OUTSTANDING products and customer service! We moved to Tallahassee last year and purchase a home with a pool and this is how we met Aloha pools. Mr Blake (the owner) is always there and he is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers and this is what separates (locally owned) Aloha Pools from the other chain stores in Tallahassee.We purchased our Bullfrog spa from Aloha Pools and Mr Blake was very patient with us during the entire process while we took time deciding which model to pick. After we made our purchase, Mr Blake was instrumental in getting our spa delivered and set up correctly. Even after the sale, the delivery and set up, Mr Blake continued his outstanding customer serivce by periodically checking up on us to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and to guide us thru properly maintaining our spa. He even help set us up with another locally own (great) pool cleaning buisness "Pegasus Pool Service" to help maintain our pool. We couldn't be happier with our expirence with Aloha Pools.

Called several weeks ago about needing to replace my pool pump. Went several places and got quotes. Called aloha and explained the situation. They let me know I only needed a new motor. Saved me tons of money. They not only had the motor and seals in stock, but also put me in touch with a great provider to install within one hour of purchase. ThanksTo the staff for the best pool transaction to date!

Nice place to pick up supplies for your spa or pool. The owner is really nice and loves dogs. He has a boxer that stays there while he is there and the dog is really sweet. Great prices and great people is the essence of making a community thrive and you will get just that at Aloha Pools and Spas.

Honestly this place is great. A small business with an owner who is there always. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He doesn't try to upcharge you and he actually helps with above ground pool problems which other pool stores in the area do not do.There is also a fantastic dog in store who will steal anyone's heart.

Made a delivery with our semi truck and was greeted with excitement! We were unloaded with in 15 minutes. We also asked questions about different brands and things we would like in the future. They took the time knowing we wouldn't be purchasing it there ( we live in Texas) to explain everything. Truly a great place and we hope to deliver more spas there again. Thank you!!!

My husband and I visited Aloha Pools and Spas yesterday to inquire about an above ground pool. The customer service we were provided by Blake was nothing short of amazing. He took his time explaining all of the details/options and answered all of our questions. After visiting several other places in Tallahassee who were quick to get us out the door with a complete lack of customer service, there was no question where we would be purchasing our pool. Aloha Pools and Spa is the absolute best in quality, customer service and knowledge! We called Blake this morning and ordered our pool. Thanks, Blake!!!

I use Aloha for all my chlorine needs. I own a pressure washing business and therefore I use quite a bit. Blake always has enough and its always fresh. Never met a nicer guy and he really knows his stuff.

My wife and I purchased a 24 foot pool from Aloha Pools and Spas in April 2019, and we couldn't be happier with it. Blake, the store's owner, recommended everything we needed to take care of our new pool, including a robotic vacuum cleaner, and an ionizer, and both were well worth the small extra cost. The water stays clear and clean, and we have more time for lounging in the pool, and spend less time on pool maintenance. The installation crew, led by Erik, did a great job installing the pool, and clearly explained everything my wife and I needed to know about maintaining the pool. Erik also built some stairs, that go up from our deck, to the steps that go down into the pool. I highly recommend Erik and his crew for pool installation, or deck building. We recently had a issue with the pool pump that was probably my fault, but Erik responded very quickly, and was able to fix the pump. And, let me say, the pump was not defective, and I'll add that you should probably be careful mowing close to the motor. Oops. I highly recommend Aloha Pools and Spas.

Blake is top notch. New to the area and bought a house with an existing pool. After my first visit, Blake made me feel confident that I could manage my salt water inground pool. I bought a pool 2 years ago in February it was not I stalled until July I swam in it one year and all the water kept draining out this winter had to fill it 5 times we have used 5 patch it's around the seam because the liner ran out of warranty after 2 years.I wrote to Blake he Said call my repair man he said he would come out and never did.Its alot of money to spend for a pool for one summer of swimming never had a problem like this before emailed Blake no response to getting it repaired

We are very happy with our Bullfrog spa. Blake was very helpful. We did a lot of comparisons and don’t believe anyone beats the quality, design, durability, and flexibility of a Bullfrog. We think who you get your spa from is as important as the spa itself. We are glad we got our spa from Blake.

DO NOT do business with Aloha Pools! Save yourself time and aggravation and use another company. This company's representative promised a completion date to coincide with our house build. After signing the contact and giving them a deposit they advised that they would not be able to install the pool for 5 months. When I advised that their sales representative told us 2 months, the manager became condescending and rude and hung up on me. They are now refusing to return our deposit. They have a reputation among the trades people in Citrus County as being a bait and switch company. I wish someone would have told me of that reputation before we signed the contract.

A shout out to Blake for quickly (and affordably) getting us back on line with our pool this summer. We have a large family, and our pool is a big part of our summer activities. So, when the liner (and pump) decided it was time to call it quits, we were more than anxious to get it fixed. Contacted Blake when I was beyond frustrated - bought an above ground pool three years ago and the store I purchased it from doesn't know how to fix things, can't find replacement parts - I've looked all around Tallahassee trying to find someone to just come fix it but Blake did better than that by walking me through fixing it myself in the most economical way possible - I've talked to him three or four times so far and he's made about $3 off me, so I KNOW I can trust when he tells me what the best thing to do is!!
