Very small park with little to offer. Old bathrooms were so so although brand new ones right behind that owner didn't have open for our use. Laundry is personal use and need access from manager. Poor WiFi, kind of trashy neighborhood. The owner is not on site, did not have community room available for use and could do a lot to improve park since he charges $40+tax/nt for 30Amp. Even a fence blocking a literal junkyard across street would help.BEST PART...on site Managers Dale and Trip are wonderful!!! Very friendly, helpful and hard working. Did their best to keep things in top shape considering what limited resources they have available. Would stay in a pinch, but only because of them!!

The RV campground has seen a vast improvement since the last time we visited 3 or 4 years ago! The park is easy to find, in a convenient location, and is kept very nicely (although I didn't use the shower, the bathhouse was clean and tidy), and their game room and outdoor screened-in gazebo was nice. No wifi, but I guess that's how they're able to keep their prices affordable. And the owners, Daniel and Sandy, were very friendly and accommodating! If you're looking to get a few days of scalloping in, and don't want to go all over town looking for an overpriced RV spot with extra parking for your boat, this is the place!!!

This RV Park was a nice little surprise. We stayed for the weekend the first week of scalloping season. We were surprised there was availability during such a busy season and happy to get a reservation. While the staff was professional, we also felt like family! The park was clean and we could tell they have worked hard to make this an inviting place to stay. We don't stay at private RV parks often due to the "packed in like sardines" feel. We had a site in the middle row which did make it difficult for navigating when leaving, but this is not uncommon we're discovering. Our camper trailer is 28 feet (31 total with hitch) and with guests on both sides of us it would have been difficult to manuever getting out. We were invited to join a campfire dinner one night, which we though was very kind and inviting. My only recommendations at this time is 1. to offer online reservations and payment, which I believe they are working on for the near future and 2. To provide detailed instructions ahead of time on what to do to check in. The main house at the front presents as an office (which it is not) and there is no sign for what to do when you arrive. Having a preassigned site number would have been more convenient. Overall, our stay was exactly what we needed...a place to sleep at night while we enjoyed fun in the sun during the day! We would definitely consider coming back to this RV Park and look forward to seeing the continued improvements that we hear are in the works!

Stayed there for a week recently, great park, clean and surprisingly quiet. Wi-Fi good enough to stream tv at night. Close to everything in town. Dave and Nancy were fantastic hosts! We will be back!

One of the best places we have ever stayed!!! Mr.Dale is so helpful and friendly. He keeps the facilities very clean and does not allow any nonsense. Very cozy, quite and safe. It's like a home away from home! My one and a half year old son loves him! Even though we have moved on with our travels we still stop by if we are in the area just to say hey! Will absolutely stay again!!!

Dale is a very friendly and helpful manager who makes you feel right at home before you even set up. The park overall is clean and quiet and the bathhouse is especially clean. Very close to food store (Maddie's Market) and Ace Hardware. In a quiet, nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Dale (park host/manager) is great and always helping someone. We got shuffled at the last minute on our original spots, so we were a little tight with the neighbors, but all was good. This whole town is a fish camp so if you are looking for uptown luxury better pass it by, but for a solid place to stay where you can trust your safe and get good information about local events or things to do this is just the spot. See ya next year Dale!

This is a great park! The owners are very nice and accommodating! The onsite Manger Dale is outstanding! He is willing to help anytime you need anything. The park has security cameras so you feel safe and your property is secure. We have booked a spot for a month and so far it has been a wonderful vacation. Best park in Steinhatchee. Very clean. Lots of money and effort has been put in to bring this park up to date. More improvements are planned. The owners are very nice people and are engaged fully. We will be back. Managed to get our 45 ft motorhome in. Highly endorsed.

Dale is an awesome Manager! Helps you set up and is there for anything you might need. Park is nice! We felt welcomed and had a great atmosphere. Neighbors were very friendly. Wifi worked really good.

Awful experience! When we pulled in the park manager Dale said he had no idea we were coming? This was after I had reserved a spot 2 weeks in advance. As he checked us in, I couldn't count how many times he told me he doesn't get any money to help customers out. I have been in hospitality for a long time and love to tip, but someone claiming that is how they didn't get paid to do the job was a bit much. Unfortunately, my boat blew the motor and we had no other reason to stay in town, so we packed up 3 days early. Only to have the park managers dog attack me as I tried to knock on his door. Good thing I was quick to back up! I asked for a refund for the 3 nights we were not going to stay an NO SIR. I mean, don't get me wrong it wasn't their fault my motor blew...but have a heart? Really sad way to conduct business! I hope my $120 helps them sleep at night? We will never return to this place! Beware of the dog on the managers porch (that doesn't get paid) And beware of the dawg who owns the joint!

