Adequate stock, staff friendly and helpful as always.3rd shift feels like they have a good shift supervisor.Notifications of imminent store closing hits a much better balance than last year. Not that it is not always within the bounds of good taste. One can just feel difference with an experience d/seasoned manager at the helm. IMHO

Every helpful staff and product was always on the shelf neat and speedy service with a smile. Every clean environment and of course their is no rift raft in or around the store. Very organized

Rudest woman in garden check out. Very old man had 2 plants rather large and heavy yet she made him lift them out of cart with his trembling hands which was a struggle for him rather than come around and scan or lift them for him . I lifted the second plant for him. I'm in my late 60s and he had to be 90. Shame on you miss rude.

Wonderful beach atmosphere on Lake Weir but a little pricey upstairs. Lots of good comfort food, seafood, chicken, hamburgers, beer and cocktails. I haven’t been downstairs yet. They will make just about any drink you can think of. Try them.

I always love Walmart. Even though the place seems to be moving stuff around all the time which drives me nuts at least help is around. I don't like standing around looking for something kind of looking lost and there's nobody to help. Most of the time that somebody around and I find things rather quickly and get out of there quickly. I do like the self checkout it's much faster.

I shop for my elderly mother so she doesn't have to go inside. The aisles are not suitable for handicapped people when groceries are being stocked and on-line shopper employees are rolling around behind racks they can't SEE over or around.Dangerous practice for your in house customers !Barb, the receipt police should be less obvious in her racial profiling as well. Most employees are helpful though stressed in their jobs.I like WM, not this one.

Some lady working in the water aisle this morning at 810 ish was extremely rude to my husband and I and waited until we were out of the aisle to be condescending and say “what a gentleman” because he didn’t take a case of water from the back when she was front stocking. Larger older white lady with glitter in her hair. He stopped me from saying something to her face but next time that will not fly. We’re not required to do your job. But if you stated why when he asked in response to you asking to take a case of water from the back, we might have. However, he responded d”why” when you had asked not knowing the reason.Shape up and do your job. It’s not our responsibility.

Store is a mess every time you go in.You have to compete with pick-up grocery shopping employees, employees stocking shelves, and regular customers.Most of the time, the product is sitting on a pallet waiting to be stocked or on the top shelf out of reach.On top of that, once you've gathered your groceries, you have to ring yourself up and bag it all. They sit and watch you in person and via video as you go through the transaction and then have the audacity to ask you to see your receipt at the door.

Absolutely awful. If you don't live at the villages, don't have a golf cart , and/ or walk with your nose in the air, don't expect on getting anything done in a respectable time frame or dealing with nice people. We were treated like crap and frowned upon as though we were in the 60's and sitting at the front of the bus or something.. it's absolutely ridiculous!

I bought guacamole 2DAYS AGO! I opened it that night and ate basically half of it. I go to eat more today and I wonder why it’s so brown already. I look at the expire date and it says February ☹️ mind you it’s April now so I’m very upset. I was craving guacamole so bad and now I don’t wanna eat it again. I understand Walmarts stuff going a day or two old but 3 month old food is ridiculous. Do better. Do better stocking. And for gods sake make sure stuff is fresh. And I’m only writing this review because I’m certainly sitting and waiting for someone to pick up the phone so I could kindly tell them to throw that gaucamole away but they wanna play with me so here’s a bad review👍🏽

Went to do a pick up and they forgot the patio furniture. They said they would be right out and we ended up waiting half an hour. We had to go in to customer service. Totally defeated the purpose of mobile pick up.

You're on camera when you drive into the parking lot You're on camera when you walk through the aisles. You're on camera when you check out. Then the idiot who greets you insult you by asking for a receipt...3/23/24...So today I walked in and grabbed a carry basket.Then the greater at the door who did not even greet me coming in.We're gonna call herMIDGET KAREN. Tells me that I cannot take the basket outside the door which is kind of stupid considering they let you take the baskets with the wheels .... My opinion is she has Napoleon syndrome.

Two days ago I had an issue with a bag I'd forgotten. I returned to Walmart Customer Service & was helped by Patti Wyandt. She was terrific, helpful & kind. I tried for two days to call the General Mgr of the Summerfield store to let him/her know how helpful Patti was , but the phone just rang & rang. I hope this is seen by those who count. Thank you, Patti-you were the best!!!!

