Saw too many roaches at once, and called Purcor. Steve came over, gave us a little tutorial of why and how roaches appear. Very informative and helpful. He took care of spaces he thought may be problem areas. Very satisfied with Purcor and their knowledgeable technicians.

Our service tech, Owen, always knocks on the door to let us know he’s servicing our home. He’ll always ask if we have any pest issues and will point out any risks he notices (such as bushes growing too close to the house). Today he took it upon himself to use a long pole to clear out the spider webs which were in our eaves and windowsills.

This used to be a good company but whoever they have running it now I’m not pleased with them and for over five years i’ve used this company, but I recently ran into financial troubles, which is not their problem but I had spoken to them. I was one month behind but charged me again, because they were supposed to spray again, but I wasn’t home but I’m being charged for that so now they have me two months behind and sent it to collections before I dealt with this company. They were very understanding although I never really had this problem but now I’m dealing with this .

Purcor exudes excellence, culture and outstanding customer service. We have experienced this from our initial contact and since then. Their values are consistent and is displayed through every technician, from Nick the sales technician who is extremely knowledgeable in his job, he explained everything and did not try to oversell and he was very respectful when we did not include a service (at this time, due to our budget). Tim and Harvey, both rodent technicians, who have both taken care of our needs, expeditiously, less than 24 hrs from signing the contract and then as needed to complete the service. Both have been very thorough, they have been so respectful and kept us at ease with our situation. I have even spoken to Kim in the office and she took care of my request and never rushed me off the phone. I could go on and on. Purcor has provided michelin (5-Star) service, not just one time but repeatedly and not just with one person but with every person we have been in contact with for our homes needs.
