Great customer service. They tend to not have a lot of inventory. Example I was looking for 3m 4000uv caulking and they only had 5000 and 4200.

I was looking for a folding chair. They seemed out of stock except for one that didnt have a price tag or was even on their inventory. They get the manager. How much for this chair? She hesitates, comes up with $40. Isn't that a bit high, it's usually about $20. She says, ok now it's $50. Wow the arrogance. I went to the next Ace Hardware, they had several in stock and it was $23... They see this attitude in movies maybe and they think that's normal??

They always take the time to help me! Great customer service EVERY time. I've never been disappointed and always give a 5 star review here. Try it over the big box stores if you can, I do for most things we need. Love that they're right up the road and open on Sunday which is a huge help when getting projects done. They have stuff for boating fixes and all kinds of things you need for home, packed into this store with knowledgeable staff.

Shopped today to solve an issue completing my plant watering system.The Ace team excelled. I described my project..they gathered the missing parts..we assembled it to make sure it fit and that I could reassemble it at home.I love this store. Consistently great customer service. They know their products and can actually help solve problems vs just point at where sonething might be. 15 minutes tops and I was out the door. It's not often you can say a retailer left you happier when you left.

Have an astonishing inventory considering the store's limited footprint. They have everything you need for homes built in our area due to their local knowledge like circuit breakers and window cranks. Most of the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of SS hardware.

Been going there for over 7 years (my rental is near). This is what an hardware store is supposed to be. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and always friendly. Maybe they should add a bar, but parking would be impossible because no one would ever want to leave:)

Warning…don't rely on the Acehardware.com web site to give you a reliable price for any merchandise at this store. They way overprice so many things. For instance, a propane exchange tank is $29 at the Summerland Key Ace Hardware, yet 5 miles away at the Big Pine Key Ace Hardware it is $22, while it is $18 at the Winn-Dixie supermarket—$11 greater price!

I'm very plesently suprised with this store. It had everything I needed for the multiple projects I had to do over a span of 3 weeks. For a hardware store in the middle of nowhere it sure does have a lot. The hours are pretty dang good too, even open on Sunday.

Ace is the place...especially this location. I always enjoy having to make a trip to this Ace. The people are absolutely awesome, prices are reasonable and have everything you need...except lumber. I shop here as often as I can for everything I need when working on the house.

Helpful attentive associates, friendly staff. Has more than you might expect packed in a small space so be sure to ask. Some things like larger items are stored outside the main building. Affectionately known as Summerland hardware and social club, they are open when other locals are not.
