DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Staff is unwilling to help, and impatient. Lori does not care to help and is only punching the clock until quitting time. Lori assisted me in my pickup but acted like I was a burden and like she did not want to help. I asked her a question and she mumbled under her mask and shrugged me off. When I got to my car, I did the research myself and found that she didn’t even care to find an answer to my question, she just wanted to get me checked out and away from being a bother as quickly as possible. I went back inside to address the issue and she then told me that they could not assist me with my request because I had already checked out. This pharmacy has terrible customer service and they don’t care about you. Go to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is an actual dumpster fire. Three times I went there in the last week and the pharmacy isn’t actually open on time.When I finally managed to be there while it was staffed, they didn’t have my meds. No record of the prescription I’d dropped off.Thanks a lot, clowns.

OMG! Where do I begin? Beyond rude! My doctor sent over 4 medications and they filled them. 2 of them they didn't use my insurance to cover the cost. Was told by Lori that I should take back to other pharmacy that filled it before using my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and asked pharmacists why he charged directly. My insurance companystraightened him out. Said to me he was extremely rude. Told to immediately find another pharmacy

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in Tallahassee. Trying to schedule a COVID vaccine appointment online is a nightmare, and of course they won't allow you to make an appointment at the counter.

I purchased a gallon jug of aloe vera. I kind of ignored it being darker than the ones I usually purchase and I did drink some. I decided to drink it again the next day and thought I'd look at the date and discovered that it expired or best used by February 2002 (FYI). It was purchased one day ago. That place it a little over a year expired.

I used their CVS photo service today and it was done on time. Photos turned out great and the gentleman who assisted me at the front was very polite and sweet.

Don’t go here if you’re hoping to get a 3rd COVID vaccination. I scheduled an appointment online through the CVS portal as someone who needed a 3rd vaccine due to being immunocompromised but when I arrived there, they seemed totally baffled. They refused to give me one and stated that they were not starting this until Sept 4th. If this is true, then why did they show availability online? Someone needs to update the system. Also, the staff member working with me wore her mask under her nose which is ridiculous. We’ve been wearing masks for over 15 months now, but someone who works in the health care industry doesn’t realize that her nose is connected to her respiratory system?Needless to say, I was disappointed by the service I received. I easily got my 3rd dose from Walgreens.

I love this CVS!! From the front of the store to the back everyone is awesome!! The pharmacy staff are spot on and answer the phone politely and professionally. I switched to this location from the one at Crowder and North Monroe almost a year ago. The other location had issues in the pharmacy, with parking and the front of the store staff were not professional. I haven’t been disappointed once since shopping at this store. Good job CVS! Keep it up.

This pharmacy staff are amazing! They went above and beyond their job roles and found a coupon that made my medication affordable! I can't say enough of their kindness. I called corporate to let them know what a great pharmacy team they have in place at this location.

I have used this CVS Pharmacy for probably 15 plus years and spent a lot of money there and in the past couple years the customer service has went way down but in the last two days I have tried to call been on hold for 15-20 minutes and then get hung up on and then today I finally get through to someone asked a question she partially answers it and I go to ask one more question and she hangs up on me. This isnt the first time. Thinking about switching pharmacies. Worst customer service ever.

Went to this store and when I got there the manager John had an attitude. He asked me what Im here for so I told what I was looking for. He told me the only stuff they had always a in a case which I was a lie because my stuff was in a different section. I came for a sale and I was there before the store opened. When I was getting rung up he had an attitude about the deal I got and his associate Tamera came with the same attitude and they both told me no they would not honor me buying more than 3. Every single CVS I ever shopped at never told me this so this was definitely new to me and it doesn't make since seeing people buy the same thing right down the road with no issues. After this I talked to people about what happened and they said that Tamera and John are known for having attitudes with customers and I'm really surprised they are still there with that being known. I love CVS but this store has to work on there customer service.

The services at the pharmacy leave a a lot to be desired. Very slow some do not understand the meaning of true coustomer service. There was a time earlier when they had great service. Will try another CVS elsewhere.

The pharmacy workers are so rude. They just ignore customers. I don't know why I even tried them again. I had a bad experience here a few months ago and again today. They clearly hate their jobs.
