I would highly recommend another pet groomer. These folks quoted one price then when I went to pick up my dog it was $10 more. I hope they enjoy the $65 because they are not getting another penny from me. That wouldn’t have been the deal breaker if they hadn’t done such a sloppy job. Hair is uneven around her body. They left her ears untouched and she looks odd. Looks like she has long ears. Not like a Yorkie. I was specific about what I wanted and got nothing of it. So … if you want to be overcharged and your wishes ignored this is your place.

I don't bring my baby as often because of work, but she looked adorable! I was able to see her cute little eyes! They have a personalized sheet that even includes that I like her to have Pink bows as my preference! Every time I go I find those details to be be cute just in case I forget but look at her! Every one is very sweet and I have been going there since 2018! Thank you all who play a part in Lulu's grooming specially during these unprecedented times!

I had the worst experience with this company. I have a 3lb. maltipoo puppy. I dropped her of in the morning (9am), and explained to the girl that I wanted her hair around the face cut so that she could see. I also explained that the hair on her body needed to be cut as it was to long. She mentioned that they would not be using clippers, which I didn't want used anyways. At 12 noon I called as I hadn't received a phone call. They told me that they were not able to do anything yet. They said that they would cut around her face, but that they couldn't do anything else as she's a puppy. It was upsetting that it took 3hrs, and a phone call from me to say that they could not provide the agreed upon service. I informed them that I was on my way, not to touch her, and that I would not be paying anything as they had not done anything. The way that I was treated when I arrived was unprofessional and appalling. I have two dogs, and will be hiring a mobile groomer.

Awful visit, after 4.5 hours my dog's hair was uneven, his face was not trimmed properly, his paw hair was left untouched. He smelled bad even though they said they washed him. I had to trim his hair at home, wash him, poor thing. Update: Their Mobile grooming is excellent, Laura does a phenomenal job and I hope they hired all excellent groomers for their in store grooming.

I had been going to this groomers since they opened up and they used to be awesome but in the last year it is as if they do not care I had to switch groomers. I am a trucker I only come home every couple of months, they where great like I said but lately I have been getting this young girl grooming my pups and she is not nice at all very rude almost shuves my male dog into my arms who has a bad back and lately there Hair cuts are Un even and not even what I ask for, my male usually has a mow hock and she pretty much butchered it every time yes I know he has syst on him in places he is a 13 year old pup with a yeast issue they used to not mind going there and they where usually excited when I picked them up now they shake and act all frighten from the girl, they only do that at the vet cuz they know there about to get hurt from shots. I do not know what has happened to this place but it is going down hill I used to tell pple it's an awesome place take your dogs there but now I tell them not to. And yes I gave them 3 tries before I decided to leave this establishment. The manager needs to take a good look at her staff especially the young blond girl who always has an attitude for no apparent reason. Have a good day.

This is the 3rd time I ask for a bath and basic cut. Which I make clear everytime! Face, feet and privates. They shaved him down, cut him and left his rear dirty and patches of long hair. So hard to find a good place for my Yorkie.Jenny was the groomer.

Booked the appointment 2 weeks out. They called me the day of the appointment to let us know that by accident they were double booked and if I could push back the appointment to 2 hours later. Unfortunately I already had plans and told them that I will stick to my original appointment and they said okay. I get there at the time of the appointment and they let me know it will be 3 hours. Well it took 5 hours so I guess they started at whatever time they wanted anyways so there was no point in making the appointment. Not the clients problem you over booked by accident and if you can’t meet the time agreed upon schedule then just canceled or offer a different day if the client tells you they have plans. Missed the plans and took 5 hours for my dog to get groomed. Needless to say first and last time we will be there.

I have 2 King Charles Cavaliers. This place has Very rude staff. Will absolutely never take my puppies here again. So sad that Georgina is no longer here. Lots of new faces and a very rude groomer. Very rude tone. I confirmed my telephone number with them before I left and they called the wrong number to pick them up. I had to call hours later to see if my puppies were finished and was advised at that time they called wrong number but that the last puppy had just finished about half hour prior to me calling.. Lady told me that I would have to bring my puppies separately. Please tell me who is going to make separate trips to get puppies groomed. She wouldn’t give her name. Upon drop off I advised I want the same grooming they normally receive, she advised that she has in their system, never mentioned a price increase. When I picked them up I was told a totally different amount than I normally pay. Normally I would’ve just paid the difference but because the groomer was so rude, belligerent and argumentative , I was not paying anything extra. Puppies haircuts were choppy but they did a better job than last time with their nails

Yesterday I visited for the first time with my mini golden-doodle. She was matted pretty bad, so they had to cut her short. I totally understand this, however, I didn’t realize it until after I got home that we left with one of her ears not being trimmed! How the heck does that even happen? She also didn’t smell fresh or clean so when I got home I had to give her a bath myself. Not recommending this place to anyone and I won’t be returning. Wish I would have read more of the reviews.

