In store service great. But tried to contact them by email on a return question. Filled in all the info but it would not process. At the bottom of the form asked for email to send promotions didn't fill it in. Think that is why it would not process and should he able to opt out of promotions.

Good customer service but they are not stocking very well for they seem to be out of stock on alot of pet iems that I need for my horses and chickens as well as my dogs and I blame the management for I have never had this problem in the pass and somebody needs to tell them to do their job instead of blaming everybody else for their failure

The people that work at this location are nice enough and have a Southern charm about them in person - but customer service (especially over the phone) is definitely not on point.Recently I have been left on hold 3 times (three different days) over 15 minutes at a time and had to hang up and call back several times.Really like a lot of the people that work here, there just needs to be better training or communicating high expectations or something of the sorts for the area of customer service.

Really rude employ that will prevent me from ever shopping here again! Additionally, it's worth noting the ladies up front were incredibly helpful while the guys in the back were simply rude! Really unfortunate experience as TS in every other location I've shopped was completely opposite of this experience!

This store is horrible ! Buyer beware …. Suppose to have few things delivered and it never showed up so I decided to call them and they said driver has been sick …. I would a simple phone call from them would have been great letting me know …. Management there needs to be fired !!!!

The customer service was great. I just got a new pup and they answered questions about different foods...trying my little guy out on some bison Taste of the Wild for puppies. I liked that they have a good selection of dog foods, all healthy and no garbage. They also had a wide range of high quality pet treats and toys for pups.

Associates are friendly and helpful although sometimes understaffed, Chris is a great employee and the cashiers always seem to be smiling. Could be more discounts or just lower prices on men's jeans. They're about the same price as girls ripped jeans in the 2010's at the mall. I like this store.

I recently delivered a load of feed to the store.. While I was there, a customer bought a utility trailer.. The lights were not working on it.. So associate Stu went out to try and figure out what the issue was.. After a thorough inspection, the wiring harness had been cut.. Stu not only found the problem.. But he also fixed the wiring.. Stu went above and beyond to get this "out of state" customer on the road.. Great job Stu..

This is a great place for affordable pet and farm supplies. We often buy propane here at a great price. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location is clean and organized with restrooms kept up. Parking is great and this location is easily accessible from the main highway.

Stopped in recently for chicks since the Jax location I went to didn't have any and I happened to be in this area. Super helpful staff! From the associate on the floor that helped me gather everything I needed for the baby chicks to the cashier who also gave tips and an informational sheet. The chickens are doing great and thriving. Already doubled in size. Can't wait for eggs!

Well went to the tractor supply in Starke to buy fence and gates started off good even got military discount , but setting up delivery seemed to be an issue, took a while to set up then it was 1215pm so too late for same day delivery. Set delivery for the following Saturday. Called on Friday to confirm delivery and all was good, called again Saturday morning when they opened and they told me it was a outside company that would deliver but they could not tell me when. I had not heard anything by noon so I called back the people I talked to said they check on it, 2 hours later they finally said they would just cancel my order since they could not get anyone from the delivery company to answer the phone. So I waited a week to get my almost $1000 dollars worth of items waited most of the day and was on hold for 2 hours and lost a day of going to my job to make money. What did this get me but being upset and wasting a day sitting at home for nothing. Thanks so much, wont be back to that location might not even use Tractor Supply again....

I've been here several times to purchase new equipment prices are comfortable with and they don't have all the pieces and parts I need or want for accessories so then you have to go online well you can't buy the pieces and parts that you need accessory wise for the new equipment that their self so literally they can't give you what they promise and on top of that when you ask for help and the people can barely speak English and after 5 minutes of trying to figure something out they tell you that they don't know how to do that you have to go to somewhere else and then you ask them so basically I'm just wasted 10 minutes of my time for you to figure out that you can't do what I need to do and I have to go to somebody else and then you stand there for 15 minutes waiting for that person to show up to do the job so I'm not happy with this tractor supply in Starke on Highway 301 at this time

Store brand of canned, grain free cat food is reasonably priced. I am cheap and my cat is old and picky. Lol. This is a good location because they keep it well stocked. Other stores in Gainesville or other nearby cities aren't as reliable with their restocking. I am not sure why. The Starke store always has a good amount of employees to help you find what you need and to checkout.

They didn't have much to choose from in the clothing department and even though there was about 6 employees standing around talking we couldn't use the dressing room. We left without buying anything and went somewhere else.
