Don't go here, please.I received notification five (5) days ago that two of my prescriptions were ready. Arrived today only to be told that my prescriptions were, infact, not ready and asked me to wait 20-30 minutes for my scrip to be filled. Sure, no problem. While waiting I received a text stating my order was ready, so I lined back up and a little more than 30 minutes since I was asked to wait I was told my scrip is, infact, STILL NOT READY! At the his time I repeated the medications that I was looking to pick up and am told to move to a different line. After asking the gentleman who's line I was in now if this is a regular occurrence, he told me to drop the attitude and that my prescriptions would be filled when they're ready.Had this man not been so rude I would have happily waited, but since you're going to provide incorrect information for o your patients and talk down to them when they are only trying to understand what is wrong, no thank you. I will take my business elsewhere.

If this location can get a zero star, it’s certainly would have received it. This by far was the worst experience ever. The service from the pharmacy was absurd. Arrived minutes before they were scheduled to close for lunch and the guy working at the pharmacy register close the gate in my face And said it was time for lunch. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next pharmacy. This one is trash.

My 91 year old father who didn’t feel well and was coughing went to CVS on 466 to get a COVID test on Sunday only to be turned away and told to make an appointment online. Are you serious. He doesn't have a computer. Unbelievable how the sick and elderly are treated in the villages.I had to take him to a doctor today, Monday.Anyone needing a test should just go to Paramount Urgent Care on 466 and see the doctor or PA.

Too often, most every time , without fail , the lions share of the individuals in the pharmacy Dept absolutely hate their jobs, you picked it , miserable , entitled , rude beyond words time and time again . CVSs pharmacy staff despise the general public , I can only imagine how the truly crabby geriatrics are spoken to….. it’s your gig and you should be gone done finished if you can’t stand people and your station in life …. Move on move over or You CVS big shots just handle their pitiful outlook on themselves and worse YOU

Had a couple prescriptions refilled and a couple to pick up. The pharmacist Amneal was very pleasant, helpful and promptly filled my prescriptions. Kudos to Mary, the lady that checked me out. Great experience all around !..Thank You.

The pharmacy staff are friendly and caring. They go out of their way to help you. CVS is not in my network but anything that I have to pay out of pocket I pick up here due to the staff. Thank you!

When I first started going to this pharmacy I had no problems. But the last couple of visits have been unpleasant. The pharmacy kept telling me I could not get anymore refills on my prescription even though I knew there should be more refills. The pharmacy tech kept pointing fingers at the doctors office saying it was their fault. I had to take my own action since the pharmacy would not help me in getting any refills. When I called my doctor they didn't understand why I couldn't get the prescription filled as they had put refills on the last prescription. After many phone calls back and forth from the doctor and the pharmacy my doctor had to just end up writing a new prescription for me. Then to top it off CVS did not even fill the prescription when it was sent over, I waited a couple of days and had to call myself to get it refilled. When I was on the phone with the technician she was very short with me and acted like I was bothering her. After I get this refill I will take my business to Publix I hear much better things about them. This is the last time I will be dealing with the CVS

Went into CVS pharmacy last Friday, unsure if my CVS card was still valid. The cashier, Dave was very helpful and offered to check. Hooray, it was still a valid card. We had just switched states and jobs. Thank you, Dave for being a great employee and helping out the customers!

Worst pharmacy that I have ever patronized! The pharmacy staff is very RUDE, lazy and inconsiderate. I have filled prescriptions over decades, for myself, my wife and my kids. These people are the WORST. The non-pharmacy staff is the opposite: they're polite, helpful and do their best. Time for the owners to clean house and hire new pharmacists...

Kodak photo experience very bad . Could not get photos to print due to system problem and waited while clerk helped others at the counter even though I was first. Then printer ink and paper was out and waited again for clerk as she stopped helping me to help others . She then got another employee to help me after helping others at counter. He put paper and ink in and took phone call while he left the print machine door open and my photos dropped onto the floor . There was no blank last page/photo to tell me they were done printing so I had to count all my photos myself to make sure the photos were done . Not the place to print photos.

My mom just went to get her prescription and they told her they didn't accept Blue Cross insurance. Thanks CVS that's for her nebulizer medicine.

Prescriptions are never done when they tell you they will be. Even if you wait an extra 30 or 40 minutes beyond the time they gave you they still aren't done.. Often I have had them tell me they never received a prescription the physician has called in multiple times because of their ineptitude.

