Went to buy our baby some food cause she has gastrointestinal problems and the cashier was extremely nice and super helpful. I wish I caught her name. It was sat dec 1st around 730 or 8pm, older lady. She deserves recognition for sure. This is the food she sold us.

They got all kinds of stuff there for your pet. Fish fish tanks pet food pet toys they even got stuff for your kids cages noise collars LOL Invisible Fences I think. Great place to shop for your cats and dogs and fish Birds ferrets guinea pigs hamsters hell you never know there might be goats chickens and pigs one day

Probably the rudest group of bitter old women in there this morning. I will never bring my dogs in to this location. Maybe you shouldn’t have your birds cages inches off the ground if you don’t want them interacting with pets that are brought in. To be chastised, eyes rolled and then nasty words exchanged about me & my dogs to your coworkers? No thank you. Then that coworker is the one to check me out and is silent and rude?? Bad bad experience. I own a local dog walking and pet sitting company and have been working with animals for over 20 years and this store is a sad excuse for a welcoming place for pets and their owners. Laziness all around. Lift your bird cages up if you don’t want something to possibly happen to them. That’s not on me! That’s on you! Do better. I will be referring all of my clients to other locations or pet stores from here on out!!

I purchased a plastic crate for my dog on April 18th. It was on clearance, located on the very top shelf at the back of the store. After getting it down, I discovered it was covered in dust as well as mouse droppings and urine. The price was right though, and I was in a time crunch, so bought it anyway.Fast forward to assembly… I discovered quickly why it was on clearance. It simply does not go together. I was due for a home visit to foster my sweet Pitbull and needed an assembled kennel within the hour! Zip ties saved the day. Ultimately, the kennel was too small for Solomon and after I made the decision to adopt, decided to return it.I could not locate my receipt, but did have proof of my transaction via credit card app and was fully expecting store credit instead of a return (after explaining the defective product). When I got to the store, the young gentleman helping me needed manager assistance because I didn’t have an account with them. I was told their return policy is 30 days and they could not validate my purchase without an account or receipt. The manager acknowledged he knew I purchased the kennel from their store, but there was nothing he could do. I asked about store credit instead of a return. Nope. Not that either. So I left. Defective kennel in hand.Part of my reason for posting is that many competitors have a 60-day return policy, including PetSmart. If your company wants to remain in line with competition, it may be a good idea to match their return guidelines. It’s also appalling to have evidence of a mice infestation in your store. I could see additional droppings and urine behind the large bags of dog food when getting the kennel down. Not only does that create an unappealing environment, but is a health concern as well.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store is organized very well in the prices seem to be on par with the rest. They do have a pretty good rewards program if you're a frequent shopper for your pet.

Hey fellow pet owners! Long time reader first time writer. I went into the Stuart Pet Supermarket yesterday to find a new dog food for my pup Jax. I was greeted with friendly smiles as soon as I walked in and asked how they could help. After being shown and explained the benefits of several foods I ended up picking up a bag of Performatrin Ultra and although I didn’t think it tasted very good my boy Jax loves it! I was also amazed to see their selection of treats like bully sticks and elk antler since my dog can’t get enough of them. I mean who doesn’t love a good antler from time to time. To top it all off they even assisted me and brought my purchase to the car. I will definitely be back. Thank you employees of Pet Supermarket!

I wanted to make sure that I left an amazing review after this store took the time to find me the perfect pet. The store staff were kind, knowledgeable and patient. Charlie is very happy at home today and I am extremely grateful I didn't give up after Petco being extremely rude. This store is disability friendly which is extremely important for anyone on the spectrum. Thank you so much. You have made my family very special today. Thank you so much!!!!

Love shopping here for pet toys and treats. They're always well stocked for cats and dogs. The dog selection is a lot larger. The store associates are always very helpful with answering questions and helping me find my pets food.

Don't buy fish there. Came home w only one fish as the water was cold in all the tanks. Brought water to be tested. They did not test chlorine.. installed fish. Now chlorine level needs treatment. Fish questionable.

I'm always pleased when I go in here. The staff are generally helpful and the animals seem happy and well taken care of. I had offered a suggestion to the manager about the store and he heard me out and said he would look into it. The next time I came in I saw that they had taken the suggestion so that made me feel pretty good. Overall this is a pleasant store.

The staff here is always so helpful. I go in there often enough that they now know what I want to get. They're great.They have a decent selection of fish and tanks. They always have the animal food I need and if they don't have it, they'll let you know when they will. Always a pleasure.

I highly recommend Pet Supermarket in Stuart, Florida!! I was warmly greeted by the Manager, Alan, who then introduced me to his Associate, Jose, who was AMAZING and spent so much time with me to patiently select a pair of black mollies for my "beloved" 10 gallon fish tank. At checkout, Alan was efficient and even kind enough to update my contact information in their system, since I have recently moved back to Martin County. All in all it was truly one of the most enjoyable retail experiences I have ever had... especially since I had just left the Stuart Petco where I was "rudely" told their Aquatic Department was under construction and he didn't know when they would have fish again!! Thank you Pet Supermarket, you will have ALL my business moving forward!!!