Needed help at self checkout. Scale wouldn't weigh. The shelf had brown water/or something on it. So I did not use the shelf. The lady who came over moved my produce to the dirty shelf to fix the scale. I told her I did not want the produce now that she put it on the dirty shelf. She walked away bitching it was just water and I wasted her time. Service is getting worse here.

The tire center is a joke they had a girl make my appointment for Wednesday gave me a quoted price everything Included!!!! Install and tire swap and today come in for my appointment because their employee was trained badly now its almost 100.00 more for the 4 tires I was quoted I have order number but still refuse to do it at the original quoted price always price gouging !!

I have understand they try but this store is constantly busy BUT they most often don’t have items on the shelf. If it’s just an item sure I guess but it’s frustrating when it’s 3-4 things on my list and it’s always hit or miss. No drink packets a certain kind I buy and if they get some it’s like a few boxes. I’m not sure how the ordering goes but it’s not going well.

This store really needs an upgrade. There is a good selection in this very large store. The permanent labeling on freezers and refrigerate cases are very inaccurate. The isles are messy and very unorganized. Do not be in a hurry when you check out, soooo very slow. Neither the customers or employees are very friendly.

This Walmart still tries SO hard to improve but they never have what the app says is in the store. The cashiers (mostly senior citizens now) are super friendly and conversational and understanding; this IS a great improvement! What happened to the greeters and the people that used to walk around and if they saw you were struggling to find something they took you right to the product!

Rob makes up rules as he goes. Cut all midshift team lead positions. Made up rule team leads have to stay in same position for 6 months. Then he promotes the person causing $1000s of dollars of daily shrink in fresh dept. 3 weeks later when they fail he transfers them to different dept. Then doesnt replace person he promoted and says hey since you guys are capable and competent I'm gonna have one of you open and 1 of you close instead of having 2 openers mid and closer. Since I had bright idea to promote guy holding you guys back.

I live in Summerfield and I literally go out of my way to try and shop at any other location than the Summerfield location. The store is always a complete mess and I just feel dirty when I leave there. Today, I was passing this location on the way home from lunch, so I decided to run in and just grab a few things I needed. I wanted lemons and went to grab a bag, and ended up with my thumb inside of a stale and rotten lemon. There were several bags like this. It was so gross. After what I experienced today, I couldn’t even be paid to shop there ever again!

Stopped in this WalMart as I was heading home from Ocala. It's a modern Supercenter, but they seemed to have lots of holes on their shelves. Very busy location inside and out in the parking lot. What can I say... it's a WalMart.

Enduring considerable frustration at Walmart's auto center, we spent nearly two hours changing four tires, during which it became apparent that an employee was milking the clock. Our complaint to the service manager (Chris) about the delay was met with a rude response, displaying his assertiveness. Additionally, we observed an unprofessional exchange of words among staff members. Upon noticing the smirk on the technician's face, I realized he had retaliated against us. Subsequently, we discovered that our four tires had varying pressures. When we complained to the service manager again, he dismissively insisted that the pressure would self-adjust. For safety reasons, we highly discourage using Walmart for tire services.Update on 3/6/2024: facing ongoing low tire pressure issues, we opted to address the matter at a different Walmart, harboring doubts about this location. Despite resolving the tire pressure problem, they discovered no records of our tire or road hazard insurance purchases. After fixing the pressure, they advised updating records at the Summerfield Walmart. Manager Chris claimed inability to assist, leading to a complaint to the store manager, who pledged to investigate within two days. Unfortunately, despite a follow-up, no response has yet been received. We caution against this store due to subpar workmanship and service.

Past THREE times I have gotten green potatoes. The time before that I did the online ordering for pickup and received TWO expired ground beef packages. If you want produce or meat I would avoid avoid avoid this place.

This Walmart is old and run-down. The setup is very scattered and confusing. Shelves are not stocked and they are understaffed here. Also, employees seemed very stressed out and overworked! I would rather drive the extra miles Highway 466 in The Villages also at Walmart on 19th Ave Road in Ocala it has always been good to us also. I avoid this one at all cost!!!
