Stopped in for a quick bite to eat chose shrimpers because their apps and drinks had the best variety and prices around. I ended up getting the oysters which were from Louisiana and the shrimp mozzarella appetizer. I ate at the bar because I was eating alone this evening the bartenders Gwen and Jill were super attentive funny Hospitality was excellent.

Very good food, had new england clam chowder, coconut shrimp with veg and grouper ruben. Very tasty. Service was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the chairs outside, not really good for sitting and eating. More of a relaxing chair. So just note if you're a bigger person your thighs will be squished, but I got over it lol. Great atmosphere here too.

Honestly one of the Best Dining experiences in years. Not only was the food exceptional but our server Kelly was above and beyond. We had a group of 7 and we never went with a drink below 1/4 she was always observing and making sure we had everything we needed. She was always available to ask questions or fill any requests, all this while handling other tables. To the food, the New England Clam Chowder was epic had 1 bowl and a cup. The Grouper Ruben hit it out of the park. Looking forward to next years visit will definitely stopping

Some places are hard to review. So I give them the Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. The Good: The water side patio is one of my favorites in the Pocket so far. The Goombay Smash is the best rum punch drink I have had in the Pocket and the best I have had since Green Turtle Cay, Bahamas. The not so “Bad”. The food is above average for a restaurant leaning on location. The “Ugly” The server seemed to be mildly annoyed we were slow in our dinning velocity. She was actually pretty good. She just lacked enthusiasm or the ability to make you feel welcome. Maybe just a bad day. 100% I will give them another go. We will test this 5 star review and correct as necessary 😎. Update: we have been back several times and the service has been awesome. 5 start review in check.

Went there for late lunch. We used to love the clam chowder. Haven't been in over a year. Had bowl of clam chowder and couldn't find a clam in it. Lots of potatoes, no clams. Conch fritters were very rubbery, no tender conch. Sat at bar. Bar tender not very attentive. Prices got higher, service and quality of food went down. Won't be back!

I always enjoyed taking my wife to Shrimpers for dinner because it’s such a beautiful waterfront view, and the food is always pretty decent. The last couple of visits have been a big disappointment. Today, our drinks (mine was flat) were gone long before our dinner arrived, we ate our entire dinner (they brought me the wrong soup but I ate it anyway) without a drink or without condiments, we finally asked a waiter to find our waitress to get another drink, who then charged us $3 each for the drinks. I hate leaving bad reviews because I know good health is hard to find, but the review has to be based on what we paid and what we received in exchange for that payment. P.S. we waited 30 minutes after our dinner was finished and then had to request someone to find the waitress again so that we could pay our bill. I blame the management because this waitress was obviously underwater and management should not only know that, but be part of the solution until things get back under control.

Went for Valentines dinnerGot in quick, ordered quickly, my meal wasn't as good as i had hoped( grouper meal), have ate there before and loved it so i requested dinner there today. Disappointed, BUT best thing about it all was our waiter David. He was amazing. He was amazing he checked on us but never hovered. We would get low on our beverages and he was refilling them. Very polite, and smiling 😃Thanks David for your cheerful, politeness, service.

I normally don't write reviews but I find myself using others to aid my decisions. Some background: My husband just got diagnosed with celiac disease which is quickly described as a gluten allergy. It is so much more than that. There has to be strict steps to ensure that his meals do not touch any gluten surfaces.To the actual review of food and staff: The waitress was very diligent with her answers to our questions. The manager, Anthony, and her (I unfortunately don't remember her name) both went out of their way to ensure a safe meal checking with the kitchen on the smallest of details. We are on family vacation and even back home we have not trusted many restaurants for eating out. The seating was lovely. Food was awsome. Also importantly for us my husband hasn't had any ill effects from dinner last night.

Always a good go to for weekend lunch or dinner, or just to hang out for a while. Okay prices, great views of the water & boats. Had the fried grouper and smoked fish dip. Delish. Returned in March 2023..had fried Grouper, so crunchy and tastes amazing. Wanted to keep eating but too full! Take a sweater when cooler it can get chilly by the water.Returned AGAIN April with Mom & brother-in-law, another great visit! See more pics! My family and I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant! It’s rather unassuming and looks a little Homely next to the giant twisted tuna but we were sat right on the water and could hear the live music next door and enjoyed every second! We started with someConch fritters, coconut shrimp and mozz sticks- they were delicious! I didn’t care for the strawberry horseradish sauce with the shrimpAnd I would suggest a creamy coconut sauce instead but to each his own. My dad got the mahi entree, sister got scallops, my brother and mom got fish tacos. I just got a side salad. My mom got a mojito and it was one of the best mojitos I’ve ever had in myLife ! The shrimpers margarita was delicious too! Demi was training and shara was our waitress and they were both fantastic and super attentive!

This is really amazing that I have to write this post. After years of supporting this restaurant, I cannot believe how one could serve a dinner so bad. We dined here last Saturday and I had Shrimp Scampi which is my usual dish. The pasta was in clumps and the scrimp were scarce. I called the manager (Chris) and told him how dissatisfied I was, and his response was to offer a free desert. I did not come there for dessert. The waitress was sweet however, she was not very knowledgably with the menu. We paid $50 a plate when all was said and done and would expect quality at that price. Please clean up your act!!M. I've been coming here for years but the food is average. The buffalo chicken wings were really greasy and didn't sit well. The chicken tenders were below average and my fries were luke warm.I gave it three stars because I probably will still come here because it's a family tradition but I would not say the food is enjoyable.

Delicious food and excellent service from our server, Sebastian. The clam chowder was decent -- a little grainy and not as creamy & smooth as I'd like, but it was thick, tasty, and hearty. Okay, I'm really picky when it comes to Chowder because I've had the most awesome ones in Northern California and Boston😊, so this one is actually okay.Everyone in our party of nine enjoyed our meals, particularly the Fish & Chips, Crunchy Grouper Reuben, & Sesame Seared Yellowfin Tuna. Definitely coming back next time we're in town.

It was a nice experience. We all loved the bread.. All 10 of us said the food was ok. Our kid did like the popcorn shrimp. I had the bang bang shrimp. I give it a 🌟🌟🌟it had a balsamic flavour instead of an Orange sweet spicy flavour. It was still good just different than the othere bang bang shrimp styles I've had in the past. My husband and mom had the blacken grouper salad they said it was meah. They were real busy Sunday night so I understand service was probably slower than it could be. Other than that it was a nice atmosphere and we were seated right a way.
