My senior dog was there all of 45 minutes and supposedly got bathed deshedded teeth brushed and nails done, when I went to pick her up she was still wet, smelled like wet dog. How can you fully deshed with out blow drying?? I won’t be back

She broke his collar...it was old so no big deal. It would be helpful if you could pay online for the services. It is annoying to have to go back into the grooming area to pick up the print out to pay, pay, then go back over to the grooming center to wait for your dog. During this grooming trip I found out I had been getting charged an extra $10 for a service I hadn't requested, previous times prior. My dog still had quite a bit of loose hair on the surface of his fur after the grooming.

My dog was in bad shape..I feel bad about him being so matted..but the staff was very nice..and I felt that everything was gonna be ok and that they would take care of him. They always do an amazing job. So grateful for Petco groomers.

After I picked my boy up he scratched himself raw over the next 2 weeks. He was shedding before I took him, but after picking him up his shedding was sooo bad. I wasn't impressed at all. That old saying you get what you pay for. I was only charged $30. So I guess I hot what I paid for.
