Excellent service with a friendly vibe! Our fur baby is always apprehensive when it comes to getting groomed. At Woof Gang they make sure you and your fur baby are comfortable with the experience. They explain all aspects of the service and seem genuinely caring towards the main client (your baby, of course 😁). They also carry a vast variety of food and treats to spoil your loved ones. We definitely recommend them!

The experience at Woof Gang in Spring Hill was absolutely delightful! From the moment we stepped in, the staff greeted us with warmth and kindness. My sister, Theo, and I were treated like family throughout our visit. Theo received the mini groom, and Brooke, the groomer, was an absolute gem. It was Theo's first grooming experience, and Brooke took extra care to ensure he was comfortable, especially during the hair drying process, considering his aversion to loud noises. She listened attentively to our preferences for Theo's grooming, and the result was incredible. Theo returned to us happy, fluffy, and smelling divine! She even put the cutest bandanna on him to top it all off! Not only did we enjoy Theo's grooming session, but we also indulged in some of their irresistible treats from the bakery. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting us with everything we needed. Even when Theo had a little accident upon seeing us after his grooming, the staff handled it with grace and kindness, cleaning up the mess without a fuss.We're already looking forward to our next visit to Woof Gang with Theo. It's truly a place where both pets and their owners are treated with the utmost care and attention.

I'm thrilled to share a follow-up review my finance made. The woof gang gave fantastic pampering session for my puppy! Mikasa had a full groom session with the add one being blueberry pie facial and teeth brushing. The services exceeded expectations. The groomer really put her heart out. The staff's welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail made my puppy incredibly happy. Highly recommend for any pet owner seeking top-notch care!

Woof gang dog bakery was a pleasure to shop at. I enjoyed the large selection and the helpful advice. My dog is a very picky eater. The cashier was extremely helpful in finding something that she liked. She offered many samples. I also liked the large variety of doggy ice cream.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Spring Hill! Gina, the staff member / owner of the store I interacted with, was incredibly friendly and made scheduling my puppy's first full groom session a breeze. She educated me about the blueberry pie facial, ensuring a lasting and delightful blueberry scent. I'm excited about the experience and genuinely hope this wonderful store continues to grow – they truly deserve it! 5 stars all the way.

Amazing staff!!! They treated my baby like their own and he got comfortable with the staff so quick. We brought boba for his first groom and they took the time to walk us through the process and answer all my silly questions without making me feel bad. Boba is also crazy for the treats and i recommend this location for any of your pet needs!

Mickey at Ray’s House of Hope, Inc. is a bit picky about his food and treats, but he absolutely loves his chicken foot chewy that we found at Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming! We can’t wait to try the other goodies we found there to see Mickey’s and our cats reactions to their new treats!

Although I did not use the services offered at this location I'm very disappointed in as one of my good friends recently took her puppy there and it was not a good experience. I first hand saw the text messages between whoever was handling the dog grooming that day and my friend . Instead of being apologetic they were very condescending. Being a small business owner myself I feel customer service should be one of your top priorities along with the services you are offering. Especially when it comes to a pet who is part of the family they must be treated that way with the utmost respect to both the puppy and their human. I get everybody has bad days and I'm hoping this is a one-off and things get better

Great variety of stuff for dogs! I like their self serve mix n match treat bar that way I could grab whatever my dogs liked! The ladies in there were really kind, greeted me as soon as I was in, wanted to know all about my dogs and were really helpful in educating me on their grooming services. I didn’t quite catch the owners name but she was very sweet and helpful. Good luck on your business!

Just got our new puppy Lulu and took her to the first ever grooming. And I want to say a huge thank you to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Spring Hill they did such an amazing job with our new puppy. Took one of of 2 fur babies to get groomed at the woof gang bakery ND grooming I the target plaza on 19 we took the one that s better with getting a bath than the other to see how things went...Brooke did an awesome job...to my surprise Nva actually loved it and didn't want to leave...Gina gave us some great information on all of their products..not only will we be back with our other baby Clyde. Nova can't wait to go back..thank you both for such a great experience and by the way they both absolutely loved the treats...welcome to the neighborhood

We stopped in to get some treats for our dogs 1st birthday. We were greated by the owner who was super sweet and explained everything. They have some really cute stuff and my dog enjoyed all the cookies and his cupcake!! We will definitely be back for more goodies!!

my baby s’mores loves everyone there at wolf gang and they love her it’s such a welcoming experience going in there and they make me feel so comfortable leaving my baby to be groomed (which they always do such an amazing job at giving me exactly what i ask for) they also have the best and most healthy treats for my dogs and the cutest dog safe cookies and peanut butters. they help me be a better dog mom but giving me tips on how to keep their coat healthy and well maintenance in between grooms. they have also educated me on healthier foods for my dogs and what food they would benefit the best on.

A cute, organized store with a great variety of treats that my dogs went crazy for! My yorkie loves her “Fursace” purse squeaky toy that we picked up also! The staff were friendly and helpful. I absolutely will recommend Woof Gang to my fellow pet parents.

Today I was extremely disappointed in the service my friend and her dog received when trying to get a scheduled full grooming done. The appointment was set for 1pm we arrived 15 minutes early, we discussed what our expectations were with the groomer and the staff at the counter. At no time did any of the staff check the dog that I had washed the day before and throughly brushed out for any matting. If they had and had advised there was matting we would have brushed the dog out again before leaving the salon. The groomer stated she was running a little behind so we had plenty of time to brush the dog again. As I mentioned the appointment was at 1pm but we were not informed of a matting concern until 3:26pm. When they did call us they had already started to brush the matting out before asking if we were comfortable paying an addition $20. Also, where was the dog for two hours? Was he locked in a cage alone? If we had known the grooming wouldn’t start until closer to 3-3:20 we would have brought the dog home with us and rescheduled. We had also let them know prior to leaving that we had another commitment at 4:30 so we had to pick the dog up by 4 at the latest? The experience cost my friend just under a hundred bucks we a ended up with what they called a sanitary groom only and btw they didn’t even trim back the long hair on his bottom to prevent fecal sticking around his bottom. Needless to say we will not be back and we will let all our friends and family know about this experience!
