Buyer beware. The worst experience ever!After several estimates for new windows we opted to go with Home Depot. The sales team answered all the questions and described the process. We knew we were paying a premium for the name and for the process and all the hands involved. We were ok because peace ✌🏽 f mind knowing HD would back the products and install.Day one the install team arrives and could not proceed. The reason - they aren’t covered for two story projects. No worries sir we can reschedule or even have another crew arrive within an hour or two. As long as they don’t rush I’m ok with it. They RUSHED the result, uneven non square window panes literally popping out window guides cracked and offset. Trim glue not sticking and trim falling off. Mind you at the time of install I asked the inspector from Jupiter if this was ok and immediately the tech saw d we are not done and would make sure it was good to go. As we did walk through I mentioned the windows not square and being offset the guys says I’m sorry I don’t see what you see. Here comes the rain… Will you guys come back to finish caulking the windows?? Their response we will let you know?? They did come back after the rain penetrated the gaps and with a 20 ft extension ladder on their tippy toes from the top rung barely caulked and used the caulk gun tip to spread the caulking smh. Look I’m not a window installer however I am a property owner with multiple properties and have been had a window or 50 installed in my time the most recent 3 months prior on another commercial property.Warranty… is only good for (1) one year for installation and product is not guaranteed if the installation is done improperly so the game here is to wait it out give you the run around and leave you with a mess on your hands. We called several times and our last and final course of action will be legal before June when the warranty expires. Total price 14k and thousands in my time tracking calling waiting.Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money or time.Contractor for Home Depot; Ocean group LLcWindow manufacturer PGT not what they used to be!! Consumer beware.The attorneys will take care of the rest unfortunately we didn’t want to go there but are left with no other options.

Companies that don’t make it easy to buy their products don’t deserve your business. Ask an associate if a product that was not on the shelf was in back stock. “Yeah maybe I don’t know” walks off. Find it myself. Go to check out. Sorry we don’t do tap pay. Heading to Lowe’s

Overall, this location is generally excellent. However, the staff in the paint department could benefit from additional training on professional customer interaction. During my visit this afternoon to buy a gallon of paint, I encountered an issue because I wasn't at Station 1 to place my order. The employee there reprimanded me as if I were a child, tapping his finger on the sign and asking in a patronizing tone, "Didn't you read the sign?" There was no one at the station, so it was unclear why I should wait there.No need to speak to me like a child, I was polite and respectful. I expect the same in return.

Absolutely the WORST experince Ihave ever had. Its been 2 weeks now that I have been waiting for a washer I wordered. They promised delivery 2 times, I took off work and they never came. They still have my money and I STILL do not have my washer even after several days and hours on the phone with support. I will never order from them again!

I have often thought about Home Depot in Stuart to be about even with Lowes up the street in Stuart in terms of store quality and selection. As I discovered this past Saturday, one thing that Home Depot has that Lowes does not have is a truly outstanding employee named David--who walked up to me out of the blue in the Home Depot parking lot to offer to help me load 20+ bags of top soil into my car. Did not have to ask for David's help--rather he just walked up to me as I was getting ready to load up my car. Not only was David a huge, much welcomed help--but he was as pleasant and positive as a person could possibly be--just amazing to be honest. When I tried not just once but twice to tip David for his timely help, he declined both times saying it was his pleasure to help! To the Home Depot Management team, I just want to say that it is outstanding employees like David that give Home Depot the decided edge over Lowes down the street!Joe O'Grady

Worst Home Depot on the Treasure Coast. Parking is an absolute nightmare and I’ve had my truck hit twice on two different occasions while it was parked and I was inside and no one ever left a name or number or anything for me to reach them. During the daytime, it’s always packed to the point checking out takes as long as it does to walk around the store and get everything you need. Not nearly enough employees on hand for all the people they service. I’d recommend the Lowe’s just a mile south.

Bob who is the supervisor of the patio furniture area was extremely accommodating today. We were very frustrated due to an item being in stock when we called ahead to make sure they were in stock. He went out of his way to find something that worked for our situation. Thank you very much for your accommodation and professionalism.

I am a big fan of the curbside pickup. Definitely try it out. I am not a big fan of their app, as it looks very busy and can be confusing. But still good.

The store itself is great and well stocked and the sales team/cashiers are wonderful. My issue is that I was asked to take a survey on the sales floor. I declined and was badgered by the woman repeatedly and after declining a few times she huffed and stomped away. It really bothered me that she couldn't take my first no and then was insulted I continued to refuse. It was incredibly rude.

Poorly managed. Just spent 40 minutes trying to check out three items in the contractors check out at 11 o’clock and they only had one girl working over there and the other employee was on break with 3 Lines, Reaching Way back into the lumber department. You would think they would be watching things like this through the camera but obviously not.
