Rude new employees, Alexander is the manager, that the issues were reported too. Box cut pink hair lady, should NOT be working with the public, with her very limited skills! Horrible customer service, from. Not one but two employees backing each other as if they were in a street gang, simply sadness that this is what our world is coming to that these people would be hired to work in public. So let's see if Alex can correct the issue- not much hope,he didn't seem to care at all. Said he would address it and went right back to doing what he was doing.

Store was fine. Customer service was horrible. Cashier very unfriendly. Never spoke a word to us. We made her work because we WILL NOT use self checkout. Will not ever go back again!

This is a super clean Aldi, as always bring your bags and quarter and be ready to get some great buys at a small price.Aldi does not stock everything you might need, but surely covers most what one might need. Also their Gelato is phenomenal, look for the twice as nice guarantee in the back of a product and doubt you will be unhappyThis place continues to be amazing

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Whose idea was it to add all self checkout in a community of elderly?? New employees are super rude and extremely unhelpful.

ONE human cashier for 7+ checkouts. That ONE person is checking out people, but also has to run over to all the other self checkouts to assist them etc... CORPORATE GREED IS OUT OF CONTROL !!!!!!!!

I like shopping there but what I don't like is out of stocks on advertised items example st Louis ribs. Though there have been many more instances. The staff has its hands cuffed as they r at the mercy of whomever orders in northern Illinois

Nice clean store, well organized, a little different than the local one I’m used to, but a lot of stuff is in similar places. I have ample stock on hand because I was able to get things late in the day that I normally would not be able to find. Wasn’t all that Impressed with their Instacart deliveries. Mostly, they just don’t read the chat, it’s discouraging. It’s hit or miss with getting the correct item or number of items. Most of the time we have to go out down the street and looking for driver and they received explicit instructions sent via chat.

Great place to shop for meat (U.S.D.A. Choice) chicken and fish. Also good seasonal deals on crackers, snacks and sweets many imported from Germany. Produce has greatly improved. Dairy and frozen have good deals too. It has become my first place to shop due to high prices everywhere else. Service has declined since they eliminated checkers. 😪

It gets crowded occasionally which makes checking out slower because they usually have one register open. When the check out line backs up, they open another register.Now they have self checkout which I find very convenient.Most of their products are high quality

Now that Aldis owns Winn Dixie in SCC, I hope that they drug test all employees and clean the place up. Their store manager hires convicted felons for employees in a fragile community. He doesn't have the community's safety in mind.Great go-to store, usually in and out quickly. Employees are always helpful, store is clean and well maintained.

I remember shopping at Aldi back in the 80's when I was stationed in Germany. Love them then and still do now.This location is well stocked and clean. We go early to beat the mad rushes. Highly recommended as Aldi's can really get slammed.

Prices are amazing! Fruits and veggies are fresh and have been good so far. Does not have a crazy amount of varieties when it comes to food but the prices are really good. Definitely not a place to buy on bulk and also did not like that most fruits came pre-packed. We always prefer to choose our own.

I love Aldi. With few exceptions their brands are good and the customer service is great. Lines can get long but they usually open a new lane quickly.

Never seem 2 have what I see n want in their circulars! I usually go a day or 2 after sales start. They really sell stuff that fast or was there not much to get in the 1st place?? It's quite disappointing 2 make the trip n for nothing almost every time!!
