We are snowbirding from Indiana and came across this place to have our dog groomed. We walked in there to see about scheduling an appointment and they got us in immediately. I wish we could have this groomer year round. I would highly recommend going there. The groomer is so nice and she went above and beyond. So happy with the results.

Just moved down here. Leslie took care of my boys Beckham & Zeus. She treated them like they were her own. They look great, happy, and smell awesome. We will be back for sure!

We thought this place was TOP SHELF!! Super friendly and nicest ladies there. Did a fantastic job on our big English Lab that doesn’t like his nails done. They were gentle and again best trim job he’s ever had and he’s 8 years old. So happy to find out about their place.

Came across new owners at the Grooming store and they were such a delight to meet! Not only are they animal lovers, my dogs fell in love with them! It was truly nice going to a groomer where the ambiance is amazing, the owners are amazing and most of all treat my animals with care and love. If you haven't checked out CynJo Pet Boutique, make sure you do, this animal paradise will soon be overbooked!

Don’t waste your time with CYNJO. Booked an appointment for 10:00 AM. Got there at 9:50 only to find out the groomer is in Miami today. It’s obviously these people don’t know how to run a business. No call, text or email advising me the groomer is not in today.

Let me start by saying that I am an out-of-town guest. I called Laura at 9 o’clock this morning when she opened she was very busy checking in dogs and told me she would not be able to give me an answer whether she could cut my dog or not until about 11. I have course understood the morning time is a very busy time for groomers. She called me back around 1015 saying that she had a cancellation and could I come in at noon. I was so happy but not as happy as I was after I saw my baby and the haircut she gave him. I have a long hair Morkie And being at the beach he was getting all the sand spurs and stickies on him and he was miserable. Laura gave him one of the best haircut but he is ever had he was happy as a clam and I too am a happy client.Too bad I don’t live closer because I would be using Laura at every turn. Thank you

The grooming took one hour for my yorkie...quickest groom ever! Well, Laura the owner who claims to be a MASTER groomer didn't even cut the hair between my pups paws. Nor did she trim her nails. I asked for a short puppy cut which uses electric shears...not hand cut....I was charged $48.00 for 1 hour of work! Who makes$48.00 an hour??? My salon charges me 40.00 for a cut and style! Glad I left zero for the tip. Go elsewere!!

I love this shop. I have been taking my two labradors in to be groomed for the last year. The owner of the shop is also the groomer, and she is a certified Master Groomer for all breeds. Included in the cost of the basic groom, she does their nails, ears, anal glands and great shampoo and conditioner. Plus, she has a "water pik" type thing that she uses to clean and massage their teeth and gums. My older Lab female had been limping a bit, and I mentioned it when I took her in. She gave her a hydro-therapy treatment, and the dog is moving much less stiffly now. Prices are very reasonable compared to other groomers, and she has been in business at this location for years. She knows all the vets, has extensive knowledge of many breeds of dogs and has a great selection of toys and beds, etc. She carries a limited selection of food, but they are the best quality at reasonable prices. She also has the beautiful dog beds that are handmade by the guy that was featured on Oprah's show not too long ago. You can pick your size and your fabrics and he will make the bed to suit your decor. The fabrics are soooo soft, I wanted to curl up and take a nap!!! I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about with the home number--I have always been treated great when I've called to make appointments or ask questions. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone. It's a bit of a jumble inside, but the knowledge of the owner is great and she's got some really unique items as well. Great for big or small dogs!

The owner was very rude to me,she was telling me that my 16 pound Maltese was overweight and then I told her that I wanted a very short summer cutt and she barely took anything off. She left hair hanging all over his back end and didn't do any cutting around his head and face. She left hair in his ears and didn't clean them. He wasn't groomed properly at all . She just kept on about him being overweight! He was just at the vet across the street and if there was a problem with his weight I'm sure that I would have been told so! I would definitely suggest not going there, unless you want to be ridiculed!! Also the place is dirty and unkempt. Not a good experience at all!!!

The woman was a complete rude monster. She actually told my family we don’t belong in her store! Place if the woman working 4:00 today July 16.th is not the owner please consider hiring a new employee. I have also called a few times and they do not answer. Please don’t shop here if you have dignity.
