They seem to always have a staffing problem here at this location, but the girls that work in here, are doing a great job at keeping it running as well as possible, given the tools they're dealt with. Sometimes they are out of stuff, but it's usually because they haven't had time to restock the shelves. But as far as I can tell, everyone is super friendly and eager to help you. They'll even stop what they're doing to try and make sure customers are able to find what they're looking for.

This store is very understaffed, but you would think when they did hire a new employee they would want to train them quickly and efficiently so they could begin work as soon as possible, but oddly enough that is not the case. It would be nice if the few staff members they do have could keep the shelves stocked and in order, but as there is usually only one person on shift at a time and they are cashiering, I definitely understand why they're not able to. seems like issues with management more so than anything else.

Not bad. Could be better. Don't stop here if your in a hurry and there are a lot of cars in the parking lot. Slow lines. Only option for us without going to town. The store is clean, and Lindsey is really nice. Tries her best to keep the store organized. The employees don't seem to last very long.

They never have milk and barely any toilet paper! They need to work on the stocking situation! But there alot of friendly staff that work there..Still love my DG but could use more supplies in stock.

The best Dollar General Store (#12943) ever! The ladies that run the store are awesome! Always so helpful and friendly! Their customer service is excellent! The women of the store should get a Customer Service Award and a Teamwork Award!🥇

It's ok. It's a really small store so it's pretty cramped. But things are fairly priced. I would not buy grocery here. Because they are cheaper at walmart. The staff is friendly. Overall a good little dollar store.

Appalling, 3 staff , 1 register open. 1 member of staff allowed customer to walk out of without paying. Then they all went into panic and ignored the 6 people in line before finally opening a second registerStore was totally disorganized a.d staff had no idea what to do. No idea of customer service at all. Absolute chaos...first time in there a s probably th ed last. Awful place....

Usually it honestly is in disarray simply from the volume of customers it intakes on the daily. But got right in abd out, with a 4 your old as well mind you lol and it was super clean this visit a n.v d organized better. Im impressed. Great job guys!

The atmospheres greatest. the employees greet you with a smile. The only problem I see is the manager could really use more resources then what they are offered.

Went into here for a few (3) items ended up with my hands full but it never fails me every time I enter this place there is only 1 open register open so there is always a line but there be more than 1 person working. So would you open both registers

They are not concerned about COVID19 protection. One cashier wears her mask on her chin, the other pulled her mask down to talk to someone. No supplies on hand to clean cart & basket handles after the previous person.

Good customer service when I was finally able to find someone to help me. But there were boxes and boxes that needed to be opened and stocked, really irritating because they were out of almost everything.

The little black girl with the fake hair accuses me of stealing then when I proved the item was bought she threw my change on counter at me saying it's cuz I threw the box of tea bags on counter. Then told me bye in a ride tone in front of customers.

High priced on milk compared to Dollar General in Bristol, FL. Not enough small self contained meals that could be heated in a microwave for a quick lunch or dinner while at work. Friendly cashier!

They have competitive prices which are comparable to Walmart. It's only about ten or twelve miles closer to drive to. You can't beat that.