We have stayed at steinhatchee village rv several times since last year. Every time we visit, more and more improvements have been made. The new owners really make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. You can tell they take pride in the park and want everyone to have a good experience. The location is great and close to everything. Kid, pet and golf cart friendly.

This place has everything you need in a RV park. Bathrooms and showers are cleaned daily. The property manager, Mr Dale lives on site and will help you with any questions or concerns. He is honestly one of the nicest people you will every meet. And very honest. I left a pair of 300$ Costas in a bathroom after I showered, he found them and upon returning them he stated "the good Lord won't let me take from anyone". Can't ask for a better place.

Dale took care of us from the moment we pulled in until we left. We took down his information to ensure we have a clear line of communication. He took a trip with us to the hardware store to ensure we had what we needed. He wasn’t intrusive to our stay but made sure we were happy. He knows the place like the back of his hand. The new owner Alvin, has done a great job upgrading the sites. Has ice on site, washer and dryer and a nice gazebo for get-together. Not all sites have been upgraded yet but he said they are working on it. Park manger Tim is always there and vary helpful

I stayed here for a month and when I first moved 1 was under sandy and Daniel (great people) but shortly after I moved into my spot they were removed and some other couple was put in place and I had nothing but issues from there on. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Stayed in this RV park for long weekend in 24 foot travel trailer. Nice sites, plenty of room to park vehicle and nice clean bathrooms. The park is conveniently located to everything and the manager, Dale, is extremely helpful and friendly. He goes that extra mile and is always on site keeping everything updated, clean and safe. We will be back again!

Great convenient location with access to everything! The RV park was clean and very quiet. Dale the manager is top notch, willing to help you in any way. He even took my garbage to the dumpster for me when I asked where it was. I will definately stay again in my 32ft pull behind. And I also had plenty of space to park my F250 in front of the camper. Highly recommend this quaint little gem in the heart of Steinhatchee! Oh and one more important thing, Thank you for your service Dale, we can't give you great men and women who serve our country enough credit, Thank you again sir!!!!

Soooo...we stayed at the campground back in the beginning of March, and we couldn’t possibly say enough nice things about Dale. We were the only tent campers at the time, and had the best time, and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Dale went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, however unexpected. :D Any campground that Mr. Dale manages is a campground I’ll go to and love. He made the experience for us.

I really enjoyed the time I had while staying in the campground. Mr. Dale and Mr. Trip are the best park managers you will ever meet at any park and that is a fact. Lots of rain when I was in town but guess what it didn’t flood the park it did flood the other campgrounds in the area. It’s nice to know I can return in the future knowing that I will remain high and dry at this nice serene place in Steinhatchee Florida called Steinhatchee Village Rv Park

Review by Chris West says it perfectly. The charm of the Hatch is that it's a fish camp town. We spent our weekends at this Campground last July and can't wait to do it again this summer. Dale is a wonderful campground manger and works hard to make sure the property and guests are taken care of.

Our family absolutely loved Steinhatchee Village RV!!! We stayed for the month of July & couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Mr. Dale makes you feel so welcome. He's there to help or answer any questions you may have. We will definitely be back there again. Looking forward to our 2020 stay!!!

It was a very nice and secure campground where everyone could feel safe about being there and or leaving their stuff on site unattended for long periods of time because I was there 24/7 365 days a year for several years doing the security watch or walking the perimeter many of times each night as well as monitoring 16 ip wireless cameras positioned in various places within the parks property. I never had any theft problems while I was dedicated to the company, I can't say how it is doing now but only hope that it continues to be a safe place to stay where you feel comfortable and welcomed to be there

We stayed here 2 weeks ago and are returning this weekend. Everyone I met at the campground were very friendly, including the owners. They are in the process of renovating and can’t wait to see the results. The bathrooms were clean and I enjoyed the showers. We couldn’t use ours because of issues with propane tank and besides that the shower in RV is small. We fell in love with steinhatchee and plan to go there often and are even thinking about leaving rv in the park until we find a piece of property to park. I don’t like huge parks and have no need for extras. We come to steinhatchee to fish and enjoy the community.
