Well I switched groomers because the one I was going to had very limited hours. Unfortunately, it was twice the price but she’s got the greatest groomer now and she doesn’t even scratch after the shampoo and conditioner for dogs with allergies. I forgot the name of it, but I’m gonna buy some when I go there, she has not she has not scratched once. Professional, clean people and store. She has a male groomer and I forgot his name but he was awesome. Even though it’s a little bit more than I was paying for the other groomer. It’s worth it.

OMG... Callie had a appt today for a lion cut ... I don't know who did it but it's the worse cut ever 😡 She's had this cut before and it was cute n beautiful. However today NOT so. Her tail had matted clumps and loose hairs all over. I am so upset 😡 Added photos but she wouldn't sit still ...Had a follow up appt today. Our Callie is cute n beautiful 😍 Thank you for the care of our little girl ❤

They do amazing with stitch my husky, been there twice already today will be the third time. I don't feel comfortable taking him anywhere else. Such sweet people and they do a mind blowing job with their grooming.

Yesterday was my first time here. I have a husky. I am very pleased! We have been going to the same groomer for the last year-and-a-half, and then we moved, I had to find another groomer and had a horrible experience. This was about 3 months ago. So after that my dog was a little scared of being brushed and anything that has to do with grooming. So I found this place and read all the reviews and they were amazing, and I couldn't be any more happy! I love how they let me bring my girl in days before being groomed, it really did help her get used to where she was. When I picked her up she looked amazing! She smelled good, she looked good and she was so happy! My husky has very thick hair. They groomed around her private areas perfect and actually she's ever been groomed so well before in that area. This place was very clean, it smelled great inside, the employees there are amazing, I recommend this place and give it a five out of five!

I brought my White Husky/German Shepherd Mix in after a long stay at a local boarding facility where I had just paid for a luxury bath but got him back filthy. I called Fluffy Dog Cozy Cat and the young lady that answered assured me that she specialized in the Husky double coat and would be able to take my dog that afternoon. I picked my pet up two hours after drop off and he was as beautifully groomed and as white as I have ever seen him, as promised! I highly recommend this business for your pets grooming needs! They’re reasonably priced, courteous and efficient.

First time in over 2 years that I’ve been this excited about picking up my little dog from the groomer 😍 The last few places I’ve been just haven’t gotten it right 😞 I was SO IMPRESSED with Melanie who listened to my 2 simple requests. Not to mention how compassionate she was for understanding that at a previous place my little one was injured really bad that resulted in her needed sutures/staples. She tends to baby that hip and past groomers just think she’s being aggressive which isn’t the case. So thank you Melanie for catering to our sweet girl & getting her cut done perfectly! I couldn’t be happier.

This is a follow up to the response from Fluffy Dog Cat Salon on my original less than one star review I submitted several weeks ago. The original review is posted below.It seems to me that you (Fluffy Dog) are comparing two events. I didn't tell you up front that my two chihuahuas might fight if caged together. It happened and you handled it. Good job, no harm done, you saved my larger, senior chihuahua with no teeth, from tearing apart the smaller one. I can't thank you enough. I seriously apologize for not informing you to cage them alone.The other event (pug bleeding profusely after YOU cut her nails) say you that you didn't notice she was still bleeding when she left. That implies you knew she was bleeding, thought it stopped and made a decision to NOT tell us. You were way wrong, she hadn't stopped bleeding to the point we were thinking about taking her to the vet. So you tell me please about how what I did by not telling you and what you did to our dog in some way justifies your action, then further by not telling us to watch just in case.ONE star is way too high for this place. Three small dogs(2 chihuahuas & 1 Pug) After 2 hours got a call to pick them up in 20 minutes. (Bathe, gland & nails) once in the car headed home discovered Pug’s rear foot a nail/quick bleeding badly. I know these things happen and our Pug will probably be fine but I can’t help but think why didn’t they tell us??? That speaks to the quality of this place that we take our beloved animals to. Never again.

Don't take your cat there to be groomedCut was so uneven, was suppose to be a lion cut but she cut off her mane, legs and feet all cut different, bottom of tail was cut so close she was bleeding.Don't think she should be grooming cats.

Mother and daughter business. Crispy and Kendra excellent groomers. They even undertake cleaning our 3 dogs teeth when I think its time. I don't worry about "my kids" the whole time they are there. 3 hrs.

Im one the grommers here and I can honestly say I love working here! My mother and I do the grooming, she's also the owner, and my younger brother Ryan is there as a grooming assistant, bathing and doing anything needed around the shop. It's very peaceful, the dogs are happy to see us, and we couldn't ask for better clients! You all are amazing, and I..we, will always treat you like family because we know how much your fur babies mean to you.

I go every 4 weeks to have my shih Tzu groomed they do a wonderful job and I always make appointments ahead of schedule so I get the same groomer 😎

Emailed this business to find out if they actually groom/shave cats and still have not gotten any response. They’re list of services do not mention anything about cats so I was confused about whether they groom them or not being as their name is fluffy dog cozy CAT salon.... thanks for the response!

NO ONE LOVE'S MY JENNY LIKE ME, BUT THEY SURE DO LOVE HER AND TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF HER IN THEIR CARE, SHE LOVES TO GO SEE THEM. I CAN ONLY SAY GOOD ABOUT THEM, SAND THAT'S RARE I'VE SEEN MY SHARE OF BAD GROOMERS IN JENNY'S LIFE TIME ALONG THE EAST COAST. THEY TALK TO HER LIKE I DO N U DO TO UR FUR BABY AT HOME . AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT!!!
