Don’t waste your time on buying bugs. They always die. Horrible customer service; wouldn’t exchange a hornworm that clearly died when it was little. Spoke to Wendy a manager who didn’t want to even give me the time of day. Every time I purchase crickets they die immediately. Pretty sad a company can handle business this way and not try to even satisfy the customer. Taking my business elsewhere.

Wendy was absolutely fabulous! She could see that I was having a difficult time finding harnesses to fit my two dogs. She took the time to find the right fit for both dogs. She was so patient with Emma and Gia and even let them give her lots of kisses! Her customer service was 5 stars! Thank you for having her on your team.The grooming staff is also amazing ! Our dogs do very well with them when they are having their nails trimmed.

I have been going to this pet store for over a year now and I haven't gone to any other store since!! I would recommend this place because any kind of questions you have basically anything to do with the animals in there that they sell they're very knowledgeable because when I was getting ready to buy my first leopard gecko in my life I bought all the stuff beforehand so that he had everything he needed and I didn't know anything about this animal and they guided me through everything I mean my leopard gecko is so big and healthy and all because of what they helped me through when I got him! Very grateful for this store all the people that work there go above and beyond!

Went to this store with my disabled elderly dog. She had an accident in the car. So I had to have help getting her in for a bath(unplanned)! Then we tried on booties..nothing but helpful employees and I am soooo appreciative . Rhiannon and a young adult man are the stars of my sorry saga 💜

Courteous, knowledgeable and you can just tell she loves her job. As long as those two are working at this store I won’t spend my animal care money anywhere else.

This is my 3rd visit with pet supplies plus, excellent customer service & someone always willing to assist me. I picked up a new harness for my puppy and I was helped by John he was extremely helpful & patient . I'll be back for a new collar as we'll. Fantastic atmosphere, very clean and everything you need for your pet . Especially the young ladies that informed me about all grooming care . Great prices and selection options of all your pet needs .Thank you very much!

Pet Supplies is a clean wonderful store to buy what ever you need for your fur babies and the customer service is great. I would definitely recommend their grooming as Jamie and Nancy are amazing groomers I don't think you can find any better. They take such good care of our babies. Our Multipoo & Yorkie look so amazing when I pick them up.Thank you Jamie & Nancy

I have nothing but great things to say about the store. They have a wide selection of quality pet food at fantastic prices and offer frequent discounts. I love being able to check online to see if what I want is available. Choose the curbside pick up option to save time and a wasted trip. The staff is always very friendly and respectful. These franchises are individually owned, so I also feel great helping out a locally owned business.

Rosie had the royal treatment at Pet Supplies Plus from Jamie and another groomer. (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) It was our first visit there and we were so impressed! Rosie had her nails trimmed, was bathed and beautifully groomed, complete with pretty bows in her hair. The cost was affordable and there were no hidden fees or unexpected additions as I experienced at another groomer. I highly recommend bringing your special pet to Jamie and her coworker for a day of beauty at Pet Supplies Plus. 🐶🐾💗

The employees are so helpful! It's more than a Pet Supplies store! It's a great place to meet up with someone if you want to sell or buy an animal, they have open rooms you can play and bond with the cat or dog. The best part is they have a place where you can wash your own dog, they supply EVERYTHING but the dog 😂 5 washes for $25.00

I really wanted to give you guys a 5-star review. I placed my order online for curbside pick up. I get a call 15 minutes after placing, wanting to verify a 15% discount coupon applied to my 70$ order. A discount that came from Facebook, I told her I did not screen shot the post but only used the code in the ad. She tells me it's fine not to worry. I go to the store the next day to be told in order to get my order I need to show this ad. What?! Why am I the consumer having to show proof of a 15% coupon code in order to pick up my purchase. I explained to the employee about how I came across the code. He had to go inside to verify with another manager. We're talking about 10$ in total here. But all I had to do was open Facebook, and on December 18th, a 15%off code was posted. I think it's absolutely ridiculous to embarrass yourselves and inconvenience your customers over 15% when it's posted on your social media page. THAT'S A YOU PROBLEM NOT THE CONSUMERS PROBLEM. Other than that the service was great. But shame on you for making your issue internal with your online ordering, a customer issue.

Love this place awesome staff.. My grandaughter has a Teddy bear hamster that is constantly escaping her cage! A young girl that's works the who also has these particular hamsters suggested a DYI that she herself uses and this is how it turned out..so happy😇

I bought a Pet Supplies Plus branded cat tree from this location a week ago. Took a few days to finally put it together. Discovered the main landing isn’t secure and fell off, so I took it back for an even exchange. Had box and receipt. Manager looked at the damaged tree, rolled his eyes, said he’d have to “make a few calls,” and walked off. I stood there confused over the apparent big deal, and the kind cashier said they should be able to take it back if “they can repair it & put it back on the shelf.” 😐 Said they are independently franchised & they are picky about returns. She seemed almost embarrassed of her management, and was very apologetic. Manager said he spoke with store owner who said she is out to dinner and needs to ask me questions about the exchange, so I should come back tomorrow. She refused to speak with me then, and on duty manager refused / was “unauthorized” make the exchange. I said I need this taken care of today & kept trying to get him to explain how this was an issue. He finally went to make another call. Came back and said now he’s spoken to store manager & owner and I’d have to come back tomorrow. So now there’s 2 people unwilling to talk to a customer, but also not allow an employee to authorize an exchange????? Was I angry? Yes. Was I right? Also yes. This is absurd.All I wanted was another exact same cat tree. In store manager kept saying “it isn’t in returnable condition” because it’s broken. This is exactly why it needs to be exchanged, right?! It’s less than a week old. The receipt clearly says items are returnable within 30 days. I said if I boxed up the broken item then you’d take it back, and then resell to an unsuspecting customer????? Wouldn’t you rather know it’s broken? He just stared at me. He finally refused again, and walked away from me. Left me standing at the checkout with my jaw open.It would have been 30 seconds of the store manager / owners’ time versus the 2 hours out of 2 days it’ll take me to come back twice. Customers’ time must have no value. Store needs systems in place so that employees on shift can authorize returns (We’re talking $60 after the coupon was used.) or needs to be available during store hours to handle personally.UPDATE: I ended up deciding to drive to the next closest Pet Supplies Plus to see if they’d exchange it for me so I didn’t have to deal with this store. EVEN THOUGH they are independently franchised the other store exchanged the tree no problem. Even when my receipt didn’t scan in their system because it was a different store - they still put the customer first & got me a new cat tree.When assembling the second tree we noticed it has a sticker on it that specifically says “return for any reason within 30 days.” New tree starts tilting & leaning at the same spot. We decide we will give the local store owner a chance to make it right, box up the tree, and head back to this store. The owner was there this time, he only wanted to inspect the tree to see what was wrong instead of first apologizing or addressing the last visit. As if how the tree was broken would determine if it was ok to treat us badly or not. (Spoiler alert: he still treated us poorly.) He kept telling us it's not unreasonable for a customer to have to come TWICE solely so he can inspect a return. EVEN THOUGH THE STORE BRANDED PRODUCT SAYS YOU CAN RETURN FOR ANY REASON on the box and item. He can not seem to understandable how his unconventional return policies are wasting people’s time & is very defensive and rude. After insulting us, insinuating I’m only trying to spread social media lies, & refusing to refund unless my husband left the store, he did refund the tree.When I told him how the other store helped me & was far superior at customer service he only wanted to discuss how the other store had his broken cat tree, and he now has their broken one. And again accused me of being dishonest because it wasn’t “the same” damage. He just... Does. Not. Get. It.
