I often go to CVS for items on the app I find on sale. The store is always welcoming and well stocked. I usually buy things from browsing through isles that are noted sales or discounts. Great store for much more than meds!

So I have bought a box of chocolate here and it taste funny so I bring it back with the receipt and they have told me with out a barcode they can’t do it really even know I have the receipt

Waited 15 mnts in line at the drive thru window and when I was two cars to the window a pharmacy associate came outside, placed a divider in front of my car and said we are going on break in 10 mnts we are closed. So unprofessional to do this. There was only one more car behind me. They had plenty of time to finish the line.

Today I picked up my son’s prescription from the pharmacy and I was helped by Maylin. She was very professional mannerly and knowledgeable about my son’s needs. Most helpful pharmacy staff I’ve seen in years. I’m blown away watching them be so patient helping others, even remembering them by name. Very refreshing. I’m surprise by the reviews below, something must have changed because they are absolutely amazing. A special fist pump to Alisa.

Pharmacy has horrible customer service. You wait in line for over 10 mins and you get told they are closing the pharmacy for lunch. Instead of helping the customers that were in the line before making the announcement, they just shut the screen and say come back. Common sense would be to stagger lunches like normal businesses do.

Recently started using this pharmacy instead of the Walgreens across the street. Fought with Walgreens for three weeks to fill a simple prescription. Spoke with three different pharmacists got three different answers. CVS filled in three hours from receipt. Guess all the reviews about Walgreens are accurate.

My five stars is for Jenna in the pharmacy. I Have a sick little one who needed an out of stock antibiotic. I have had a hard day, on the verge of tears and this sweet girl was the biggest help. She was so compassionate & understanding. She did what she could to help me and found a resolution within 30 minutes. All while calling to update me. This is what the world needs more of, such a sweet person obviously with a big heart doing what she could to help. My husband and I were very frustrated and I can’t be anything but thankful now. Thank you Jenna, CVS is lucky to have you!

Dropped off prescription 4 days ago and they still do not have it ready. I called and they had not even contacted my pharmacy back in Ohio yet. Promised to have it today and I am out of medicine. It is 7:00 pm and they still do not have it ready.At least 7 staff personnel very busy but not able to keep up with customer needs. The problem with this facility is not with the staff but rather the system they are working with.I will transfer to a more dependable pharmacy next month.

The reason I rate this pharmacy a one or less. This foreign pharmacist on South pebble beach is horrible. He doesn't listen to customer needs. Doesn't offer any solution to resolve the problem with placing medication order.

Andrew is the RUDEST most unprofessional Pharmacy employee I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not even sure how he’s employed. He gives zero customer service, questioned why I wanted to speak with the Pharmacist and was incredibly disrespectful. Truly, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered at a CVS.Gong is just as bad. He tried giving me a prescription without telling me that the price had gone up over $100.00. Never called me, never told me and then had me wait in line another 25 minutes while he fixed and corrected the amount.This CVS is absolutely horrible. They hire BOTTOM OF THE BARREL scumbags. I place is filthy.

Why does it take an hour to pick up your medicine Here? This is the slowest CVS in the USA!! Avoid it if you can!! Going to have to transfer to Walgreens even if it costs more !! 1 car moves every 20 minutes ! I hate it here!

I wish I had these peoples jobs so I can get paid for doing nothing too. It doesn't matter if I go in person or try to call on the phone, the pharmacy never has my prescriptions says it's not their fault if it is messed up or they never received it and I always have to get my docs involved to talk to them but it still takes awhile after that. I tired to call today for I can save the gas cause I knew it wouldnt get anywhere, but I was on hold for a hour and just gave up. Didn't think corporate would would let a store with 2.9 stars stay open.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Trips x4 for simple dental prescriptions (antibiotic & Tylenol). Unrealistic expectations: ("script ready in 30 min." Come back later in 55 min. Says it will "ready in an hour." 20 min wait in drive thru each adventure backTried calling back x2 to verify prescription miscommunication. On hold for 25 min. Gave up.I'm taking my business elsewhere in the future.Customer service the pharmacy sucks.

They have an average of 2.8 stars for a reason. They are sometimes unbelievably out of prescription drugs. They are overworked,understaffed, and the shelves are usually very empty. They tell me they are the busiest CVS in the southeast, well someone at the management store level and district level are dropping the ball and not making the adjustments to stock the drugs and merchandise for the store and have the correct amount of employees. Just imagine if this CVS was well run how much more their monthly profits would be…..

