i had the pleasure of working with Angie during this process. i am new to the area and was given this state farm office as a referral. Angie gave me a quote and was super to work with. once i found a vehicle (which did not go as well) but i needed the policy put in place ASAP so i could leave the lot at the dealer. Angie was able to put the policy in place and i was on my way. Angie was super through all of this. i would highly recommend using Angie to anyone.

My previous house insurance provider approximately doubled my home owners yearly rate. I called Angie Woodruff of the Victoria Carosella Agency. I provided Angie with all of the information on my house, auto’s and golf cart. As we talked she was calling up the information on the web and was able to enhance the accurate and timely transfer of information and provide me with timely quotes based on the same coverage I had with my previous carrier (which gave me a timely apples to apples comparison).Angie explained the home inspection process, how long it would take. All of the information provided turned out to be accurate and when I called Angie, she always had the information I needed instantly and was so cordial to deal with.I have been very happy with the service I have received.

Everyone I dealt with at the Victoria Carosella State Farm agency were very helpful and efficient, specifically Amanda Martinez. She made our transition from Connecticut to Florida that much easier with her help and knowledge. I don't recall how I got in contact with her office, but she was able to help me get insurance on my new truck very quickly and at a reasonable cost. I had an issue with some loan papers due to the starting date, but their office got everything taken care of very promptly. I recently transitioned all of my insurance to Ms Carosella’s office. The transition was smooth, efficient and timely as a result of the efforts of the staff. Angie was exceptionally responsive and timely. It was a pleasure to work with her. I haven’t dealt with an efficient, responsive insurance agency in many years. Usually I end up feeling like cattle, not a customer, due to the lack of timely responses from my past agencies. Days to even get a callback has been the typical situation. It’s great to feel like a customer again!