THE WORST! Its no secret that Mary is THE RUDEST service based employee ever, but their incompetence goes WAY past that.... they've gone thru at least 4 pharmacy managers in the last 2 years and thru EACH transition (which takes months), both my kids and I go without our MONTHLY medication. We get our scripts filled MONTHLY so WHYYYY don't you have my medication when it's due to be filled again, WHY is it that more than 6 months out of a year that we have to spend a week or so unmedicated while we wait for them to order it, or I spend several days and lots of gas driving around town trying to find a place to fill it?? CVS has failed at their mission.

I dropped a prescription off last night for my daughter medication and they told me it would be ready by 11:30am the next morning so I get there about 12:30 and they didn’t put it in the computer last night and that it’d be ready by 1:30 or I could sit and wait And they weren’t sure when it’d be done. So I decided to sit and wait and someone else came to the window and said that I had to move after someone just told me to wait. Needless to say I got my daughters script back and am taking it elsewhere !!

I just moved here from California and the cvs back in Cali could not fill a prescription correctly for 3 months!!! The same one I took back and kept asking them to try again. This time I ask this pharmacy to do it and one the first try, they got it correct! The pharmacist at the counter was very nice and supportive. He told me everything I needed to know about the measurements and such. I believe his name was michael(?) don’t remember sorry.... point is, he was very understanding of my being deaf in one ear and spoke clearly and made the process very easy. I definitely love this place and I plan on going in soon to apply for a job.

The pharmacy violated the law regarding my prescription, and did so while we were in a state of emergency with a hurricane coming. The pharmacy employee/pharmacist said they would not even fill the prescription and place it on shelf while I came back with my ID. This caused three trips (rather than two) during a declared state of emergency with a hurricane coming. Unacceptable! What is more, the district offices are not even answering their phone - not even voicemail (it is after 9am on a weekday) to take my complaint.

I recently started getting my daughter’s medicine at this location and Michael the pharmacist has been super friendly and helpful every time. He seems to have this people skills thing down. Very knowledgeable and can translate for the common person. Thank you!!!

Tired of being treated so poorly while at the pharmacy.Mary is probably the rudest tech I've ever met, especially the day she told me my daughter could "deal with it" when they didn't have her prescription. Which by the way... she's 5 and had pneumonia

Pharmacy staff is great! After just moving down Michael was able to transfer my prescriptions and call the doctor to get everything I needed. Nice to have people that care

Didn't have what I was looking for. I went looking for a reasonably priced pulse oxidizer. But the only ones I found were 49.99 and above.. Maybe they were outta the cheaper ones.. Everything else seemed a little bit expensive. A Big, quiet and kinda empty from customers that is kinda store. Which can be a good or bad thing..

Absolutely horrible. After being on hold for a ridiculously long time. The girl I spoke to didn’t even give me a chance to talk. She talked over me. Didn’t hear me out. Glad she’s a know it all. But maybe next time she should hear the person out. Maybe just maybe she doesn’t know everything and her answers wouldn’t be so frustrating.

Come here for a scheduled Covid test and they tell me the computers are down, come back this afternoon. No option to go to another store. I dragged myself out of bed to get tested for the safety and well being of my family and they blew me off. You can still collect a sample when computers are down.

Got a call saying scripts are ready. Went there 1/2 an hour later, waited at the drive through for 20 minutes, only to find out the scripts weren’t ready. Told me to drive around for 20 minutes and they should be done.

I can't recall her name but she was an older tall lady with short hair, she snapped at me when I simply inquired about receiving change for my cash and a friend of mine also stated she was yelled at by the same employee. If your being paid kindness is essential for a business

As Pharmacy go this one terrible I'm very ill have this pharmacist Yun thinking she a doctor will not fill my pain medication or other of her choice guess I'll drive down the road to Publix your money no good in this place. Publix pharmacist are not doctors like Yun but I will gaurantee they help me feel better and trying to get me better don't go to this pharmacy prices are lot cheaper at Walgreens especially on weekly specials. Get Publix or Walgreen even Walmart across street million times better Yun you communist.

The customer service is horrible at this location. They don’t answer the phone and don’t fill needed prescriptions when they are called in by prescribing doctor. There’s absolutely no way to get a hold of them to verify anything.

Wow what is it with cvs, their high prices and RUDE employees ! I'm not just talking about one particular cvs. But each one i go in ! No more. You guys went down hill and prices way to high. I'll take my business else where.
