Great service, clean store. Fully stocked with snacks, makeup, personal hygiene products, beach accessories, and more. Photo department had memory cards, gift options, batteries, etc. The fridge doors have the new technology that displays what’s inside without having to open them. Great energy saving feature.

The worse completely unorganized pharmacy. Horrible customer service and the store manager could care less, she does not listen to what you are saying and take no accountability for her staff that gives incorrect information. Time to call corporate and get this message through. I feel bad for the people that rely on this store for medications

We have been a regular customer of Gigi's pizza across the street from this Walgreens. The parking lot at Gigis is very small and many times not a parking spot is available, so we park at Walgreens which has plenty of parking spaces. They let Gigis customers and employees park and in return Gigis gives them free or discounted food. Now a new manager comes along, Valerie Ware, and decides that Gigis employees and customers can no longer park in Walgreens parking lot, which always has more than enough parking. She sent a letter to Gigis and threatens to tow customers and employees vehicles if they park in Walgreens lot. Corporate arrogance, greed, and plain not a good neighbor. There are now several loyal Gigis customers who will boycott any and all Walgreens stores. Shame on you Valerie Ware!

The pharmacy didn’t inform me that they didn’t have my insurance on file and charged me $12.99 for my ibuprofen. Later, when I came to get my Celecoxib they said I owed $235 because they didn’t have my insurance on file. Because they overcharged me for ibuprofen, they can keep the more expensive pills that I actually want. I am not giving them my insurance information or my money. I’m never using the pharmacy again. The Publix pharmacy next door is superior anyway.

Worst service i've ever had at any store, I was told that I was harassing the cashier and was simply making conversation made a joke that offended her her name was Madeline. Very rude and horrible customer service.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are well trained in customer service,, important in dealing with the heavy tourist traffic on the beach. Well stocked and clean, with lots of fun "impulse" items. Tracy, the pharmacy manager, has created a staff that is positive, knowledgeable, and will bring your prescriptions out to your car. Great overall experience.

This location has significant, ongoing problems especially with FedEx services. You will want to avoid this store. The store manager, Kevin H. needs training on how to interface with customers properly. He was rude, arrogant and not helpful.

Very disappointed in Walgreens this evening on St Pete Beach I have lived here for over 20 years and I was actually doing an order for doordash and they decided to close 15 minutes early this evening Saturday March 9.... They would not even open the door to come tell us why they were closing early or answer the phone so now I have a very disappointed VIP client that I cannot bring them the medication they so desperately need after spending a long day on the beach since they do not live in Florida they were enjoying too much sun and fun.... Very unprofessional of Walgreens I understand things happen and computers go down and whatnot however at least have the common decency to come speak to us and let us know what the deal is or God heaven forbid pick up the phone... When you cater to the tourist like we do and our beautiful little town of St Pete Beach. As a bartender on this beach for 25 years I can attest that you must do everything in your power to make sure our guests have a wonderful time and return again and again and word of mouth goes a very long way thanks for taking the time to listen

The pharmacy is the worst in St Petersburg. I have lived here my entire life and this pharmacy consistently has the rudest pharmacist, dirty bathrooms and overall poorly managed. There’s lots of other pharmacies to go to I would avoid this one!

Went to use FedEx drop off. Needed a shipping label to drop off a package and they wouldn’t print it for me due to store rules- fine. Decided to order a picture of the shipping label through the Walgreens photo app. After waiting patiently 45 minutes, seeing the kind but clueless lady try using the photo machine, I was given the excuse that “there was another job before mine and my document is unable to print”. Still refused to print a standard shipping label for me. I love Walgreens but this one isn’t it.

The bathrooms are filthy and smell sooo bad! I wouldn’t expect this from a place that dispenses medications etc especially because there were signs on the door and walls for the staff to wash their hands before going back to work. Those bathrooms are obviously used by the staff and also for customers but they look dirtier than the ones you would find in a gas station!

Photo Center Removed and replaced by a Fed Ex pickup/dropoff center. Facility is no longer 24 hours. In addition to your standard drug store they have a great selection of beach wear too! Beer can be bought here at a reasonable price for it being on the beach.

The store was clean but the staff were rude with the exception of one gentleman who's name I didnt catch. Kathy in particular could use some retraining on customer service. She chose the job.

Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful, especially at cosmetics! Three stars because upon multiple instances I've had to drive to other locations because they don't have my prescription in stalk, even after I had been notified that it was ready.

***Not opened 24 hours anymore- Now 6am to 12am. This location has great parking and location. I always deal with friendly people here, even though they seem to have high employee turnover.

I stopped by pharmacy to pick up a prescription my doctor called in. Instead of filling my prescription I was told my doctor had put a time limit on my prescription and I had to wait an hour and a half in order to get it. This was not a refill. RIDICULOUS!! Thank goodness this is a one off!!!!

Horrible pharmacy hours. Closed on Sunday. Clises early M-Sa. No regard for customers needs. Do yourselves a favor. Find another store for your pharmacy. Publix, Walmart...wherever.. The prices will likely be cheaper in most cases as well
