The restaurant was so understaffed I couldn't believe it. We had to flag down waiters and waitresses multiple times. The staff that was there was very inexperienced. The food out of the kitchen was three stars maybe four. Management has some serious obstacles to overcome. What few staff are there were poorly trained and not ready for a holiday weekend. We heard lots of excuses from the hostess. We also noted we weren't the only ones bringing issues to the attention of the staff.

We had dinner at Fiddlers. A few weeks ago. People were nice. Food was ok not as I would have hoped but ok. Salad was very slim, not much to offer. Price was little high for not so fresh seafood.Food & drinks: Would prefer fresher seafood but again it was ok.

Horrible customer service. Manager was rude and very unprofessional as well as the staff. Staff was very young inexperienced. I needed assistance with the TV. No one knew how to work the remote or give instructions. When I asked for help, the young staff members simply replied that they cannot help with issues because they do not know how to operate the remote or TV themselves. When I asked for a manager, the manager came out with a raised voice and stated" he would get to it when he could". I asked for a time frame" Manager then replied in an angry frustrated tone". What then, do you want to stay some place else?". No one wanted to assist or acted as if they cared. Thankfully, a dishwasher offered to help and was able to get the TV to work properly and he was able to show me how to operate the remote. If it had not been scallop season we would have left and stayed elsewhere, however, there were no other rooms in town.

Loved it!! Great lodging at a reasonable price, awesome restaurant too, with full bar and a very large menu, everyone in our group ordered something different and all was great tasting, and plenty of food. Located perfectly in Steinhatchee. Short walk ,bike ride, or golf cart rideto many places .

Minimalist. Clean rooms but few benefits. Not a bad stay, but not worth the prices they charge. There is no office unless the restaurant is open, so other than 4p-10p, you're on your own. WiFi didn't work.
