Zero for customer service at the pharmacy window, they would not give me a sec of their time too. Super rude, I asked for the main number and they told me they won’t help either, all I wanted is a copy of my prescription, no record records she said, while I had the bottle with my info in my hand and it shows pharmacy name and address.

Will NEVER use CVS again. Worst service ever- had to wait more than 24 hours extra to pick up RX. Going through chemotherapy and friend had to return twice to CVS and still wait. And pharmacist was nasty. Not my problem that they’re busy and need more help! Overall rating 2.9- are you kidding? CVS, pay attention!

Huge props to the pharmacy team at CVS of Narmina and Lara.When visiting family in Miami, we inadvertently forgot to pack a medicine. They were SO kind, considerate, and professional in helping us get the medication we needed. We're very appreciative!!

Told over the phone the passport photos were available. Came in 5 minutes and was told otherwise; what a bunch of morons.

Would give it a zero star if that were possible. Worst CVS I’ve ever been to, in several cities. The pharmacy staff is rude and the evening pharmacist named Yailin Jo has an attitude. She actually shrug her shoulders in an “I don’t care” gesture. My doctor mentioned he would prefer to to have to call them again. Moving to WALGREENS. What an terrible experience!

This pharmacy is unprofessional. I asked for the price of my prescription I needed to pick up and the lady says a hundred and something dollars. I asked for the exact price she said I’m not sure but it’s around that price. Then I said I’ll pick it up anyways and she said it’s not ready yet and that id have to pick it up tomorrow. This is a surfside cvs do better.
