was not customer service!!!

This dollar generals hours say they are open 7 days aweek till 10:00pm I've been several times at 9:30pm and there closed people in the store door locked. Its Sunday 10-23-22 closed lady outside begging to let her buy tampons for daughter they refused when she started raising cane lady opened the door and said well I was going to let you in but you got a slick mouth and closed it again whole crew should be fired followow rules and stop being lazy and do your job. I will not go back and its only a mile up the road. Smdh. Really sad that lady was from charies with two small children. Sad sad

Aside from being a bit smaller and in a less than ideal location, the staff and store are excellent. It is a bit harder to get back into traffic as you can see very little of the hill, and it can be quite busy at times. However, even most of the regular customers seem to be very helpful as I've broken down twice and needed to have my battery jumped. Never had a problem getting help here!

Just because it's an inexpensive shopping venue does not mean it has to look low class. Convenient, yes, but I don't want my products coming out of a dump. Management and ownership can do better!

Compared to other DG locations in Tallahassee, this one usually is well stocked and at least at this location I can find what I am looking for the first time without having to ask where it is.

Our local Dollar General is under new management and has really undergone some nice changes, included in the food aisles, cleaning supplies, pet care and home decorating. I was pleasantly impressed, no need to travel all the way into town for coffee and coffee filters, and much more.

I like the new merchandise that was added but after being remodeled its been alittle disorganized and cluttered and not being cleaned. The bathrooms and floors are dirty and needs cleaning really bad. Over all I like the staff and love how convenient the store is from my house.

I absolutely love going to Dollar General, all of the cashier's are so friendly and nice there. I even asked them what type of dryer sheets would be good for having good smelling laundry, Autumn and Rashae told me the best idea and Gain was it. I was soo happy after I left, I got home and started my new washing routine, its with the best smelling new Gain smell Fresh Water Sparkle. It smells amazing!!! I seem to almost always find what I'm looking for there and with such great help!! Thanks so much! You guys rock!

I was disappointed they had a sign up advertising a sale . I asked if their was a limit . The employee told me no . After I got what I wanted . He then tells me that was a sale from the last week. I do a lot of business with y'all. False advertising. The employee told me I could get three. He didn't apologize for the mistake and acted like he didn't care.

Staff has always been helpful and friendly, over the years I have been a loyal customer of this store, however that just changed and I will NOT be shopping here again! Three months ago I purchased a single pack of decent looking headphones that only lasted month and a half before completely shorting out and tearing up. So, again I made the mistake of purchasing more headphones here, this time a deal of a package of two sets of headphones. The first pair literally only lasted a little over a month before yet again shorting out on one side. I opened the second pair of headphones in the pack which lasted only three weeks this time before yet AGAIN, tearing up! This is beyond ridiculous Dollar General, this pathetic excuse of a product has cost you my business and I will not be returning there or ANY of your other stores again!!! Heads up to all customers, DO NOT buy any of their headphones!

This location is understaffed & the staff that do work there don't seem too motivated to maintain appearance or restocking the shelves. Every visit there's stocking carts in most aisles making it difficult to get items or even walk down the aisles. A nice older cashier seems to be tje only one w/customer service skills & a friendly smile. Seems to have major management issues, which was witnessed at more than 1 location, yet they are way too pickey & challenged by the hiring process (have witnessed). They need ro take more pride in their brand. Compared to most DG's they have limited items & stock. Convenience may be the only reason this store survives. I'd suggest driving the 2 extra miles & go to Wal-Mart until they improve all of the above.

I love the Dollar General right by my house. The employees are ALWAYS so nice and kind and helpful as are the other customers. Everyone is so kind to each other. This is the best Dollar General in town. My store is on Apalache Parkway by the Cemetery.

This Dollar General is in the cut, but a great place to go. It always has whatever item(s) I need. This is my go to store when I dont want to run into the crowds. I recommend you visiting this store for any of your needs.

This place has went down hill fast! New management and staff really suck.. The customer service is rude and the store is always dirty now... register workers playing music so loud they can't hear my request. And yes they sit on the checkout register like it's a chair... RUDE!!

Love this store anyway, but they're having SUPER good sales right now becuz they're closing for renovations. The kid's stuff is pretty much cleaned out, but still a lot of other things left

Honestly the closest DG to my house hence why I visit so often but compared to other locations this store IMO is the friendliest.

Great place to pick up a few groceries as well as cosmetics, cards, seasonal items and basic necessities. In a small coming like Woodville, it's a good place to shop.

It always has the isles blocked with stuff to be done something with and can never get a buggy through the store and have to maneuver sideways to get around to see what is there.
