This review is for Pet Grooming Department. Staff at this Jensen Beach store was pleasant (nothing special, not angry but not happy either). Place appeared unkept. Not sure its ever been sanitized and sweeping doesn’t appear to happen very often. I was disappointed that you pay for extra services that you don’t receive. Essentially they determine what service they’ll provide and not refund you for the services not provided at their discretion, which is usually all the extra stuff. Definitely overpaid for service. If you choose to go here, just pay for the basic pet services (ie. bath, haircut nail clips) and you’ll be fine. Don’t fall for the extra upgraded packages. My pet was supposed to have all kinds of extras like fragrance spritz but did not come out smelling like anything except wet fur smell (even though my pet was dry). Honestly not sure if they even used shampoo. Needless to say i was disappointed and will likely end up going somewhere else for future grooming services.

I wish I could say something about my experience shopping at this location for fish, however I can not, after watching the girl drop one fish on the counter then three onto the floor. I refused to accept those fish.

do not ever EVER bring your dog to be groomed here. we brought our beautiful, fluffy 2 yo cocker spaniel to be groomed for the first time at petsmart. after going over EXACTLY what we wanted, only a minor trim and perhaps more of a cut on his ears ONLY, our angel snoopy was given the worst groom. he was shaved completely. his cut is completely uneven however we wanted nothing more to be taken off of our poor angel. I specifically asked to keep his signature fluffy slipper feet and was of the impression only 5/8 of an INCH was going to be CUT off. we were not provided ANY warning AT ALL of what our dog's groom was actually going to look like. all we were told was that he was running a little behind to be finished as "they had to cut our dog's ears a little shorter." other than that, we were told absolutely nothing and I did not even recognize my poor puppy when he walked out, which is even more absolutely heartbreaking. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I could have cut my dogs hair better myself. this is 100% not the work of a professional by any means. we feel absolutely horrible and would not wish this same, horrific, and humilating experience on anyone's pet. DO NOT waste a single pretty penny petsmart charges you to have your dog groomed here. before groom and after groom pictures included for reference so everyone can see the absolute lack of professional service done on our poor snoopy.

I have been a petsmart grooming customer for over 10 years but as of my last 2 visits I will never return. The new lead in grooming Kelly is horrible, lazy , rude and disrespectful . She would rather shave all dogs down instead of brushing. That would explain why both dogs there were getting shaved to their skin when I showed up. I brush my dog everyday so I know that other than 2 knots below his belly (that I said could be cut off) his beautiful long hair could be brushed as it had been for 10 years. Her associate agreed when she did the initial check with a comb. A few min later I got a call from Kelly, not the associate that did the screening , saying she was going to shave him. Though I agreed to pay an unnecessary extra fee for matting she said no she would shave him so I turned around and picked him up. I made another appt with another grooming company and they had absolutely NO ISSUES with my dogs hair and he still has long beautiful hair! She needs to be fired!!!!!!

I’ve been taking my baby here since he was a puppy to get groomed. He is older and a lot testier now and I understand that but they are short staffed and short on patience. They will not take the time to even try and that’s sad!

I am not coming here to complain on the overall store but I’m more here to complain about one of the employees. I felt very uncomfortable and judged. The event occurred this Sunday and I could not be more appalled. I went into the store to pick up my dogs food and asked for help to find it. The lady seemed annoyed having to help me and made me feel like an inconvenience. I asked an employee and she said her name was Shannon. I will definitely not be asking for her help and I would rather make the few extra minutes to PetCo if this is how I will be treated.

They were told over 1 month ago that they were selling a Rawhide treat that killed a dog, in the Rawhide Alternative isle. They claimed they moved them to the Rawhide area. This picture was taken a few days ago. They're putting their own consumers pets at risk knowingly. Shame on them!!

Nice store in and out. I just went for a cat tree, and they only had 3. I didn't like any of them, so I didn't make a purchase.

I love this place! Dianne at the front is amazing. They feature local artists and have so many great items to peruse. I come here every time I'm in the area to see what new things they have. I absolutely recommend you check this gem out!

I love coming here staff is super friendly and welcoming. I did the advance training with my dog and the trainer Jodi was awesome, she is very loving and patient. Im so glad I met her she is a wonderful person. Definitely would recommend this place for dog training and shopping of course.

Honestly, I don’t know where to start so I will keep it general or else I will go on and on. I’ve brought my puppy to be groomed a few times and every time except the first has been a less than average experience. The turnover rate must be high because anytime I tried to stick with the same groomer, that person no longer worked there. No one is on the same page. I had one person telling me one thing and someone else telling me another. Express services are not always honored but they still want you to pay that additional fee. My appointments are constantly canceled or rescheduled, and overall the customer service is trash.They don’t care at all in that grooming salon. This time I mean it when I say I will never go back.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. On this trip, we were looking for some new guppies. There was a good selection of fish to choose from. The fish section had a good selection of plants, and other decorations and was well organized.

The store owner clearly does not care about customers or staff. Their store is dirty and disgusting and the employees are never smiling and look stressed to the max. I'll drive to Stuart from now on and go to PetCo.

I have used the grooming service for 3 years now and was very satisfied until today. When I dropped off my Schnauzer I gave specific instructions (as always) on how I’d like him cut. I usually takes 3 hours for his cut, but today it was 5 1/2 hours. First, when I went to pick up my dog I was told I had to wait because the only groomer there at the time could not put the Pug in a Kennel due to anxiety. So, I had to wait until the other groomer returned from her lunch break to get my dog. Secondly, when I received my dog I noticed they failed to shave the top of his head, ears and the side of his face. So, I asked if they could fix the areas they missed. I was asked to leave out the grooming area in order for them to fix his cut. When I returned 15 minutes later, they only did the top of his head and ears (hair still was sticking up on his ears) and not the side of his face as asked. When I mentioned they skipped his face the groomer stated he was hard to keep calm so they couldn’t complete it. She then stated the instructions left in the system for him was incomplete and she thought his cut was per my instructions earlier. She then showed me a book with example pictures of Schnauzer cuts. I told her that’s exactly how the previous groomers used to cut my dog face area as in the book. She said sorry and they will do it next time. As I said before, I’ve never had any issues with previous groomers, but the experience today makes me not want to return. I was told there are several new employees in the grooming department. Please make sure they are experienced in grooming pets because I pay for a wash & cuts plus the $25 upgrade every time I take my dog in PetSmart. The least you y’all can do is ensure the customer is satisfied with the service.

I needed diapers for a puppy in heat. I already tried measuring her waist and ordering from Amazon 3 times, and they were either too small or she'd get out of them. I decided it was time to see the experts lol, they were a tremendous help!

If you want a dead or sick betta go here. Their conditions are despicable. And the employees tell you they're "sleeping". They are in green water with fin rot and obviously starving and skinny. They always say they are under staffed no matter when you are there but the shelves are stocked and fish are dead. By far the absolute worst pet store for fish in ALL of Martin county. Go to pet supermarket instead!!!!!!! I tell everyone if you want sick fish go there.
