Was introduced to a new brand of food that my dog loves and is very healthy for him. Employees were very helpful & knowledgeable. Had 2 different people that spent time showing me things & explaining. Really liked this store. Will definitely be my choice from now on. My Rottie loved the visit too!

This place is amazing. The workers here always seem to be very polite and helpful and always ask if you need anything. The fish tanks are always clean and well stocked and there is a large selection of fish as well. There are always a lot of other geckos, snakes and most anything you are looking for. Very nice and clean.

Plenty of help from staff and many reptiles and other animals to choose from!4 stars is towards the pricing. We found many items extremely high where we could go to Walmart or order off line for nearly every item we needed.

I came here two times today and wow i couldnt believe how rude they were. they wouldn’t sell us anything tho my sister is 18. then asking for personal information about my parents.we take good care of animals and make sure they have a loving home. this pets smart does not welcome everyone the same way. never coming here again.

Today 23rd of December I went in to petsmart to purchase fish for my dad!! The rude nasty lady was telling me what I can and can't buy. She wouldn't sell me what I wanted and the fish were juvenile! My dads tank is completely big enough. I was very upset how this lady telling me what I can and can't purchase. I hope everyone goes somewhere else to buy there cish..

Flat out... They have a very good selection of both cat foods and dog foods... I believe if people will keep asking them and literally call their upper level management and request it they will start making frozen portions of truly raw food for cats and dogs. Cats and dogs in the real world are obligate carnivores. While it is true that dogs can eat a little bit as omnivorce if they are forced to go too much in that route They have the same sickness and health problems caused by protein starvation that cats will get... Loading kibble down with taurine and a few other substances to keep the pets from dying of malnutrition in the kibble is an unacceptable check and balance. Together as pet owners you and I together can get this situation changed by simple assertive requests... PetSmart will love selling this stuff as the people that work there just plain like cats dogs birds fish mice and you name it they love the critters that we have come to love and know as pets.... And they're perfectly glad to help push towards the offering of even better dietary substances for our loved ones cuz our parents and our kids aren't the only ones we love we love our pets too 🌞If you've read this far I'm probably preaching to the choir because I am certain you love your pet too and are trying to research this issue. Can I suggest you look on YouTube because there is a whole lot about raw food and how it will regenerate the health of a pet... So together if we can get good places like PetSmart to offer these truly raw foods for our beloved pets they're going to be able to have a thriving business while doing what they'd really like to be doing in the first place...

I’m a bit concerned as to why they are feeding full size green beans to baby bearded dragons. We watched a baby unable to eat the green bean as it was stuck in its mouth. I mentioned it to the cashier who then alerted someone over their communication system. If I am a bearded dragon owner and know not to give them food bigger than the space between their eyes, shouldn’t a pet store also know this?

Don’t usually come in here, but when I do. I spend 300 minimum every visit. In decor alone, + dog products & fish tanks. I came in 3 WEEKS AGO to buy 400 guppies. 20 cent fish. No problems at all, however oct 25th, I came in (called before I went & told them 400, they said they would start packing & I said I’d be there in 10 minutes)Upon arrival, TESSA the worker refused sale because “unfortunately they have other pets they have to feed” I said what’s the difference if I buy it? Between me & another customer the guppies will be gone either way. She made it seem like PetSmart wasn’t able to receive another order of fish within the 3 weeks since I bought the large order of guppies. I will continue going to Marine warehouse in Tampa. It’s worth the drive & way better quality fish. They are lazy here at Petsmart, Will at the cash register is always high it’s disgusting. They give you very little help. Glad I experienced this today, will not be going back. Spoke with corporate already, but better off not dealing with a Karen.Thanks Tessa for refusing my order! Will take my money elsewhere! Xoxo

Petsmart large store in a newer strip mall. Plenty of free parking. Was welcomed to the store by an associate when I entered the store. They had pet food and supplies as well as pets for sale like cats, birds and fish. There is a pet grooming service as well as a pet hospital and medication service type set up. Good for a quick stop to grab pet supplies. Wheelchair accessible enterance and disabled parking spaces.

We've brought our dog here twice to be groomed. Both times, he's come out looking sharp and wagging his tail. Clearly, the staff here treats the animals well even when not being monitored. Excellent, excellent service! This location's trustworthy service has earned a lifelong customer.

I was having problems with the proper fit of the new harnesses that I had purchased for my Chihuahua's. I went back in and the young lady behind the Register came over and was very calm and patient with the boy's. She found a different one for one of them and adjusted it. She was extremely polite and helpful.

This is a great picture with a lot of options. They have a ton of different kinds of food feeder pets as well as several of the small animals for sale as well. They're fish department, the tank looks very clean and while taken care of. You're allowed to also bring your dogs with you into the store, which is nice.

Nice place, people that wrk there r polite. The only thng is the last time I had wnt I couldn’t find someone to help me, I mean they were there n I evn askd 4 there time. So I ended up tending my self, if u will. N they’re always out of a specific item, which annoys me a little but I do recommend shopping here as lng as u no wat n wer it’s at n u dnt hav 2 ask an associate 4 any guidance or help, no I’m jus jokin...😂

Brittany was so smart and helpful to us the whole time we were there. She really knows her stuff. She needs a raise. She's a keeper. There was another woman that was so good too. Brittany will know who it was. Find out her name she should be recognized too. She was so nice and helped us also. My son was so excited he got an early birthday gift. He got a baby gecko. We got everything needed for the gecko to live healthy. 😁❤️

I love this pet store, they have a great selection for every animal. The reptile supplies are the best prices I have found compared to other pet stores but their cat and dog supplies and a little pricey but not more than any other pet store

I love banfield pet hospital. The staff and veterinarian are amazing! I didn't have an appointment today but my dog was having an allergic reaction to something and they squeezed her in and took great care of her! Thank you everyone who works there!!!
