The lady who helped me today was not pleasant. I stood at the red line for a min or two- she looked right at me, didn’t acknowledge me at all.. so I moved up to the counter. She then says “over here” so I moved over to where her register was. She then says “ I really wish people wouldn’t just come up and stand at the counter” well maybe if you would’ve acknowledged me and said “someone will be with you shortly “ I wouldn't have to walk up to the counter. When she handed me the bag, she didn’t say a word. I get that people do have bad days but that’s no excuse - I’ve been in customer service /medical field for almost 25 years and my customers / patients can never tell when I’m having a bad day! Sometimes we need to get rid of bad apples

Overall, fairly decent experience. Did have 1 prescription that took nearly 48 hours to fill but figured it was because of supplier/shipping problems. Overall, staff are friendly and ready to answer all questions. I have found the best time to pick up meds is right after they open.Was annoyed that whole pharmacy closes an hour for lunch, perhaps that should be posted on their website?

I really liked the walmart pharmacy in years past but in the past few months, it has REALLY been disappointing. It doesnt seem to be the staff so I have to think it is management. They are always understaffed. Frequently distracted and unfocused. Slow in the process and on some occasions, oblivious to the wait time of people in their area or the perception of customers in their area. No sense of urgency. On this last occasion, I waited on the bench next to the window. They were aware I was waiting. I am also signed up for text messages. I set there for almost an hour and finally asked the status of my prescription to be told, they couldn't fill it, needed to speak with the dr and the office was closed. I went to cvs and filled it in 10 minutes.

I was prescribed b12 injection every week. The rx said 2ml each time. We picked it up and asked if we could buy the syringes to go with it. Got home to give the injection and they had given us 1ml insulin syringes, which means two shots each time. When I called the pharmacy to ask if I could exchange them for the correct ones, they got rude and said I should've asked for the right ones, and they couldn't help me. She said I would have to come buy the right ones,and said they don't know which ones I need without telling them. Really?! You just filled my Rx, your the experts, and you don't know to at least inquire which ones I need from my Rx? Already switched all my Rxs to a different pharmacy, and will never use this store again.

Pharmacy manager is very prejudice torward white people. She is rude and unprofessional. She will defy doctor's orders and make her own rules. Picked up prescription slip and took it else where and had no issue getting it filled. As a matter of fact the other pharmacy was professional and was not trying to get into my personal business either. Stay away from Wal Mart pharmacy they think they are god.

Zero freaking stars if I could. Pharmacist refused to fill my beta blocker because she needed to verify if it should be regular or time released ???? The instructions were to split it in half and any Pharmacist should know you don't split time released, extended release medication duh.

Don't go there they withhold your medicine. Even in hurricane so I'm without meds for 3 or 4 doses.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Always fill prescriptions as fast as possible. Good rates, and accepts most insurances.