I love Adogable Pets! They gave my cat a lion cut - it’s hard to find a groomer that will take cats. They do typically have quite the wait to get in (because they’re awesome) so make your next appointment when you pick up. The prices are super reasonable! They will even do a no sedation teeth cleaning. Love them!

Wow what a great experience. Took my dog in same day without an appointment! My dog is a little jittery and they handled him beautifully. A good de-shed, wash, nails clipped, feet pads trimmed, etc. He came home soft and happy. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I will be back.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and my pup is clearly getting comfortable with the staff! They advertise for high anxiety dogs and they really are good!Every other place I went to would tell me how much he barked or he would use his paws to swat their hands (oops) and he would come home with some ridiculous cuts. LOLMarty comes home with cute cuts from Adogable Pets every time. This last time they were even able to keep him in a cage when he was done and he wasn’t losing his mind.

First let me say the actual groomer is amazing. However, owner refuses to update their systems and appointments are written in hand on a book. I can only come certain days when I work from home. I made an appt a week in advance and I come in and they don't have me in the book. Very frustrating for me and the employees. Please update your systems and get organized! This is 2022.

This is a great place to bring your pets for grooming and to purchase organic pet supplies. The prices are reasonable and they provide great service in a convenient time frame. You can tell they really care about animals. When I drop my dog off she is not nervous and shaking like she was at the groomer I had previously. I like that everything is done out in the open so you can see the pets getting groomed when you walk in. Also they don't keep them in cages while they are waiting they have a fenced off area inside that they can walk around in until they are picked up. This place is awesome!!!

Took my Toy Poodle here for the first time and will never use this place again the cut was messy and not what I’m used to my dogs ears were so uneven and they nicked her backside and now she can’t walk so I need to take her to the vet. I’ll never use this place again.My dog is 12 years old I have never had a complaint from any groomer ever she’s a service animal very well trained and obedient please run they are very rude as you can see from other post which I experienced first hand my first day there 05/27/2022

I would highly recommend them, I wasn't able to get my shih tzu in with her normal groomer who I typically just have to do her face and paws. Well she was getting sores on her face from the dried eye goo and needed to find someone else fast. I called this morning explained my problem and although they were booked told me to come in and they would take care of it for me before her poor face got any worse. I would highly recommend because I can tell they care so much. I already scheduled my sweet girl for her full grooming this week.

I love this place and so does my pup. The waiting area is small because they use the room for grooming! Their the only place that will scrape my dogs plaque off after a teeth spray treatment. They have many levels of service and have several lines of high end food. They require appointments because their busy most of the time.

We have been going here for a little less than a year. They have fair prices and great service, and do a great job w/ washing and grooming. This last time we got an additional service which we weren’t quoted on, and upon paying the total was much more than what we are used to paying. The manager was super accommodating, and even though they had done the service requested, she removed the charge for us. 5 stars, super experience all around with them!

We took our shihtzu in today. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was clean. I had the appointment time wrong but they accommodated us anyway. Candy looks very good. I highly recommend this groomer.

I just dropped my toy poodle for 3rd time. I walked in, already knew my dog and her name upon sight. My dog is very skittish, but she seems calm and unafraid of the groomers and the store. To top it all off....They do an amazing job. Her fur looks and smell great!

We just got our Maltese groomed at this place my mother showed her a picture of what she wanted and what they delivered was something completely unacceptable, they shaved her down completely because of matting, now listen, I understand matting I've dealt with it for the past 15 years with 3 dogs and I've felt bad taking my dog to the groomers with really bad matted hair before, but they always at least tried to delivered a good looking dog even if the final cut was shorter than expected, I called their store afterwards to voice my opinion and the store manager gave me excuses that I've never heard any other pet groomer spew out, I am a very understanding person but she was very short with me and told me that next time to take the dog to the other groomer (when I explained I never gotten this type of results with a matted dog)The cut our dog got could have been done at home and they charged full price for it.TL;DR mother takes Maltese, Maltese gets shaved down, store manager short and unapologetic.Edit: forgot to mention they make you sign a waiver for matting, please go to another groomer I have never dealt with waivers.

Adogable Pet Services is by far one of the most professionally run, clean, and well organized machines I have ever seen. In addition to that, all of the groomers are very experienced and guided by one of the most caring and kind owners Laura R. Her genuine love and knowledge for animals flows from her and into all of her clients(furry friends and their parents) I would have no doubt leaving my 4 legged children in her care. Also, she stays up to date with all of the latest dog fashion trends. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a groomer or mobile groomer to give her a shot because you will never leave.
