It's a damn shame when you can't buy your dogs food because everything is still sitting in the isles waiting to be unloaded!! And when you ask !!! Oh know we are out sir.... not sure when it's coming in!!?? It's in the damn way of where you're walking!!!

Stood at the counter for exactly 12 minutes waiting for an employee to appear. Never happened. They have a dog toy “grandma”they say to squeeze for service. Pressed it twice within that time. Two other customers were waiting behind me and even they were saying “helllooo” trying to figure out where they were. Within the whole time I was there not one employee insight. I gave up, left and drove to Family Dollar. The cigarette case was also left unlocked and glass door open.

It's a good Dollar general, it's hit or miss if they have that quick item your looking for, but they really NEED a deep cleaning starting at the parking lot, but I do have to say the staff have always been great when there available

I've always bought this dollar but what happened today had never happened to me, I went with my younger brother to do some shopping and I told him to go for a can of milk and one of the workers was there, a thin, white girl, and my brother told him "with permission" to which she replied "wait for him to get me out of here you don't see that I'm busy" my brother is 10 years old, well when we went to the box another girl took care of us well by the way, dark hair, when we were already uploading things to the car the first worker came out who told my brother to wait and she turned to see my car and told me without directly hiding "BI*CH" sos times She repeated it and I don't know what the reason, I don't know her, I have never interacted with her, my neighbors say that when they go shopping there and she is attending they receive.

Guy doing the stocking and helping people find things was amazing!!! He was so friendly and helpful!!!! The cashier, she was so nice and patient! Give these excellent employees a raise, don't lose them as I will drive out of my way to come back to this store because of the employees!!!!

Been here a few times. Service is fine. Different person at counter. Maybe having problems but store needs a very good cleaning. Hopefully they will get back on track soon. Too dirty for me! Especially now.

I'm not sure if there's a bag shortage in Florida or something, but literally stood in line behind 2 other people who had exceptional customer service. The cashier laughed talked to them and bag their very few items. When it came to me I got less than average customer service and my items weren't bagged nor was I asked if I desired a bag. Now the only difference I made out between me and the other 2 paying customers was that I was wearing a mask and I am African American. That's it. You're in customer service! All your customers should be treated the same despite your personal opinions or feelings! Wow! Happy Sunday!

My Dollar general is the best. Every One is friendly and helpful. I go there many times a month. Always have what I need and easy in and out. Love my Joni, Mary, Jamie, Kristen to name a few.

Once again they will not honor my coupon. I usually just blow it off but I went on last week and found out my $5 off coupon was only valid on the following week so I come back on the day I was told and show them my coupon and all they do is tell me to call customer service. How hard is it to honor a coupon. Biggest scam to lure you in with coupons then refuse to honor them and push you off to the next employee.

We drive the extra few miles to shop this particular store! Staff is kind and helpful, store is clean and stocked well. The others may have the same products but not the same awesome staff, have experienced rudeness in 3 other stores locally. I'll make the extra drive!!😁

I have been coming to this Dollar General since it opened up. In the beginning the store was very nest and clean and organized. The last 3 or 4 yrs it has been going down. I don't shop here as often as I used to now that my kids have graduated. I loved coming in here for the things I needed and the quick service. In the last year. I have came in here maybe 3 times and it is disorganized, Clutter and dirty. Seems only one person in the store. The isles in the front are clutter with rolling bins with merchandise on them and you can't shop the isles when you can't go down them. Very unhappy with the way this store has fallen apart. Wheather go to Wal-Mart and deal with their madness this here. However the one employee that seems to be there is always nice

So disappointed!1. What a mess! ( I can understand remodel but come on, I do Highly recommend the remodel due to entrance and placement of registers.2. Employees were rude, treated me as a thief I believe. (I've never been followed in a store made me uncomfortable and unpleasant experience)3. Came by for a USB and none.4. There sale signs were untrue.5. Highly recommend not visiting this location until they get it together.6. Refrained from posting a photo of the cluster of a mess.

This Dollar General does keep there inventory up pretty good. There are times they do not have everything in stock but I am not sure where the blame lies but I usually can find what I need or an equivalent ofthat item

Sweet girl for a manager, like all Dollar Generals, a refreshing alternative to Walmart, Target, and any other box stores.Like the commercial, in and out and you're done. And if the prices are higher it's usually only pennies and believe me, it's worth it

I am a frequent and longstanding customer of Dollar General. I am also an investor in the company. Our stocks fell by 1.91% today and so did my opinion of this retailer. I have shopped at this particular location many times over the last year or so and I have always been satisfied with the products, prices, availability, and pleasant customer service. However, tonight I was looking for a haircare product for someone with my hair texture. So, I asked the closing MOD where I could find the Black haircare products as I didn't see them in the haircare aisle. The response was that they don't carry "Black" products, reason being that their product inventory is determined by the local demographics. Needless to say, I was blown away, and in the future I will be sure to spend my "green" money at Walmart, Family Dollar, The Dollar Tree, or any other retailer that that considers me and others like me a part of the local demographics.

Step up from an actual $1 store and a step below Big Lots. Basic - home goods, cleaning supplies, packaged foods, personal hygiene and medical supplies. A few clothes, some seasonal, basic school/office supplies, tools and toys. Another upside on all this.... modest pricing, quick in and out, usually clean and well stocked, and have always found staff friendly and helpful

I thank God for the need of hair spray, and sun glasses and having to stop at this Dollar store... We got to meet a guy name Steven who is homeless and struggling with drugs. Who we got to witness to and pray for... Just this one soul is well worth the heat in this trip.. please keep Steven in your prayers...

Customer service great. I think this store is always understaffed because i have never been in it when there wasnt a lot of boxes in the floor and shelves have never been completely stocked.