First time using the pharmacy here and I will chamge my pharmacy to one that is more pleasant. MAY in the pharmacy came off quite rude and bothered the minute I was called up. I wasn't sure since she was just listening to a customer before me complain about this same pharmacy if she might not be ok since she was so rude with her demeanor but she got defensive when I asked nicely. I asked to be helped by someone else as I don't feel good which is why I needed medication in the first place. She yelled.. yes yelled for all to hear I need back up this customer doesn't want to deal with me. And then non stop advised I go to a window on each side of her as I waited for another rep to come assist me. May sorry you had a bad day I was genuinely asking if you were ok. I hope your says get better. Working in customer service Is hard an not for everyone. If you can not handle a simple question perhaps this is not the place for you to be. When people come to a pharmacy they don't want to be treated so harshly. Shame on CVS for allowing this type of representation. Even though this store is the closest walgreens is across the street. I will utilize them from now on.

As usually poor service. Wasted my time stopping in to give my new insurance card info, apparently it wasn't saved in their faulty system. Then today called in a prescription after waiting 30 minutes for a rude pos customer service rep nothing was done. I'm done CVS. They don't care about customer service or professionalism.

It's the worst CVS I've ever been to; the man at the pharmacy is pretty rude, and all he can say is, "I'm too busy." To transfer medicine that takes 15 minutes, he said it would take at least two days because he was too busy to call.

I keep getting robot calls to pick up my prescription but I don't use CVS pharmacy. Almost two weeks of this and no matter when I call, the pharmacy doesn't answer. I've waited on hold for as long as 42 minutes and still no answer. The reviews here show that I'm not the only one having trouble getting the pharmacy on the phone! This experience will keep me from ever transferring my multiple monthly meds over to CVS! After almost 2 weeks of this nonsense.... I should have figured out how to block them long ago!!

Possibly the busiest CVS store in the state! This is a 24hr store on a tiny postage-stamp size lot. Staff are friendly and helpful, but be prepared to wait in the narrow drive-up or make a couple of trips to work around the crowds.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. 4 trips to get one medication. I received texts telling me scripts are ready and when I get here they have no idea what I'm talking about. There are 12 people behind the counter and 1 person gets through line in the last 20 minutes. Do yourself a face and transfer your prescriptions.

My baby had an ear infection and i have been waiting 12 hours for his prescription to get filled I waited for a 1 hour in line and i get my babies medicine and its damn near empty with no syringe i had to drive all the way back i don’t recommend no one to come to this cvs its sucks bad

Lady at the window just looked at me until I started talking and then didn't say anything after I got my sons medication. I did tell her have a nice day and thanks but still no response. Might have been a robot I was talking to.

Do not trust their pharmacy, just go across the street to Walgreens. Dropped off a prescription from the nearby ER for my kid and was told 2 hours. 3 hours later it's still not ready and they told me there is nothing they will do cause it's time for them to close (1:30pm). So my kid continues to live off of Motrin to fight off a 104 fever while we wait for CVS to take anything seriously.

CVS store is 24 hours and beautiful. Very clean and open. They have made great new changes in the store and build more inventory on shelves including energy bars, big tags of different departments in store. Very good improvements. me and my wife likes to stop by most of the weekend for few minutes and pick some chips and cold-drinks along with milk and bread from this CVS. I would say, it is much organized from all the CVS store we have seen in Florida. I would definitely recommend to visit this store. Staff is really helpful all the time during our shopping requirements.

Yikes. If it's going to be open 24 hours you would think the service and supply would be better. Quite often the pharmacy doesn't have something in stock, but they don't call and let us know this, so instead we end up waiting days for it. We would prefer the option to go to another pharmacy right away that has it. Prescriptions and our health, pretty important to us!!

Doctor sent a 90 day supply prescription and one refill for BP to the Sun City Center, FL CVS. They would not fill it unless I called the pharmacy, after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, that was the last straw for me after several issues with this pharmacy. So, I tried to transfer all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy but the pharmacist at the place I was trying to transfer to, told me that CVS told him that I have no prescriptions available to transfer. None. Despite the fact that I have 4. So, now I’m on day two without my high blood pressure medication because now the prescription can’t be found at all. My BP is 177/119 and blood vessels are bursting in my right eye. My doctor has tried calling CVS three times and can’t get through to confirm what is going on with this.I am shocked by the level of incompetence I’ve experienced at this pharmacy.
